Keep in mind they put around 40 blackberries inside so you'll be crunching lots of seeds (I wish they would remove about half the seeds). 50% is a little bitter to start with, so I recommend starting a step above. Also hope they'll use bigger ice cubes - the small aerated cubes melt too fast. Was really disappointed by their topping selection, It's really bold to only have 4 options, but as I mentioned, for those who don't care for toppings or get the classic boba each time you're fine. Service is fine. They're quick and focus more on making drinks than taking orders (plenty of iPads to order on, can flag them down if you need help/have questions and they're nice about it) and there's a fair amount of seating inside.
