The service is typically friendly, but the drink make line can get backed up (especially when there are newbies manning the machine...and there seems to be turnover frequently). The pastry and grab n' go options are overpriced in my opinion; so were Hubbard & Cravens' options, but at least the quality was better. I can't speak to the regular coffee or flavored drinks, just to my okay plain decaf lattes...which are difficult to screw up.
