Great drive-through has a wonderful team of Starbucks members. I got a ocean drink with coconut milk in it and a sweet tea. Their ice is wonderful. The area is wonderful good place to go in and out of. I would come again. read more

Updating since it's been 5 years. This place deserves a 5 star. Not only is it right around the corner from my house, I can even walk to it. But I'm lazy! This location is just a drive thru, walk up Starbucks. It's stuck between Sonic and a car wash which used to be Glint, and is now Duck car wash place. Anyway, I've been ordering via DoorDash to deliver while I'm still in bed, and they never miss an order. Always right compared to other locations that I've had DoorDash deliver from. Anyway most of the time I drive up is when I purchase gift cards for the flight crew whenever I fly anywhere. Only 5.00 each card, for round trip flights I need 12 cards, and this location always have enough for me. All the baristas I've encountered there so far have been friendly, with great service. read more

I took advantage of a promo, and got a venti Iced Chai Matcha Latte for $3. The order ahead feature wasn't working, so I had to order at the window. There was a couple people in front of me, but it still only took about 5 minutes to order and get my drink. I've had nothing but nice baristas at this location at the pick-up side. Looks like they also added 3 tables and chairs for outdoor seating to the side. Tip: Drive-thru is always busy. Better to order ahead and pick-up. read more

Love the location of this drive thru and walk up Starbucks! Quick and easy in and out on a busy corner of Kent Kangley for west and northbound traffic specifically. Baristas have always been friendly and pleasant, and delivered the consistent Starbucks standard drinks and products. Shares a parking lot with Glint car wash and Sonic, so it can get busy depending on the time you stop in. Drive thru and outdoor seating area have always been clean and clear of litter and debris. No complaints and grateful for the ease of access to my midday chai tea latte indulgence made to perfection! read more

Arrived at 9:28 left at 9:47....completely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the mobile orders were not done in a timely manner with one person leaving and coming back because one of his orders weren't complete....i prefer these smaller Starbucks as they are typically quicker and better. However, this one is lacking immensely. Please make drinks in a timely fashion so we can all stay within schedule. Thank you. read more

Starbucks rarely goes wrong in my opinion. We always do drive thru. My drink was made to perfection. The baristas are always courteous.

This may possibly be one of my favorite Starbucks. The nitro brew is the best here. The staff is always awesome. The store is cute. It's only a drive thru and walk up no inside to sit in. They do have bathrooms and a large parking lot. While the are open they also have a large outdoor area with umbrellaed tables and chairs. The staff is the best and are really trying remember orders and preferences. I hope the turn over isn't high because like I said it's definitely one of my favorite stores. read more

This is a newer drive-thru only location up on Kent Kangley. Very close to my dad's house, which is convenient. It's a pretty standard experience in my opinion. I've gone a few times and there's been times where they're super quick and other times when it takes them a while. All the drinks are always made correctly, but I've had it happen once or twice now where they'll give us a drink or two in a sticky cup or coffee dripping down the sides. Ick. Convenient location that I'm sure we'll visit many more times! It's also in the same parking lot as the new Kent Sonic in case you aren't feeling Starbucks food. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They are literally the worst baristas ever. I've worked at Starbucks before and their customer service and their drinks are disappointing. They had to redo my drink twice and still made it incorrect. The first time they added the cream after putting the cold foam which is stupid because the cream would take away the cold foam, then there would be no reason for charging me cold foam if I can't even sip it, then they forgot my extra caramel and I over heard the barista making my drink telling the other barista to just top it off with caramel but I paid for extra caramel to be around the cup and on top, again makes no sense as to why you would charge me but not give me what I asked and paid for if I'm only getting a few streaks on top. They were going to hand me the drink but I told the lady to remake it cause it's wrong. If I'm a paying customer I want the drink that I paid for. Then they remade it with extra caramel, less cold foam and more cream with no white mocha. I asked the lady if there's white mocha in my drink because I didn't see any and she said "if it says where's white mocha on the sticker we put it" and I told her there's no white mocha in my drink and I yelled at her and said this is disappointing, making me wait 15 minutes for a drink that should've already been made correctly the first time. Starbucks is a fucking scam and they need to hire better baristas cause I swear every Starbucks I go to they can not make drinks correctly. Is fucking disappointing that Starbucks is based in Washington and you would think that the people they hire make good coffee but they don't. Worse Starbucks ever. read more

I ordered a turkey and havarti sandwich. I asked for it to be toasted so I could eat a warm sandwich, mind you this sandwich is a cold item to start with. I know they can warm it because I used to work at Starbucks less than a year ago. There is no setting on the oven for it but when someone asks to get their sandwich toasted it's not supposed to be cold in the middle. You're supposed to check it with a thermometer to make sure your not going against health standards. I'm not trying to get sick by eating a luke warm sandwich so I had to throw it away. Customer service was great, that's the only reason I'll give them 2 stars. read more

This starbucks stayed open during the entirety of COVID. The staff remained friendly, even though they were the only store open. They are normally fast and make good coffee. I get quad americanos and this store makes my drink best! I usually mobile order so I don't wait and follow the wait times so I don't show up before my drink is made. Sometimes the lot is full so I park across the street. read more

They recently changed their hours and they put a tiny sign that's not even on the main window or speaker box. Pulled up to the window at 5:10p and the people inside were just talking and ignored me. At least signal me "we're closed" or open the window real fast and tell me. Not coming here again. read more

I have placed a mobile order twice at this location and they have managed to be out of the items I ask for. And to add to that my orders are always delayed by 10-15 minutes. I know this is a new location but they need to get it together. I inquired about why it's an issue and they told me it's headquarters and not them. If the store is not ready to run efficiently then shouldn't the opening be delayed? Anyways I'll get off my soap box and drink this cascara nitro I ordered that took half an hour to make. read more

I love Starbucks, but this location makes many errors. Mind you, I only go there once or twice a week. 5 times my drink order has been messed up. All I want is an Americano WITH cream! 4 times I got it without. One time I got a caramel Machiato. This morning I asked for an egg and cheese bistro box, she even repeated that order. I got fruit and cheese bistro box. It was given to me with napkins on top so I didn't notice there weren't any eggs. I told myself that I would check my every order before I left the drive thru. Argh. I didn't. My Americano was spot on tho! read more
