It's one of those places where you immediately want to order one of everything. We tried a few pastries along with the quiche, and everything was excellent. The Kouign Amann was buttery, flaky, and beautifully made, while the quiche was decadent without feeling heavy. The flavors in the quiche were amazing and the crust was perfect. Definitely one of the best quiches I've had. The breakfast sandwich was also an amazing savory item on the menu, it was served on their croissants so you get the best of both worlds. It does get busy, especially in the mornings, but it's worth the wait. The line moves fast and there's plenty of seating on their lovely patio. When I first entered the store everybody was in the kitchen baking and crafting chocolate, they did eventually come onto the floor and take my order. The only issue that I had is when I mentioned I would be shipping the chocolates and I asked if they would ship well, the associates response was "yes they do". Then since the box did not fully close (and she saw me attempting to close it) she asked me if I would be shipping them and I said yes again. so now I have to ship a partially opened box of chocolates.

For example, I asked for a warm croissant. There was no mistake in my order. I said it twice. The young lady at the cashier stuck it in a bag and slapped it on the counter. I then asked for it warm. She said they have no way to warm it but said it was bakery fresh. It's 9:30am... what does that mean to me...or any customer? If I ask for it to be warm, that is how I want it... if you can't do that just tell me before charging me. The manager came over and asked that the issue was. I explained it to him. He then explained that they don't warm things up. I said, "no issue. I just don't feel I should pay for it if it is not the way I requested. He agreed. Then one of his employees stepped in and said, "just keep it. I said I don't want it. She responded with, loudly as almost to embarrass me, "we are going to throw it away because we can't resell it!" This is not a place I would recommend if you like customer service, positive attitudes in the morning and/or a place where you can order food how you like it. This is a place that sells expensive overpriced bakery items and feels it is ok for its staff to be rude and indignant to its customers and does not cater to their customers needs. They get away with it because they get a lot of transient customers who simply don't care about the experience. That's ok for some, but for me, not for me.

Customer service is top notch as I made an error on my last order and they contacted me to be sure my order was correct because it differed from my previous orders.
