I love the space in this Starbucks. It is very open and I also like a good history lesson on coffee through art. A couple of call outs- 1) needs a tad bit of organization. Stoppers were placed near the drive in window( but it could be they have more customers in that area; nonetheless it should be on both ends. 2) drinks should be labeled consistently that could also ease customers asking "is this my drink?" I ordered a cafe latte with no foam. It was decent. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Mebane, North Carolina

They have coffee. They didn't mess it up this time, so that's pretty good. Half of the places we go they mess it up. The people were fairly friendly through the window. read more

I always know what I want when I visit a restaurant but this Starbucks location has a staff doesn't listen and not attentive when a customer orders. Slow, rude and unfriendly staff. Go to Sheetz across the street to get a coffee and you'll save some money. read more

Two stars is ridiculous! Order delivered with a smile even with a line out of the door. I wish I grabbed my baristas name but she was wonderful! Egg bites were love and my venti skinny vanilla latte was on Point. Room for improvement as far as the dining room but my order was just the way I asked. Give this location a chance! read more

An amazingly big staff only cares about the drive-through business. I sat looking sad at the bar for a while before someone asked what I ordered? Ohh, it was totally melted in the drive-through line. There is an interesting map of coffee regions around the world on the wall to look at while you are ignored. It has many inaccuracies. read more

Review coming live from the line I've been stuck in for 30 minutes with no way out. Maybe the slowest location I've ever encountered.

I would not go back to this location. Mainly because I waited in the drive thru line for about 25-30 min (can not exit out of line once you're in it) AND look how much drink they gave me for a tall holiday drink. Actually the worst experience I ever had at a Starbucks. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Mebane, North Carolina

TERRIBLE and that is being nice. This is the absolutely slowest Starbucks I've ever been in.

Worst Starbucks I've EVER been to. Waited in line for about 45 minutes. Repeated my order 3 times, got to the window and had to repeat my order AGAIN just for them to just then make it. There were 5 baristas and still couldn't accomplish a simple task. I've been to Starbucks with 1 employee and still is quicker and makes good drinks. The drink was still trash. Horrible place. Will never come back & I wish they would go ahead and close it to save people the misery. read more

Stopped back by today to see if there was any improvement. Still very long wait times although I will say the staff was busting their butts. This place is brutally understaffed and the management needs to hire more able bodies. Nothing like fixing your coffee amongst a pile of overflowing trash.... read more

I love Starbucks so this is hard to write but I've never seen such a gross situation at one before. Trash everywhere... outside, inside. The garbage inside looks like it hasn't been emptied all day. Really really awful. Health hazard. Disgusting read more

I'm a big fan of Starbucks, but this location was not the best. The person who took my order input the wrong drink- I ordered a pink drink, and we even had a conversation about it, so I know I conveyed what I wanted, but he input a regular acai refresher. When I went to pick it up (after a really long wait, my husband had gotten his drink several minutes earlier) it didn't look right. When I asked if it was a pink drink the staff seemed annoyed. They told me the printed label sticker on the drink said acai refresher. The guy at the register vouched and accepted responsibility. But then the person who made the drink grabbed it, fixed it (added coconut milk, not sure?) and gave it back to me. It was gone in 2 sips- the cup was 90% ice. I was so disappointed. As someone who doesn't often spurge on Starbucks I won't ever stop by this location again. read more

I have been to this Starbucks several times and am usually quite pleased, however, this visit was disappointing. I visited about 6:30 pm on a Sunday night and waited in the drive through line for 21 minutes. I ordered two drinks and both were subpar. The first was a hot Mocha and tasted like black coffee and the second drink was a hot cinnamon dolce latte that tasted like butterscotch. I order the latte several times per week and this was the worst one I have ever received. I am hoping this was just a bad night for this Starbucks. read more

if i could give this location no stars, i would. for starters, we waited in line about 30 minutes which was fine because im patient and i understand some places may be short staffed. however, what i don't understand is drive through employees being rude. i paid for extra caramel for my husbands drink and when handed our drinks you could clearly see there was barely to any caramel, let alone extra. my husband precedes to ask "is there extra caramel?" and the lady states "i don't know, i didn't make it." needless to say, she should be thankful we had a game to go to in Chapel Hill. read more

I stop at Starbucks when I'm on the road, because I like a consistent drink. This location was easy to get to, I pre-ordered, using my mobile app, my drink was ready quickly, and exactly as ordered. The space is large enough to work comfortably, if that is what you need, there is a drive through, and it is clean. My favorite part about my visit yesterday was the customer service. The barista handed me my drink, used my name, smiled, and wished me a great day. That is the sort of customer service I love to see when I've been in my car, driving for four hours, and need a quick pick-me-up. This visit made my day. read more

By far the very worst Starbucks I have been to. Two people ahead of me and it took 20 minutes for them to take my order. 5 people working . ???? This place was very dirty, waste can inside overflowing. read more

this starbucks has the best coffee but don't come to this location unless you have a good 30 mins to wait in the line. you'll never get your coffee in a timely manner. butt me personally i'd wait because it's that good read more

This place is always slow and out of everything . Average wait in the drive thru seems to be 15 minutes or more . Very disappointing

25 minutes later and a "there's a lot of you and only one of me" after I asked if I was skipped over- which I was lol, by three orders. I then got my $6 drink..minus the extra shot I paid for. I understand places are understaffed but I wasn't rude when I asked. I was just running late and needed an idea of how much longer. read more

I came to this Starbucks with my 2 friends for coffee. We went inside and ordered 3 drinks. It took 30 minutes for us to receive 2 frappe's and an iced tea. There were 3 people working and there were a lot of people ordering inside and the drive thru was busy as well. The problem was that there were people who walked in 10-15 minutes after us that received their drinks before ours. Also, apparently someone didn't show up for their shift, which employees were talking and complaining about very loudly in front of everyone. What we thought was going to be a 10 minute stop for coffee to-go ended up taking 30 minutes. read more

Night crew took great care of us! Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and give us amazing drinks

The woman who took my order was a bit rude. The barista who made my iced coffee (I mean, easy!) made a huge mess with it and gave me the cup anyway. The reviews say it's pretty new so maybe they just need more experience! read more

I'd give this franchise 0/5 stars if I could. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes before our order was taken. When we finally got the drinks, they had subbed regular coffee for espresso in my flat white. I'm so livid I don't need the caffeine anymore. Also we couldn't cancel our order, get a refund, or leave feedback. Extremely disappointed in Starbucks... read more

For a caffeinated pick-me-up on the road, this is a very convenient spot for those needing a little something to stay alert. Starbucks is great for caffeine and sugar after all! Our experience was as expected...maybe even a bit quicker than we'd expect! We went through the drive thru for our drink order. Everyone was polite, and our order didn't have any mistakes. The drinks themselves are on par with those in this chain as well. Some of the other reviews state that this location still needed a lot of improvement from their opening, but - at least for us - it seems they have things running smoothly. This Starbucks is definitely A-OK! read more

They have declined in customer service and they messed up my order. They recently had to close for 10 days due to nobody wants to work there. I won't go there again read more

Why is this Starbucks so slow?! I'm well aware of staffing issues but this location consistently has the slowest moving drive through of any Starbucks I have ever visited. Waiting 30 minutes plus in a drive through for a coffee is completely unreasonable. read more

I frequent a lot. Because I'm on maternity leave and it's the closest Starbucks for 20 miles BUT they are extremely slow. Once you enter the drive thru you are trapped. I'm talking 10-15 mins in drive line and you can't exit the line. Twice in the past two weeks I've been given the wrong coffee. I also recently watched them (with the drive thru window open) talk rudely about a customer attempting to order a traveler thru the drive thru stating "some people are so stupid." Not cool Starbucks. The baristas are less than friendly. Actually the friendliest one was the one that messed up my order! She was very apologetic. But convenience wins out for me. read more

Generally, I wouldn't review Starbucks as it is a pretty consistent corporate chain. Today, however, my husband and I received such great service that I had to. Wes truly made our day! This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations. But the high rate of turnover and the lack of coordination unfortunately has left the shop very unorganized and inefficient. Many times in the last couple months, my order has taken much longer than usual to complete, drink isn't made right or the food was forgotten. I hope that it'll return to its glory soon. In the meantime I'll be going to a different location. read more

Brand new Starbucks in Mebane, convenient when meeting the 'rents from Raleigh or popping into the outlet mall. Also nice to not have to deal with the nightmare that is the Sheetz parking lot to get a coffee. The staff was really friendly, but you can tell they're having a hard time keeping up with demand. Several associates were bringing cases of milk from Walmart to use, presumably because they had run out of their own. There's a drive thru also, which is a bonus. read more

I placed a mobile order. Then once at location had to wait 15 minutes for my order. This was the second time I had this happen. One time I could believe was extenuating circumstances but 2 times is one too many. The person at pickup area should not step away for any reason. The pumpkin cold brew had maybe 1/2 inch of cold foam. This is unacceptable. I will not stop at this location again. read more

My drink order is wrong every time. I stop by here on road trips only because it's easy to get on and off the highway from the location. The last two times I was here I asked for a peppermint white mocha...I got regular mocha instead. This time I asked for a Frappuccino and got it as a late instead...? I order inside in the store because I like to bring my own cup to conserve on plastic. Not sure if that's what throws them off every time but this place is a mess. read more

Brand new and a lot of learning still to go. Iced tea was very watered down. Sandwich we ordered was taken out of oven when done heating and left sitting on counter. Standards, people! Poor response with emergency issue. The lid was not on securely on my pour over. As I grabbed it, it gushed all over my hand. I was yelling for help, as I did not want to drop it and have a bigger problem. They just stood there, staring at me. They were not busy. I asked for ice, so one disappeared to the back. The other walked over to the microwave to get another order. I again asked for ice, the ice machine was right there and one finally handed me a cup of ice. There was absolutely no sense of urgency... and no apology. Horrible experience! read more

THE WORST Starbucks I've ever visited. This location is consistently out of a lot of menu items and notorious for being slooooow! I HATE that's it's the only location in this town. read more
