It's near my house, so I sometimes stop by to buy a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The cafe is small and has few tables, so the tables inside are always occupied by customers who arrive first, so it's hard to get a seat, but there are plenty of seats at the parasol tables in front of the store. Good store to get your Starbucks drink. When you enter you smell the fresh aroma of ground beans and the hustle and bustle of the crew. There's always a line at this location and your order is made fresh and right away. It's even faster if you order on your app and then do a pickup. I like coming here because their cake pops and breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Also always in stock. Good ambiance. Several small tables and seats available if you want to take a moment to enjoy your beverage and sit and relax. They do have a restroom on site but since it's always busy I recommend the store to clean more often. read more

The good thing is if you order via the app or have a gold card you can get refills on coffee or tea. Not refills on Frappuccino or fancy brewed coffee. Only system issue is there's just so many customers you can have someone else accidentally grab your drink or food item. Just remember to keep your receipt and they will replace one for you. I would give this location 5 stars if the girl I had helped me didn't seem frustrated with me. She started off great taking my order until I realized on my receipt I was rung up wrong and my drink was made wrong because she didn't hear me. I bring my own cup and she didn't ring me up as Personal cup for that 10¢ discount. They were very short staffed and so I understand it can get overwhelming but it took me 30 mins to get my correct order. There was a crowd around the pickup spot waiting on their order. So many orders and I kept hearing my name but when I went over to expect my drink, I didn't see my personal cup. Thats how I realized my drink was there, made incorrect and my personal cup just sitting there still with no drink made in it, is when I saw it wasn't rung up as a personal cup. I was going to just ask for my cup back and ask to fix the price but when I tried the drink, it was gross. I had to have them make it right, which let to a total of 30 min wait. They have made mistakes on my drinks here a few times, but they are my neighborhood Starbucks so I go here for convenience. Its weird how I feel like I said my order clear and then when I get it, its the wrong drink. This is why I ask for a receipt at this location to see if they put in my order right. I just didn't check soon enough because it was so busy. Ad for the potato chive bake, its fine. I have no idea why almost every location didn't have this in stock but glad I tried it. What a great group that works at this Starbucks. They are friendly and engaging while working hard to keep up with very busy mornings. The menu options are standard for Starbucks. You won't find the gourmet machines here, but that seems to be phasing out at other locations anyway. What you find is a great group of staff who aim to smile in busiest of times and then engage in friendly conversations with customers when it's a bit slower. The floor often becomes sticky, with paper straw wrappers and napkins scattered on the floor, and no one cleans up. The tables are always sticky. I was at this Starbucks for about 2 hours this morning with my friend before lunch. We got a free sample of newly released cold brew menu. They brought it out in mini cups and ask everyone to try it. Some didn't take it, but I was so glad to take a sip. I am not a coffee taster nor a cupper, but sweet cream goes really well with cold brew I think. Even though they have long lines to get drinks they do a pretty good job of getting your order to you quickly. My only feedback for this place is a wish it was a little bit cleaner. One of the positive things about this location is the ambiance. It has a really good vibe to it. Everyone inside the location was super chill especially the staff and that is something I appreciate. The one thing I don't like about the location is how long it takes to get your drinks. It takes entirely too long Starbucks is typically about speed and convenience and I don't feel I receive either every time I come to this location. I had an overall great experience at this location. I came here to redeem my stars for a free drink of my choice, but unfortunately I was missing 1 star from the reward. An associate suggested that I could purchase a cheese stick for just over a dollar, which I proceeded to do, but the stars still did not generate to show that I had the right amount for redemption. Without too much trouble, a supervisor stepped in, punched in a code to help me out for the inconvenience, and I was off with my coffee in less than 5 minutes! This type of ambiance from the team and service is extremely appreciated (maybe bringing my baby in a stroller helped my situation) as I was in a slight rush. I was in the store yesterday (Sunday) and there was a very rude girl in front of me but the girl taking her order I think her name tag said Sable was very patient with her. The problem continued with the girl making the drink and she was again rude and having trouble with her drink but the girl making the drink, I think her name was Amira, tried to make her happy with a smile on her face. I've been a loyal customer to this Starbucks branch simply because it is conveniently located near my house. I have to say that there have been positive and negative experiences during my visits here. Depending on the barista, you can meet someone who is bright, jovial, and friendly, and someone who just wants to get your order and drink out of the way. As always, I like their iced teas and ice caramel flan latte. This place can be busy throughout the day. One thing that I noticed during my visits here, is the inconsistent pace of making drinks. Sometimes they're fast and sometimes they're slow (depending on who is working and the number of customers). All I am going to say is that it shouldn't take too long to make an iced green tea lemonade or passion tea apple juice. My sister is a barista at another location and they can make their drinks faster in a more efficient manner despite the long lines. But will this make me stop going? Probably not, because I love Starbucks and I love to show my support for the franchise. I'm pretty sure management can do something about it and make everything more organized. I just needed to put this here so maybe someone who works at this Starbucks can read promos before it starts. Trust me when I said I looked at it multiple times aware that it's not a holiday drink however it did list it and that's my go to drink. My issue is how they treated me. They first asked if it was on the Starbucks website and it is, then the barista told the manager that it was included she said no it was the Starbucks cold brew mocha. I see the mocha on there but it's not what I highlighted. The barista handed me the cup without looking at me and when I asked for him to look at the website he just disregarded me causing me to have to swear I'm not a scammer and if it wasn't covered I would've ordered a beverage on the list. I don't know what all these sourpuss reviews are all about, but with the staff being so friendly and accommodating, I would suspect that most of them are entitled and aren't used to the idea of trying to be friendly themselves, and probably wouldn't be happy, even if they were hung with a brand new rope! At least one or two of these bad reviews, are professional complainers, that do their best damage going to unsuspecting businesses, and inventing bad reviews, like that's their claim to fame! I feel very sorry for them, as they're missing out on the positivity that these Starbucks employees give to you freely, if you'd just leave your damned bad attitude and entitlement at home.
