Light than a regular coffee, more like tea body. With some ginger taste and very little sweetness. It took about 10 mins to make. I liked it a lot. Also got the bird's nest which I highly recommend. Creamer than the regular baklava and perfect portion for us. Certainly could be one of my regulars.
