Everytime I come to the Lake Zurich Illinois 7brew every single person I have met is very talkative and nice.

Have been attempted to try something here for the longest time. Every time I was around here, the line was two miles long. Tried decaf Irish cream iced coffee. Great nice portion and nice taste. The flavor was pretty artificial for me. Maybe other choices are better? read more

I have been driving past 7 Brew for like a year and a half and today was the first time I didn't see a ridiculous line of cars spilling out of the parking lot and snarling up the intersection. So I decided to take advantage and see what all the fuss is about and pulled a quick u-turn. There were still about 8 cars in the lanes but they had plenty of staff on hand to keep the line moving quickly and I was actually able to get my order and drink in less than 5 mins. A little more time to check out the QR code menu would have been nice considering it was my first time but luckily one of the featured drinks was the Toasted Marshmallow latte and that sounded good to me so I went an iced one of those. Although the staff were very really friendly and it was a nice ordering experience the drink was just very underwhelming. I had heard that 7 Brew's drinks tended to be on the sweet side so I was expecting it to be heavy on the syrup but the toasted marshmallow flavor ended up being very faint. The latte just tasted more like sweetened milk actually. I couldn't really discern much of a coffee flavor even. I wonder if the medium iced option at 24oz just has more likelihood of being not as strong. As I was waiting for my drink the breve section did catch my eye. I might stop by again and get a small one of those to give the place another chance but at least I know for now that I haven't been missing out on too much. read more

Everytime I pass this place I see the longest line ever. I have been wanting to see what the rave is all about! I finally caught them when they were slow and got a coffee. When ordered they ask what kind of syrups you want and I think i went with caramel or something simple. I do NOT like overly sweet coffee drinks so unfortunately I was not even able to drink my coffee. SUPER sweet stuff. It seems like that might be their thing. I don't imagine I will be back. read more

Surprisingly good, but definitely sweet. The line is usually way too long for us to try, but we got lucky this time. The place only serves drinks so at the staffs recommendation we tried: - Banana Bread Blondie - Brunette You can get half or quarter sweet, so we did that for the Brunette and it helped a lot if you like more bitter drinks. read more

7 Brew Coffee is officially our go-to weekend stop (my daughter and I are obsessed). I always grab my Brunette coffee (sugar-free, of course ), and my daughter is locked in on her strawberry banana -- she loves it every single time. It's one of those little routines that just hits. And don't let the line scare you. It looks long and intimidating, but it moves SO fast that you barely even notice you're waiting ... if that makes sense. The energy is always great, service is quick, and drinks are consistently on point. Definitely a staple in our weekend rotation read more

I came here on a weekday at 9am and the line was just out to the street. I had to drive past and turn around in order to get in line because I couldn't turn right otherwise I'd block traffic. For how busy they have been, this parking lot is not big enough for their drive through lines. Another time I came and there were 15 cars backed into the street. At that point, I decided it wasn't worth trying. So I was excited to finally try it! The overall wait was about 15 minutes. I was happy to see they had two people taking orders outside. I asked for a recommendation and they were very helpful. I ordered the blondie hot. It was delicious! I'm not surprised this place is so popular. I'll come back if in the area as long as the line is reasonable. read more

The Coffee must be Fantastic - This place is POPULAR. Here's the problem: don't get in a lane unless You have 10 - 15 minutes. There are Two Lanes and No Exit. I mean Your car has never felt so claustrophobic - No Exit. Now, you're now a Captive. Sit and wait till your're released from this coffee scented Parking Lot. I will pay attention the next time I drive by on a Saturday. It has to be a sitcom... read more

Lines are absolutely long here on the weekend but we got done in like 30 minutes. We got their strawberry pina colada and I would say it is very sweet. They have people taking orders and super nice. Will be coming back to try their other drinks. read more

The coffee hype is real! I always see people raving about 7 brew on TikTok, I finally caved in and decided to give the popular coffee shop a try. I drove a whopping 25 minutes to get to the Naperville location as that was the nearest one to me. Because it's the new year I'm being more cautious about my calorie intake, so I was pleased with their sugar free options. I ordered a medium cookie butter iced latte with almond milk. The total was $6.47 and I must say it was pretty darn tasty! I'm not much of a coffee person and typically only drink super sweet Frappuccinos, so my expectations weren't high with this sugar free drink- but it was delicious. Dare I say it's better than Starbucks! It was fairly crowded but I found the customer service to be fast and efficient. They have employees standing outside getting the orders in. I was in and out of the line in about 6-7 minutes, despite the influx of customers! I'm eager to see 7 Brew continue to expand throughout the state. Hopefully there will be a day where I don't have to make a 25+ minute drive to get coffee from here, but until that day comes I'm perfectly fine with stopping by whenever I'm in the area! read more

We always enjoy visiting 7 Brew Coffee! This was probably my third time having it. The coffee was great, but what really stood out was the customer service and the overall vibe. Even with about 25 cars in the drive-thru, the line moved surprisingly fast and never felt overwhelming. When I got to the window, the employees were clearly having the best time--laughing, dancing, and genuinely enjoying themselves while making drinks. Their energy was contagious and made the whole experience even better. I actually caught myself saying, "Man, I'd love to work here--they look like they're having the time of their lives!" Amazing coffee, efficient service, and such a fun, positive atmosphere. I'll definitely be visiting again! read more

Yikes! First of all, expect the line to take you around 30 minutes- which isn't their fault, but the line of cars wraps around the building and down the street nearly all day, every day. I was so curious to try this place that seemed like the hottest new spot and was very disappointed. There are no menus anywhere to look at while you wait in line- plan to google it beforehand and know what you want because a worker will come to your window and expect you to have your order ready despite not even a QR code nearby to find the menu, let alone a physical sign. I ordered the iced cinnamon roll (1/2 sweet) and it literally just tasted like a full cup of sweet cream. Not even a trace of coffee flavor, let alone espresso. There is coffee worth waiting 30 minutes for and this is not it! read more

7 Brew Coffee - Cinnamon roll - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

I visited the new 7 Brew in Naperville! Despite the long lines, I was excited to give it a try. I ordered the Blondie Chiller with caramel drizzle and whipped cream at regular sweetness. The chiller was a frozen blended drink - a bit sweet for my taste, but still really enjoyable! Next time, I'll know to order it with less sweetness. Also got a pup cup for my dog and we also ordered off the secret menu. We got the Strawberry Brewchata which brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla Iced Chai with brown sugar and cinnamon & Strawberry Syrup Cold Foam and Cinnamon Sprinkles. Tasted like a horchata drink. While I'm giving it 4 stars for the overall experience, there's room for improvement with staff training. When I asked about the difference between a breve and a cappuccino, the young staff member seemed unsure. A little more menu knowledge would make the experience even better, but overall, it was a great visit! read more

First time at 7 Brew Coffee and if for you time is the most valuable asset than I do not recommend stopping by here as it took 50 minutes to get my Blondie Iced Coffee. Pre-grand opening of the latest Arkansas chain 7 brew. They have over 30 flavored coffees as well as tea, lemonades and energy drinks. It's a drive thru only coffee shop where their goal is to get you out in under 4 minutes or less. German Chocolate iced coffee was a nice blend of chocolate and coconut. Strong coffee to get ya going! Plenty of helpful staff to get your order. Be sure to check onliine for their extensive menu and secret menu. read more

Mixed feelings about this one! I tried to visit two days in a row and the line was insane--at least 50 cars deep. On my last day in town, I noticed a mere two cars in line, so I decided give 7 Brew a shot and see what all the hype is about. The order taker was incredibly sweet and answered my questions about the menu. She even made some suggestions for other drinks. I ordered a SF peach and SF strawberry green tea and it was not great. The flavors fell flat and the tea was overwhelmingly strong. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, but this was a big let down. I'm just glad I didn't wait in a massive line! read more

Don't let the long line scare you - it goes by pretty fast. I've gone for a total of three times now and all three times I've been pretty disappointed. First two times were too watered down. And the last time was too sweet. I don't get the hype and don't think I'll be going back. read more

7 Brew Coffee - Smooth 7 with caramel drizzle - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

Hype. 7 Brew is a drive through coffee and drink stand that knows their audience with endless drink customizations and viral marketing. The lines seem to have died down at this location, but no guarantees that you'll be waiting in a stream of cars. There are multiple lanes that you can go through, and the customer service is good. The employees chat it up with you while you wait for your drink, and tend to be high school and college kids. If you're a serious coffee drinker, you'll go somewhere else. For anybody else looking for coffee-ish drinks, smoothies, energy drinks, teas, and more, you'll love the variety offered here. I'm not a fan of the copious amounts of sugar in my drinks, but you can customize the sugar level on many of the drinks on the menu. read more

Honestly, I don't get the hype, but maybe it's just not for me. The drinks are sugar loaded and the espresso flavor non existent. Service is very friendly and fast even when the lines are long. I had a better time speaking with the worker than with the drink. If you love the taste of espresso or coffee, don't have hope for this. If you are looking of a cafeinated sugar drink then go here. I probly won't go back since I may be a bit of a coffee snob I guess, but if you like Starbucks lattes level of sweetness then give it a shot. read more

I wanted to like this place! After a 25 minute wait on a Sunday at 4pm, I ordered a latte, it was hot but didn't have a strong enough coffee flavor. I felt like it was coffee flavored milk. I don't get the hype. Maybe I'm not the target audience as I don't like syrups or sauces but a latte should have a distinct coffee flavor. Also surprised they didn't have menus posted while waiting in the drive thru. We had to ask the girl who took our order what the sizes were but she didn't know how many ounces were in each size. Not for me! read more

I don't get the chance to visit 7 Brew Coffee often since I live about an hour away, so I was really looking forward to coming today. I ordered a Blondie frappe with caramel, toasted marshmallow cold foam, light caramel drizzle, and an added shot of espresso. When I got to the window, the drink I received was filled to the top with caramel drizzle, which wasn't what I asked for. I politely let the employee know, and she took the drink and threw it away. She then gave me another drink, but this time it was a latte, not a frappe. I mentioned that it wasn't what I ordered, and she again took it and threw it away. I understand mistakes happen, but I felt uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. By the time she handed me a third drink, I didn't want to keep speaking up since the line was getting longer. Unfortunately, the final drink was overly sweet and didn't seem to include the espresso shot I paid for. What made the experience worse was the employee's attitude, she came across as cold and unwelcoming, which made me feel like I was causing a problem just for asking for my correct order. Since I rarely get to come here, this was really disappointing. read more

Been curious about this place since I saw it opened. Driving in I was stunned by the lines here! Two parallel lines that extend out into the side street. There are about 4-5 people taking orders from the line like it's Portillos, I've never really understood this because they miss people in between but maybe I just don't do this often. There is an option to tip - they're standing in the cold for hours I always do!!! Once you're in line, you're committed! No way to leave or drive off. It was my first time so I tried one of their flagship drinks - Smooth 7 with Irish cream. Two tables set up, one at each station, with someone standing there to greet you and hand out straws. Someone will walk up from the internal coffee shop station and carry out your order. Very old school! He asked if I want it chilled and I said yes - didn't realize that means slushie like fyi! The drink was thicker, yummy and sweet - I did get my money's worth for what I chose. I just didn't realize the sweetness was an option for them to go through to be adjustable, so if I come by next time I'd definitely tell them to lessen the sweetness! Cool experience but I just think it's way too cold outside for all this. Nothing wrong happened during my experience overall though and I was out in 10 minutes! read more

You have to go in the morning, or you will be doomed with the looooooong line. I think i went around 8 am and was able go pull right up. I got three drinks and it was like 20 bucks which was crazy but i wanted to try it out and see the hype. I do admit. The brew lagoon was fire. I think about it all the time. I wish it was closer but the service was so nice and the place was jamming out to fun music. I would go again 12/10 read more

Insanely long lines, but they move quickly! Huge variety of drinks... and even some sugar free options!

Naeema was wonderful taking orders and giving recs from the menu! So happy 7 brew is in Glendale!

I came on one of the first days it opened. It was also at a time where you could get a free small coffee, so I figured the line would be long, and it was. However, I got through the line in no more than 10-15 minutes. The workers seemed positive and friendly, and the drink I got was delicious! I got the sugar free iced brunette. Something I learned *after* having my drink was that sugar free does not mean calorie free. So be careful if you are trying to watch your calories. But these drinks are definitely worth the calories once in a while! read more

Can't believe how busy this place is for the quality of drinks. I think it will die down. Line was several cars lined up into the street, and it took us about 15 minutes. Not worth the wait IMO. There was vulgar rap music playing outside the whole time. Very unprofessional. Tons of garbage and empty boxes all over. The manager needs to get organized and get their act together! I wouldn't come back just because it's a mess and they're playing ratchet unprofessional music. Our order was an iced white chocolate mocha and an iced london fog. First of all way too much ice. The white chocolate mocha is not a white chocolate mocha. This is a milk chocolate mocha. Call it a milk chocolate mocha.... And way too sweet. Tastes bad and couldnt drink it. I threw it in the trash. Really disappointing. And the London fog tasted like Horchata... It actually costed the same as Starbucks. Over $12 The only positive was that the staff was friendly. read more

Dear 7Brew Team, Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness! Our staff truly appreciated the holiday "pick me up" -- it was such a thoughtful and uplifting surprise during a busy time of year. Your support brought a lot of smiles to O'Neill Middle School (Downers Grove, Illinois) and helped make the week before winter break feel extra special. Small gestures like this go a long way, and we are very grateful for your willingness to support educators in our community. Thank you again for spreading joy and caffeinated cheer! I've been here a few times before and had excellent service, today however, has been the worst. We pulled up and were ignored by the two employees who were off to the side talking to each other and goofing off. We proceed to pull up and decide to wave someone over as we had been waiting for a while and nearing the front. The employee comes over and we said sorry we waved her over but we had been forgotten. She tells us we weren't forgotten... How? If you attended all 3+ cars behind us and didn't come up to us until we waved you down. She then takes half my order and cuts me off to just ask "do you want all the inclusions with that?" I say yes because I assume it's a very popular drink but just asked her to make it with oat milk. A few minutes later a different employee comes out and tries to hand me a drink that was not what I ordered. She goes back in. We arrive to the front and she comes back a second time to ask if I'm sure I didn't order that drink.. I then tell her what I ordered briefly before she walks away. Didn't even let me tell her my customization. She then comes back and hands me a drink, that again, is not what I ordered! While the drink was alright, it's not what I ordered and this whole experience has been upsetting. read more

Staff was very friendly even though they were super busy. I appreciated the servers suggestions and my coffee was yummy.

Just came from the Round Lake location and the service was horrible. I ordered my usual drink, Banana Bread with cold foam and chocolate drizzle. After them already skipping me in line and having to hold up the line, they messed up and made my drink wrong. After going back to have it fixed, they messed up again. I requested for it to be fixed again, and got a wall of aditude, and then they just took the drink, scrapped off the whip cream, and just threw chocolate and cold foam into it and basically said I either take it, or a refund. Seriously, this is the one thing I look forward to when I am in the area, and I can't even enjoy this?!? I'm done with this place. Bullshit customer service. The owner that replies back I do send you the email with description, and nothing is ever being done. I am going to reporting this to the BBB . read more
