You can live on top of Starbucks here.

I am giving them 5-Stars for Atmosphere and Location. This is as good as it gets folks in Starbucks. When you are from Los Angeles like me, and you come here, it's like you got on a plane and flew 12 hours to Italy and are hanging out with George Clooney in a Mediterranean Village. I could have lounged outside this Starbucks all day. And I talked with the 3 people that worked here yesterday Sunday--the most pleasant people around. One Barrister chatted with me about the proper way to consume the Cold Nitro Brew (my favorite drink). And if you think this Starbucks is nice, take a walk a block and see the pool club for this upscale apartment community. I challenge you to find a better pool scene at a residential community. What does it cost to live here?

This is one of my everyday Starbucks and I want to let the staff know that they always do an amazing job. This Starbucks can get very busy so plan ahead.

All those wrong drinks... seriously...

Honestly, the staff has got the place running much much better than when I last updated the review. Just place your order thru the mobile app and wear a mask. The guys here are super cool and they always get my order right! YES, they are busy! So order ahead on the app. ;)

Yummy tea!

Great little spot in the middle of a fancy, luxury housing community adjacent to the freeways and malls. Parking is limited and one hour. Visiting a friend who lives in this housing community, we decided to catch up at this Starbucks. It probably has the most outdoor seating I've seen with benches, chairs and small coffee tables. There's plenty of people watching and dog friendly -- every other person is a residents walking their dog! In fact, we caught up out here with her dog! The inside is rather large with more seating and decorative library-Esqe decor. Staff is friendly and you'll find the usual menu Starbucks has to offer. It was a hot day and opted for a Venti iced Hibiscus tea which is so delightful and I love the blackberries included! Mobile ordering is also available. Bathrooms are gender neutral and there are two actual rooms in lieu of stalls. I'm happy to report that in the middle of the day, they're clean as well. Hoping to be back for some more fun times with my friend!

The vibe in this location is really good they have really cool decor on the wall which makes sitting inside the location and just kind of relaxing with your friends even better. Sometimes I go to Starbucks locations and the walls are just bear it almost makes you feel like it's a college dorm room or something like that LOL but this place definitely has some pretty cool features and some wall decor which makes it feel a little more upbeat and nice I love the really cool Starbucks cups they have for purchase as well. They have some bedazzled ones that I really like with rhinestones and stuff all men. I purchase a really cool one in Hawaii and this place has some really nice ones as well

Casually waiting over 25 minutes and line is not even that long

Absolutely the worst of the worst , i live at the park which the location is very convenient, but i have to deal with this every day , i will definitely not coming back here ever again, its been over 20 minutes waiting just in line as we speak, this place needs to be under new management

Cushiest chairs ever. You just sink. Right. In. There's lots of seating, even with a healthy crowd. This Starbucks Coffee is in the Village complex near the Spectrum. From the sidewalk, you have a good view of the Village's faux Main Street amongst the palm trees. It's not a horrible place to relax and reflect. After a weekend of driving around southern California, a frappuccino hit the spot. Friendly service and Wi-Fi - free with a Starbucks card - never hurt anyone either. Only "problem" with this Starbucks is that it closes early. Then again, everything else does around here.

It's a small boba tea shop with a simple, clean interior (which I actually love--it's not overly decorated or cluttered). It's a great little place to meet up with friends and just hang out. Service is quick and easy. You can order online for pickup or use their kiosk in-store. The staff is friendly and always greets you when you walk in, which makes the experience even better. Now the drinks... SO good. I got the passion fruit peach green tea, and my husband got the pineapple green tea. Both were super light, refreshing, and not overly sweet at all--which we really appreciated. Honestly, we finished them wishing we had ordered more. Safe to say I'll definitely be a regular here. Highly recommend giving this place a try--it's 100% worth it!!

This yummy tea spot is definitely worth a try for people who appreciate tea quality and care more…read moreabout it than toppings. Highly recommended over The Alley at Spectrum. Really appreciate their fruit tea selection since that's my go-to drink. They even put the quantity of fruit they use in each drink (e.g., 1 peach, 40 blackberries) Passion Peach tea is so good! It's excellent quality and made with real fruit. I recommend starting at 50% sugar if you like drinks to be less sweet, then work your way down from there. Blackberry Rock is also delicious and would be a hit for oolong lovers. Keep in mind they put around 40 blackberries inside so you'll be crunching lots of seeds (I wish they would remove about half the seeds). 50% is a little bitter to start with, so I recommend starting a step above. Also hope they'll use bigger ice cubes - the small aerated cubes melt too fast. Was really disappointed by their topping selection, It's really bold to only have 4 options, but as I mentioned, for those who don't care for toppings or get the classic boba each time you're fine. Service is fine. They're quick and focus more on making drinks than taking orders (plenty of iPads to order on, can flag them down if you need help/have questions and they're nice about it) and there's a fair amount of seating inside. Maybe not the best for studying due to lack of space, but okay for short and small social gatherings. Lack of topping options would be the reason HN Tea won't make it into my OC favorites, but I will return when I'm around Spectrum and craving tea without toppings.

The Thai tea had that rich, creamy tea taste with the perfect amount of sweetness, and the brown sugar boba added a warm caramel-like flavor that made it even better. The strawberry matcha boba was super refreshing. The strawberry added a sweet fruity layer that balanced the earthy matcha really well, and it wasn't overly sweet. The boba itself was soft and chewy, exactly how it should be. Both drinks felt really well balanced and not watered down, which is always a win. If you like classic milk teas or fun matcha combos, these are definitely worth trying.

I was fooled by that as well as the pictures (of non fruity drinks) and reviews... Actually the second worst teas I've ever had in my 15+ years of drinking boba. The quality of the tea is terrible and the fruit used doesn't taste or look fresh at all. I tried the strawberry green tea and the lychee green teas. The lychee tea I threw away after one sip, the strawberry tea I struggled with and couldn't finish either. !!!! Take a look at pictures people post of the strawberry green - it looks brown with a few chunks of soggy fruit. Let me tell you it tastes the way it looks. Anywhere else the same drink is naturally red with fresh fruit. I've also tried other fruit teas multiple times across several years since they opened in case I came on bad days. It was just as bad a week ago as it was when they first opened...Never spending a single penny more here. Perhaps the milk teas are decent, but I honestly don't know how they could be when the fruit teas are such a miss...
