Placed an order on the app for a mobile pick up this morning. When I arrived I said "pick up order for Michelle" the man tells me he doesn't have an order for Michelle. I checked my app and it says "order is ready" so we say again an order for Michelle B and he says no nothing. After a couple seconds of confusion he says "I only have an order for Michelle L" L being my maiden name that I clearly didn't change. From the beginning we used my first name. When we got to the window he then had an attitude and tells us it takes 7 minutes and the order was just placed. Which was untrue since I ordered on my way and the cup clearly said 12:04 that my order was placed. His customer service is horrible and clearly can't read. This is the only Starbucks we have around us so I'm very disappointed but I won't be returning. I'll drive extra to galt. read more

Visited this Starbucks yesterday because I wanted a little treat for myself because I was having a bad day. They messed up on my order and "remade" it and I'm pretty sure they just gave me back the same messed up drink. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso but hot and they gave me something made with regular milk. In which im sensitive to regular milk. Absolutely hilarious. They encourage you to order through the app, but we ordered on the app and went in drive thru (their lines usually last 10 minutes because theyre always slow) . When I get to the window the reemed me for not giving them enough time, and proceeded to have us park and wait instead of making it like everyone else in drive thru. We have done this before and never got treated like a child. Id rather never do mobile order again and just go into safeway- they make better coffee anyway read more

Worst Starbucks ever. Don't go there if you like oat milk because they are always out! Sometimes the service is good, and sometimes the service sucks! They are always low staff, I know that's out of there control but because you have short staff dosent mean your lobby should be closed at 5 if you close at 6:30. This is the worst Starbucks I've been to. The guy that helped us was obviously new but he was friendly. I ordered a double shot of Espresso and when I got it, it looked like a single so I questioned it and the girl said "oh yeah, our shots are small". What the heck?! I thought the industry standard was 1 oz per shot. I barely got 3 tiny sips of lukewarm Espresso. I would swear it was only a single shot. My friend got a carmel Frappuccino with a double shot of Espresso. It didn't have carmel swirls inside the cup, it layed on the very bottom of the cup, it wasn't even blended. It came with ice cubes when he clearly asked for a Frappuccino. You could see each layer of liquid separately added to the cup. My other friend asked for a coffee with 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla, heavy cream and a shot of Espresso. She saw her make it with only 2 pumps of vanilla and after tasting it, asked if she forgot the Espresso? The girl said "oh I put a half shot in there". Wait, what?! We paid for a full shot. Very rarely is the coffee made here up to Starbucks standard. It's usually less than mediocre. The management does not schedule properly, as the lobby is often closed, forcing you to wait in the drive up line for your mobile order. Which negates doing a mobile order, as the coffee is tepid by the time you get it, Sometimes the shop has been closed altogether because of staffing issues. There is a huge turnover in staff, which is surprising because side in other areas I have been told that Starbucks is a good place to work. read more

We come here often and the coffee is always just fine. The wait times are horrid. I order before I leave home online and when I get there I still have to wait twenty minutes. I was told that if I wanted to get my order faster, I had to actually go into the store to place my order. I have been getting matcha here for about 2 years now, I come in often and they have always been great. I'm not sure what has changed in last few weeks but my matcha has been terrible. So chunky. Consistently getting bad fraps and lattes. The prices here and probably at all Starbucks have gotten ridiculous. My wife and I can have an entire meal for what two grandes cost. Two weeks ago ordered two grande pumpkin spice frapachinos and they forgot to put any flavoring in. Tasted like a bad chemical. This Starbucks has the worst customer service. They are constantly getting orders wrong, and take forever. I was in a hurry and ordered ahead. I ordered 2 venti hot drinks. When I went to pick up my order the drinks were ready but they didn't have stoppers in them. I waited for someone to come over soni could ask for them. An employee came over looked me in the eyes and as I was asking for stoppers she called the name of the order she had in her hand, put it down and walked away. I saw a few others near the pickup area and said "excise me" and not a single person would answer. I leaned over the counter and grabbed my stoppers. Not something I would normally do. Love this place! I go to this Starbucks about once a week and it's always VERY clean and the workers there are super nice. I usually end up getting served by heather or Jonathan and they always make me laugh. The food always tastes fresh and the wait time is very short. This Starbucks location is our usual half-way pit stop whenever we vacation in South Lake Tahoe. The drive-through is very convenient if the girls are asleep (no parent in their right mind will wake up a child on a road trip). If the kids are awake, we step in to enjoy the clean and cool interior, stretch our legs, and re-inject our bodies with caffeine and sugar. Service is friendly and efficient (both inside and at drive-through) and they have outdoor seating next to the parking spaces outside. There are also plenty of locals at this establishment which gives it a nice neighborhood cafe vibe, just like Howard Schultz intended! read more

This is by the worse Starbucks. I constantly have issues when ordering a hot white mocha. Every time I order one I get half the amount of coffee. I have complained several times about this issues to only receive BS excuses. I didn't pay for a venti coffee to only get a Tall size amount of coffee.
