An excellent location. I moved to the area earlier this year and the warm and attentive staff have made me feel most welcome! They are quick with orders and apologetic and accommodating when mistakes inevitably occur. No joke the slowest Starbucks I've ever been too in the world. And yes I've been to many. I would give them two stars because the customer service isn't that bad. I wish there was an excuse for being overwhelmingly busy, understaffed, etc. however none of the former are true. Plenty of staff, all of which have been there for plenty of time. Yet short lines of 2-4 people take 5-10 minutes. Drinks take 5+ and even with a mobile order expect 10-15 minutes on a slow day. If it's busy... go elsewhere you'll still be done sooner. Lesson learned after numerous attempts as it's near home and on my way too work. Coming from the service industry I am usually pretty generous on my sentiments of time. Starbucks and management! I LOVE this place! Even though this place is fairly new I really like it. All of the employees that I have encountered have all been super friendly. I frequent Starbucks' and I am very peculiar about my coffee and they have always been super accommodating. When it first opened the air conditioning was extremely cold, but that has been fixed since. There aren't a whole lot of outlets or indoor seating, but not a lot of people come here regularly so usually table space is not an issue. This Starbucks is also in a very convenient spot since it is located next to a lot of food places and close to a major intersection so it is easy to find. I recently made this Starbucks my "usual" because the staff is great!! They made an effort to get to know me and if there's ever an issue, they quickly fix it without question or attitude. But what I love most is that the manager is working out front with her employees most of the time and you can tell she has a great passion for what she does and that trickles down to not just the employees but the customers as well. I like the Starbucks here and the staff as well. It is a great place to study as they have lots of outlets and a very open layout so you don't feel like you are cramp and right up against someone. They have bar seating and a more modern home feeling. I also enjoy the big windows with the natural light. If you want more specialized coffee I would go to Windsor roasters or makai coffee. I prefer makai as a study spot over here, but have to mix it up! read more

I usually stop at one of two Starbucks on my way to work- this one, or the one on Spring St. Though they both offer great customer service and the standard Starbucks menu (blonde roast... mmmm..), I would say that these baristas are friendlier. There is the gal with the accent who always rings me up, so quick and efficient! There is also a dark haired barista with whom I always have good conversation. The male employees are also very friendly! The store itself is spacious, lots of windows, and flows nicely. Sometimes there is a longer line in the morning, but they know how to handle it. However this particular Starbucks couldn't break my $100 bill, which lets face it, $100 is the new $20. The barista for the first time said "I dont have change to break your $100 bill, but you can get us next time, coffee is on us" that right there deserves recognition of an employee who understands the value of clients! I don't frequent Starbucks that much but every 5 thousand mile checkup on my car. The shop is across the street so I come here and enjoy a hot chocolate while waiting. This Starbucks in on my daily routs, and has parking, so I come even though the tables and chairs are usually dirty. Last week on a weekday I was supposed to meet someone who had to work through lunch. I was waiting, reading a book, then with my friend. For 3 hours no one came out from behind the counters to wipe any of the sticky tables. People would look for a place to sit, see a dirty napkin and ask if someone was still sitting there. BTW, this was inside the store. Who knows if the outdoor tables and chairs are wiped off ever. read more

Rude employees. The service at this Starbucks is terrible. I go to this Starbucks because of the convenience of the big parking lot, but every time I go, I am reminded of the bad service. The staff are rude and short. I know my order is a bit complex, but the person taking the order is usually short with me. Out of all the Starbucks near my residence, this is probably my favorite one. It's been rare for me to come in and see an exceptionally long line, and I almost always find a seat to sit at and get work done. The staff is extremely friendly and seem to get along well. I don't even bother with the Starbucks down the street, especially due to parking. Decided to check out this recently opened sbux and I felt pretty bad for the barista (male, tan, glasses, and plugs) because he was the ONLY person on! And there was a semi long line. I must say that he was amazing under stress. He was up beat, smiling, and engaging in conversations with every one while switching off making drinks and ringing people up. I'm pretty sure his extremely positive attitude helped ease people's nerves. Everyone seemed to be patient and they were enjoying themselves. If this guy isn't a "shift lead" or whatever they call them these days, he should be the runner up! I will go back with hopes of having some of his positive energy rub off on me :) read more

Visited this location this morning and had terrible experience. There was a line out the door and two of the slowest cashiers ever. Also one cashier kept leaving to go refill the sugar station. 1. You need to help the customers in front of you first to get the line down prior to moving to other tasks. 2. I was looking at the sugar station and it was not even empty to where it was urgent to fill in that moment. Lack of training, customer service, & common sense. read more

I gave this place four stars because I really like this place, I come here all the time. On Thursday April 4th, around 6:30 am I purchased a grande drink, the guy or barista gave me some weird look and then filled my cup 2/3 making the rest of the 1/3 of the cup all foam. I didn't pay for a tall drink and this guy needs to be taught about giving people what they paid for, maybe some customer service too. He could have been having a bad morning but please don't fill my grande cup a little more than half and fill the other half with foam. read more
