I've been to this location a few times it's usually by drive-thru. Today I decided to dine in, I had the Spinach Feta Wrap with the Carmel Protein latte. Both were delicious & I do recommend trying either of them. The staff that work here said hello & have a good day to everyone! They all seemed to be in a good mood & got along with each other. I want to enjoy a drink with a very friend. The product is delicious, but the service was not up to par today We've had heavy rain the past two days. It was really nice to be able to sit outside on the patio, but the tables were not clean. I went inside and asked them to clean off the tables. There was standing water on several tables. one barista told me he was coming out with a rag, but did come out at all after 45 minutes and did not attempt to clean off the tables. I understand this is a very busy drive-through service Starbucks, but they need to also take care of the inside tables and ithe outside Starbucks table area. read more

My husband picked up a Grande White Chocolate Mocha from this Starbucks and I was sadly to find out that my drink was only halfway filled before taking a sip. The rest of the cup was filled with whipped cream. I should've ordered a Tall if they weren't going to fill up this Grande cup. This is sad and isn't fair to spend $6 on a half filled cup of coffee. My daughter turned me on to Folklore Coffee. I was looking for an alternative to Starbucks due to them switching from drip brew to one cup Keurig type brew. The coffee isn't as good and I would feel sick after drinking it so stopped going . If you want a strong cup of Joe at a decent price this is the place to go. It's just steps from the Metra station in downtown Lemont. Plenty of syrups to customize your coffee. It's a cozy small privately owned business. Went today and waited at the pick up window for 10+ minutes staring at my drinks melting as the cashier is getting ice for the baristas and taking the order of a woman inside and ignoring us. Absolutely ridiculous, no manager in store just a "shift lead" . DO NOT GO HERE - they are inconsiderate of your time and have horrible customer service issues and time management. Seriously, drive to the target or down the street if you need Starbucks. Do not waste your time at this location if you like yourself. it was a my friends birthday the other day and when they went and picked up their "free drink" the make presenting employee was so rude to my friend that he made her cry... on her birthday. all because she had ordered through the phone and picked it up "too early". Always awesome. I usually do drivethru over inside but the drivethru is always a great experience. Baristas are super wonderful and always great to chat with. They're incredibly knowledgeable, too. Starbucks can always be hit or miss on their staff but this one has the best. I have gotten suggestions to make drinks better or alternatives to my usual and it's really nice that they care enough to try to make the drink taste even better than it does. The one time I did go inside, same experience. I have never had a bad experience in my two years of going to this Starbucks. Absolutely lovely. read more

Everytime I go there they are out of oatmeal, or no blueberries or no container or something. You wait in line for 20 minutes to find this out. And when they are out of blueberries they still charge you the same price. I go to pick up for my wife 1/2 cup of some cheap oatmeal for almost 5 bucks would be laughable if it wasnt so ridiculus. read more

I have to say that I just had one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at Dunkin' Donuts at this drive-through. With the exception of the Dunkin' Donuts on route 83 who are usually very nice friendly and helpful, I have not had a lot of good staff experiences at Dunkin' Donuts in the past. Most mornings, I ask my dog "Do you want to go get coffee?" She immediately hops up and makes a beeline for the door, because she knows we're going to the Starbucks in Lemont. Why I'll pay the extra few dollars to get my coffee here rather than the Dunkin Donuts in town is both the quality of the coffee and service. All of the employees here are sweet as pie, and most of them now enthusiastically greet my hyper little dog as she peers in the drive-thru window. I can't even recall the last time they got my drink wrong, and I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to the specific formulations of my coffee drinks. This is about the 8th time I've gotten a coffee with STALE whipped cream. Not to mention the fact that I ordered a venti Iced white mocha coffee sub sweet cream and paid for it. Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to hand me a grande iced coffee with expired whipped cream and no sweet cream. Every time I come here they screw up. Waste of money. Waste of time. Takes too long in drive thru and even longer if you walk inside to beat the drive thru. Don't come here. read more
