I always grab my Brunette coffee (sugar-free, of course ), and my daughter is locked in on her strawberry banana -- she loves it every single time. It's one of those little routines that just hits. And don't let the line scare you. It looks long and intimidating, but it moves SO fast that you barely even notice you're waiting ... if that makes sense. I have been driving past 7 Brew for like a year and a half and today was the first time I didn't see a ridiculous line of cars spilling out of the parking lot and snarling up the intersection. So I decided to take advantage and see what all the fuss is about and pulled a quick u-turn. There were still about 8 cars in the lanes but they had plenty of staff on hand to keep the line moving quickly and I was actually able to get my order and drink in less than 5 mins. A little more time to check out the QR code menu would have been nice considering it was my first time but luckily one of the featured drinks was the Toasted Marshmallow latte and that sounded good to me so I went an iced one of those. Although the staff were very really friendly and it was a nice ordering experience the drink was just very underwhelming. I had heard that 7 Brew's drinks tended to be on the sweet side so I was expecting it to be heavy on the syrup but the toasted marshmallow flavor ended up being very faint. The latte just tasted more like sweetened milk actually. I couldn't really discern much of a coffee flavor even. I wonder if the medium iced option at 24oz just has more likelihood of being not as strong. As I was waiting for my drink the breve section did catch my eye. I might stop by again and get a small one of those to give the place another chance but at least I know for now that I haven't been missing out on too much. read more

The Coffee must be Fantastic - This place is POPULAR. Here's the problem: don't get in a lane unless You have 10 - 15 minutes. There are Two Lanes and No Exit. The place only serves drinks so at the staffs recommendation we tried: - Banana Bread Blondie - Brunette You can get half or quarter sweet, so we did that for the Brunette and it helped a lot if you like more bitter drinks. read more

I came here on a weekday at 9am and the line was just out to the street. I had to drive past and turn around in order to get in line because I couldn't turn right otherwise I'd block traffic. For how busy they have been, this parking lot is not big enough for their drive through lines. Another time I came and there were 15 cars backed into the street. At that point, I decided it wasn't worth trying. So I was excited to finally try it! The overall wait was about 15 minutes. I was happy to see they had two people taking orders outside. I asked for a recommendation and they were very helpful. I ordered the blondie hot. It was delicious! I'm not surprised this place is so popular. The coffee hype is real! I always see people raving about 7 brew on TikTok, I finally caved in and decided to give the popular coffee shop a try. I drove a whopping 25 minutes to get to the Naperville location as that was the nearest one to me. Because it's the new year I'm being more cautious about my calorie intake, so I was pleased with their sugar free options. I ordered a medium cookie butter iced latte with almond milk. The total was $6.47 and I must say it was pretty darn tasty! I'm not much of a coffee person and typically only drink super sweet Frappuccinos, so my expectations weren't high with this sugar free drink- but it was delicious. Dare I say it's better than Starbucks! It was fairly crowded but I found the customer service to be fast and efficient. They have employees standing outside getting the orders in. I was in and out of the line in about 6-7 minutes, despite the influx of customers! I'm eager to see 7 Brew continue to expand throughout the state. Hopefully there will be a day where I don't have to make a 25+ minute drive to get coffee from here, but until that day comes I'm perfectly fine with stopping by whenever I'm in the area! read more

We always enjoy visiting 7 Brew Coffee! This was probably my third time having it. The coffee was great, but what really stood out was the customer service and the overall vibe. Even with about 25 cars in the drive-thru, the line moved surprisingly fast and never felt overwhelming. When I got to the window, the employees were clearly having the best time--laughing, dancing, and genuinely enjoying themselves while making drinks. Their energy was contagious and made the whole experience even better. I actually caught myself saying, "Man, I'd love to work here--they look like they're having the time of their lives!" There are no menus anywhere to look at while you wait in line- plan to google it beforehand and know what you want because a worker will come to your window and expect you to have your order ready despite not even a QR code nearby to find the menu, let alone a physical sign. I ordered the iced cinnamon roll (1/2 sweet) and it literally just tasted like a full cup of sweet cream. Not even a trace of coffee flavor, let alone espresso. I don't get the chance to visit 7 Brew Coffee often since I live about an hour away, so I was really looking forward to coming today. I ordered a Blondie frappe with caramel, toasted marshmallow cold foam, light caramel drizzle, and an added shot of espresso. When I got to the window, the drink I received was filled to the top with caramel drizzle, which wasn't what I asked for. I politely let the employee know, and she took the drink and threw it away. She then gave me another drink, but this time it was a latte, not a frappe. I mentioned that it wasn't what I ordered, and she again took it and threw it away. I understand mistakes happen, but I felt uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. By the time she handed me a third drink, I didn't want to keep speaking up since the line was getting longer. Unfortunately, the final drink was overly sweet and didn't seem to include the espresso shot I paid for. What made the experience worse was the employee's attitude,she came across as cold and unwelcoming, which made me feel like I was causing a problem just for asking for my correct order. I visited the new 7 Brew in Naperville! Despite the long lines, I was excited to give it a try. I ordered the Blondie Chiller with caramel drizzle and whipped cream at regular sweetness. The chiller was a frozen blended drink - a bit sweet for my taste, but still really enjoyable! Next time, I'll know to order it with less sweetness. Also got a pup cup for my dog and we also ordered off the secret menu. We got the Strawberry Brewchata which brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla Iced Chai with brown sugar and cinnamon & Strawberry Syrup Cold Foam and Cinnamon Sprinkles. Tasted like a horchata drink. While I'm giving it 4 stars for the overall experience, there's room for improvement with staff training. When I asked about the difference between a breve and a cappuccino, the young staff member seemed unsure. A little more menu knowledge would make the experience even better, but overall, it was a great visit! read more

Mixed feelings about this one! I tried to visit two days in a row and the line was insane--at least 50 cars deep. On my last day in town, I noticed a mere two cars in line, so I decided give 7 Brew a shot and see what all the hype is about. The order taker was incredibly sweet and answered my questions about the menu. She even made some suggestions for other drinks. I ordered a SF peach and SF strawberry green tea and it was not great. The flavors fell flat and the tea was overwhelmingly strong. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, but this was a big let down. I'm just glad I didn't wait in a massive line! read more

The lines seem to have died down at this location, but no guarantees that you'll be waiting in a stream of cars. There are multiple lanes that you can go through, and the customer service is good. The employees chat it up with you while you wait for your drink, and tend to be high school and college kids. If you're a serious coffee drinker, you'll go somewhere else. For anybody else looking for coffee-ish drinks, smoothies, energy drinks, teas, and more, you'll love the variety offered here. After 10 days they offered 1 drink. Just know that whenever you go to 7 Brew. That they think of you as a business. Not a customer. This is now been 7 days of attempting to contact 7 Brew. They are committing fraud! It's called Bait and Switch. They've blamed me for misreading the coupon. Which says, 50% off. They've told me that the coupon is still good as a BOGO. They have done nothing about how my dad was treated for trying to use his 50% off coupon. And, the worst part is...that they promised to upload a drink and a refund for our last drink. That's right. Only 1 drink after 6 days of following up and never once owning up to this scam. I'm shocked by my experience. It's been 6 days of calls, emails, and many reviews now. 7 Brew willing committed fraud. It's called "Bait and Switch" the Bait is the 50% off coupon. The switch is the BOGO. They willingly are fine with committing fraud. They only care about money. And, over $4...they have repeatedly sent the same email. They know that it's fraud and, all that they're offering is a BOGO coupon. I wanted to like this place! After a 25 minute wait on a Sunday at 4pm, I ordered a latte, it was hot but didn't have a strong enough coffee flavor. I felt like it was coffee flavored milk. I don't get the hype. Maybe I'm not the target audience as I don't like syrups or sauces but a latte should have a distinct coffee flavor. Been curious about this place since I saw it opened. Driving in I was stunned by the lines here! Two parallel lines that extend out into the side street. There are about 4-5 people taking orders from the line like it's Portillos, I've never really understood this because they miss people in between but maybe I just don't do this often. There is an option to tip - they're standing in the cold for hours I always do!!! Once you're in line, you're committed! No way to leave or drive off. It was my first time so I tried one of their flagship drinks - Smooth 7 with Irish cream. Two tables set up, one at each station, with someone standing there to greet you and hand out straws. Someone will walk up from the internal coffee shop station and carry out your order. Very old school! He asked if I want it chilled and I said yes - didn't realize that means slushie like fyi! The drink was thicker, yummy and sweet - I did get my money's worth for what I chose. I just didn't realize the sweetness was an option for them to go through to be adjustable, so if I come by next time I'd definitely tell them to lessen the sweetness! You have to go in the morning, or you will be doomed with the looooooong line. I think i went around 8 am and was able go pull right up. I got three drinks and it was like 20 bucks which was crazy but i wanted to try it out and see the hype. I do admit. The brew lagoon was fire. I think about it all the time. I came on one of the first days it opened. It was also at a time where you could get a free small coffee, so I figured the line would be long, and it was. However, I got through the line in no more than 10-15 minutes. The workers seemed positive and friendly, and the drink I got was delicious! I got the sugar free iced brunette. Something I learned *after* having my drink was that sugar free does not mean calorie free. So be careful if you are trying to watch your calories. But these drinks are definitely worth the calories once in a while! read more

Can't believe how busy this place is for the quality of drinks. I think it will die down. Line was several cars lined up into the street, and it took us about 15 minutes. Not worth the wait IMO. There was vulgar rap music playing outside the whole time. Very unprofessional. Tons of garbage and empty boxes all over. The manager needs to get organized and get their act together! I wouldn't come back just because it's a mess and they're playing ratchet unprofessional music. Our order was an iced white chocolate mocha and an iced london fog. First of all way too much ice. The white chocolate mocha is not a white chocolate mocha. This is a milk chocolate mocha. Call it a milk chocolate mocha.... And way too sweet. Tastes bad and couldnt drink it. I've been here a few times before and had excellent service, today however, has been the worst. We pulled up and were ignored by the two employees who were off to the side talking to each other and goofing off. We proceed to pull up and decide to wave someone over as we had been waiting for a while and nearing the front. The employee comes over and we said sorry we waved her over but we had been forgotten. She tells us we weren't forgotten... How? If you attended all 3+ cars behind us and didn't come up to us until we waved you down. She then takes half my order and cuts me off to just ask "do you want all the inclusions with that?" I say yes because I assume it's a very popular drink but just asked her to make it with oat milk. A few minutes later a different employee comes out and tries to hand me a drink that was not what I ordered. She goes back in. We arrive to the front and she comes back a second time to ask if I'm sure I didn't order that drink.. I then tell her what I ordered briefly before she walks away. Didn't even let me tell her my customization. She then comes back and hands me a drink, that again, is not what I ordered! Just came from the Round Lake location and the service was horrible. I ordered my usual drink, Banana Bread with cold foam and chocolate drizzle. After them already skipping me in line and having to hold up the line, they messed up and made my drink wrong. After going back to have it fixed, they messed up again. I requested for it to be fixed again, and got a wall of aditude, and then they just took the drink, scrapped off the whip cream, and just threw chocolate and cold foam into it and basically said I either take it, or a refund. Seriously, this is the one thing I look forward to when I am in the area, and I can't even enjoy this?!? I'm done with this place. Bullshit customer service. First experience at 7 Brew and I won't be returning. I heard they had an extensive drink menu, so thought I might want to try something different. The line was unusually short, so thought it was a perfect time. Three cars in front of me, but the menu is on the building structure which you can't read. A woman met me in the line to ask what I wanted to order. When I wanted to know what they had, she rattled off the flavors and types so fast, I couldn't even comprehend what she said.
