I passed by this starbucks while in Irvine and it was super cool. It was in a very nice apartment complex. There was no drive through so we had to find parking and go down. Luckily someone was leaving so we were able to find a spot right in front. If not, parking would have been pretty tough to find. Inside they were offering the holiday drinks and my wife loves the gingerbread latte they normally have. Unfortunately they didn't have it but the barista told us to come back Sunday because they will have it then. She was very friendly and made the experience great. I ordered the creme brulee latte and my wife got a sweet cream cold brew with pumps of pumpkin to give it a pumpkin flavor. Both drinks were tasty but my venti drink had a lot of whipped cream at the top which I thought was too much... I like more coffee then whipped cream.. other than that the place was great. I can see myself spending a lot of time there studying of just hanging out. The inside was pretty big. read more

One of the worst customer service locations ever. I've done food delivery as a driver for many many years from hundreds & hundreds of different restaurants and this specific Starbucks is in the top locations with the worst customer service that I've ever been to. All of the workers act entitled and don't acknowledge every single patron (customer) that visits their location to make sure they're satisfying each and every single patron's needs, as every single restaurant with excellent customer service does. Again, I've been to hundreds and hundreds of different locations from different restaurants/cafe's/etc to pick up delivery and extremely rarely does this ever happen. This is the second time that I go to this exact Starbucks location and I get treated like I have to carry the burden that they fail to carry as every single other restaurant location with actual great customer service does. They should all get fired to keep it real.. or at does very least get training in proper customer service. read more

5 Star Review because of the staff at the location who went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of due to a glitch in Starbuck's ordering on the app. The app had 50% off from 12pm-6pm and I placed an order around 5:55pm but it did not give me the 50% off which I didn't notice until after the order had been placed. I called in and the person answering (shoot I wish I had names, but this is a young lady who makes drinks there on Fridays) was very pleasant and helpful and referred me to her manager who was also pleasant and helpful. They helped me to receive the 50% off I originally had tried to get with the app and made my drink very satisfactorily. The main thing is: their good attitudes and upbeat qualities made the trip an extra positive experience after a long Friday of work. The ambiance of this place is great as well. The music is nice and it is a Starbucks location that is nestled within an apartment community in one of the safest and nicest areas in one of the safest, nicest cities in the world (Irvine). The only tough thing here is parking to access this place since it's apartment parking mainly only. Still worth figuring things out and coming here. I'm getting another coffee today, but ordering a few minutes earlier lol. Thanks to the two and served me my drink and brightening up my day (worked on Friday, 5/10/24, 6:30pm or so) :). read more

I am giving them 5-Stars for Atmosphere and Location. This is as good as it gets folks in Starbucks. When you are from Los Angeles like me, and you come here, it's like you got on a plane and flew 12 hours to Italy and are hanging out with George Clooney in a Mediterranean Village. I could have lounged outside this Starbucks all day. And I talked with the 3 people that worked here yesterday Sunday--the most pleasant people around. One Barrister chatted with me about the proper way to consume the Cold Nitro Brew (my favorite drink). And if you think this Starbucks is nice, take a walk a block and see the pool club for this upscale apartment community. I challenge you to find a better pool scene at a residential community. Worst service and worst drink I have ever had. Not sure what happened today but the crew was not the usual crew that assists me. The short (dark) haired female? barista was just rude! I ordered an iced pumpkin chai but got a crappy coffee drink instead. I asked her to please fix it did it but she completely ignored me. I had to ask her 3 times. The manager somewhat fixed my drink but it was still awful. What did I just pay for?!?! Elizabeth is the one who usually helps me and her service is always exceptional! Great little spot in the middle of a fancy, luxury housing community adjacent to the freeways and malls. Parking is limited and one hour. Visiting a friend who lives in this housing community, we decided to catch up at this Starbucks. It probably has the most outdoor seating I've seen with benches, chairs and small coffee tables. There's plenty of people watching and dog friendly -- every other person is a residents walking their dog! In fact, we caught up out here with her dog! The inside is rather large with more seating and decorative library-Esqe decor. Staff is friendly and you'll find the usual menu Starbucks has to offer. It was a hot day and opted for a Venti iced Hibiscus tea which is so delightful and I love the blackberries included! Mobile ordering is also available. Bathrooms are gender neutral and there are two actual rooms in lieu of stalls. I'm happy to report that in the middle of the day, they're clean as well. The vibe in this location is really good they have really cool decor on the wall which makes sitting inside the location and just kind of relaxing with your friends even better. Sometimes I go to Starbucks locations and the walls are just bear it almost makes you feel like it's a college dorm room or something like that LOL but this place definitely has some pretty cool features and some wall decor which makes it feel a little more upbeat and nice I love the really cool Starbucks cups they have for purchase as well. I didn't realize how spoiled I am by this Starbucks until I had to go go other ones and kept getting annoyed with service at other Starbucks. Parking wise, you have street parking, other wise there are 4 garages to pick and choose from. The atmosphere inside this one is pretty chill. There is always AC and you don't have to worry about wifi. The people that work here are always friendly and remember your drinks especially if you become a regular. My biggest points is service is always fast and they always get your orders right. If you have enough points, they always ask if you'd like to use them or if you want to keep waiting for something better. If you are really impatient, you can do a mobile order so you don't have to wait in line but no complaints! They are right there and friendly! read more

Cushiest chairs ever. You just sink. Right. In. There's lots of seating, even with a healthy crowd. This Starbucks Coffee is in the Village complex near the Spectrum. From the sidewalk, you have a good view of the Village's faux Main Street amongst the palm trees. It's not a horrible place to relax and reflect. After a weekend of driving around southern California, a frappuccino hit the spot. Friendly service and Wi-Fi - free with a Starbucks card - never hurt anyone either. Starbucks, you are oh so sneaky. You found a way into my heart but don't get too excited. I only have room for one and this one is it. I had plans to veg out with some leftovers and Sunday night prime time but my friends are relentless so of course I caved in. I love my friends for that. And yeah, it's not like I need an excuse to go out and get a peppermint mocha. I drink them religiously until the holiday season is over. Walked in with my good friend Mahesh and I was instantly recognized. In fact, everyone's been talking about my last trip here. I hope it was because I wrote in and told Starbucks about this little gem but either way they've gotten a lot of attention because of that and nothing could make me happier because they truly deserve it. Our barista John made another fabulous drink for me and even remembered what I wanted. Then he brought out a sample of peppermint hot chocolate with whip cream and marshmallows. OMG! I was on peppermint overload. I think the hot chocolate is my new favorite now. It was seriously smooth and awesome. It totally made it worthwhile to leave the house and hang out with my friend. Hidden away in the center of The Village apartment complex is this Starbucks which has a very nice interior, probably the nicest of any Starbucks I've been in. I'm not a fan of their coffee but I was accompanying a friend who wanted a latte so I got a vanilla latte myself. After a few sips I must say - I'm still not a fan. Good thing we didn't want to sit down and relax in the store as every single seat was taken, every table cluttered with laptops, legal pads, office & school supplies, etc. by all those who use Starbucks as their own personal office. This isn't about Starbucks in general, which usually is quick and easy, but rather about this specific store. Long story short, I never get my coffee or tea within or near the suggested time. Usually it takes about a half hour, for a cup of regular coffee. I complained to sbux corporate a while back and they said they would discuss with the team at this location and gave me a voucher. Shame on me for trying again. Yesterday I ordered a chai latte and after 45 minutes left without a drink in hand. Sat there like a trained monkey for 45 minutes, I should know better by now, these guys at this location are severely understaffed or simply inept. Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Had my drink remade 4 TIMES and still tasted like sugar water. I told the lady and she said that's technically what it was. I GET THIS DRINK EVERY TIME( chai tea frappe. She goes and slams everything while remaking the drink and talks to other baristas about me in front of me! Like sorry I want my $7 drink to taste right?? The bad reviews must be old on here. I go to this location all the time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They had the mobile orders turned off the day I was in and a bunch of people still ordered off of it. If you order, it will send your drink to the next closest location which is the spectrum. The worker was super nice about it and let them know what happened and very nicely said he could make their drinks at this location! I live at the village and this is the most convenient Starbucks as a resident ever. Depending on the shift crew when its the guys and their buddies working the same shift they are so welcoming and interactive with the customers. The girl she is pretty cool too, she is quick to make drinks and doesn't mind stepping her game up. I can't remember her name but I will update once I do. This place is constantly busy. Seems a bit unkept. They remodeled this place and I was looking forward to the design they were going to put out, but I was so incredibly disappointed when I came in. You could tell even they were confused on the type of vibe they wanted to go for. This Starbucks went from a cozy hangout/study place to a frigid feeling study(?) only place. But honestly, I can't even say it's a study only place because the comfortable seats and large tables were taken out for these uncomfortable high stools that have no back support. I used to come here A LOT and spent hours here studying (and lots of money on the side). I loved the location, the vibe, and the seats. I also liked that it was so close to Spectrum, so whenever I got tired I'd workout and come back. Now, I absolutely HATE the remodeling they've done. My views and opinions on Starbucks over the months has evolved to the point, I will go on the book to say I love starbucks. When you take the preconceived notions out , and realize starbucks is doing what its set out to do, which is to keep the door open as early as 6am and close as late as 11, and serve reasonably descent coffee/snacks and food with a consistant quality, I cant help but to realize, its doing a good job. This location has a lot to do with my change of heart in this matter, as I come here so often and always see these employees happy and hard working and cheerful and giving out free peppermint mocha samples once in a while! anyways in summary, the lattes arent that bad like I made it sound like, and its actually nice! and I'm lovin it! read more
