It was close to closing time for them, but as I pulled up a lady answered and took my order. I pulled up to the window and provided my phone for her to scan my app. My Frappuccino was ready and she handed it to me. I was so happy as I left to go pick up the pizza. At the risk of sounding like a true Karen, this place irked me to no end. I met up with a friend to have coffee and catch up today. There were no food items in the display case. None. The employee we spoke to said we could order whatever and they weren't out of anything. No problem. What was so annoying in here was that the noise level was insane. It's not the other customers being loud. It's the employees banging stuff around and being careless with their equipment. The first loud noise sounded like a pan dropping on the floor. It startled me but wasn't a big deal. Then there were various other similar very loud noises about every other minute. It made it difficult to have a simple conversation. The employees here really need to be more mindful of their noisiness in a place whose customer base is made up of people working/studying on laptops, people meeting up to discuss business, and friends just coming in for conversation. I don't expect a Starbucks to be quiet but I also don't expect it to sound like the home of a busy mom who has emptied out the kitchen cabinet and given her toddler all of the pots and pans to play the drums on. read more

What an excellent Starbucks. Yes, we have quite a few already within a 3-5 mike radius, but this one has the best layout and furniture. According to the barista, they just opened around April 5. High ceilings give it a light and happy feel, especially coupled with the light wood furniture. There's black and gold wallpaper on the side that match the furniture perfectly. With the warm lighting overhead, all of this makes for an overall soft look. There are plenty of seating options! This is ideal for the laptop people and social people. There are around 4 wheelchair accessible tables that seat four people, two very long high tables that seat 10 people each, one high table that seats four, one long couch with tables, around 4 comfy lounge chairs, and stools at the bar where drinks are handed out. Outlets are everywhere. What's nice is there's the standard 3-prong outlet but also two spots to put phone charger cords in - great for my iPhone and laptop both! Customer service seems solid so far. CONCERN: Currently the potholes in the driveway from 31 into this shopping plaza is littered with tiny jagged potholes. It's really bad, so drive slow! This is the only reason why this place does not get all the stars - you'd think Starbucks would pressure who controls the shopping plaza to make things right for their grand opening month. I've kept it at 4-stars since this is just my first visit, and the pothole issue, and I'll update later if I think it's stellar enough to get 5. read more

I'm a bit obsessed with Starbucks' cold brew as it is better than any coffee you can get anywhere else. All of the drink options are great, but a downfall is that they've gotten rid of their best syrup (Sugar Free Cinnamon Dolce). I also can't justify paying so much for a cup of coffee on the regular, but believe me -- when I get the craving, the cold brew is quite a treat! I also really enjoy their iced chai latte, which has such great flavor! The chai they use is simply perfect. If you want a lower carb/sugar/calorie option , request a brewed chai with sugar free vanilla and half and half. It's just as good, but a bit healthier for those looking! Finally; huge shout out to the crew at the greenwood Starbucks off of 31. It's super busy and they all are working quickly, efficiently, and with a smile! read more

The drive thru wait time is absolutely ridiculous. There is usually a line of cars waiting to order/collect their orders and sometimes they are out of certain juices and syrups. I have not been back since because everything I order is out and the wait time is really long. You can't expect to make a quick trip and the dining room is closed. read more

I will drive out of my way to go to this Starbucks instead of the other 3 nearby. Baristas are always helpful, cheery, and knowledgeable! I've had many experiences at other bucks that involve them messing up my simple drink. To the point that I refuse to customize. Not here. Here, I can get my drink as strange as I want it and it's always right! This is a newer location with plenty of seating and friendly employees. Since it is a new location, it has the ability to make a COLD FOAM NITRO, which is an amazingly smooth, lightly sweet cold coffee drink served out of a tap. My husband tried the COLD FOAM DARK COCOA NITRO, which is similarly excellent. I go miles out of my way to get the cold foam Nitro drinks...they're that good. I ordered a cold brew with almond milk-- they were out but the attendant happily offered me some other non-dairy creamers and gave us two cups of water to go since it was a hot day. This is, without a doubt, my favorite Starbucks. It's brand new and is so nice. The interior is beautiful. They have high top tables with outlets attached. You can sit or stand while working! They also have tables against the wall that you can sit at. They also have bigger comfy chairs in the corners by the windows! This Starbucks is pretty big and has so many places to sit. The staff here is also really nice. They area always so friendly and make our drinks really quickly. I think that this Starbucks is great for all kinds of people. A great place for people who want to do work or study and great for people who are meeting up with friends! This has quickly become my favorite place to study and do homework. The barista at the window FAITH, was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.. me and my husband who is African American AGAIN at this location had rude service. Today through the drive-thru FAITH asked my husband if he wanted a receipt he simply said "yes please" and her response rudely was "WHAT?!" he simply went on to say yes please and her demeanor was rude didn't say nothing else pretty much threw our bag at us and closed the window. From the energy se gave the car in front us was totally different.. It's hard to explain it's just a in person experience that was definitely uncomfortable. YES racial profiling is at its highest and I'm NOT going for it. Starbucks has already been in the news TOO MANY times for this crap. I'm done spending my money here. I have been driving all around greenwood and every location is closed early. This one, STILL OPEN AT 5:40pm and packed but successfully getting people in and out at a fast pace still with a friendly environment. I am 5 1/2 months pregnant and the second i got greeted, I instantly felt calmer and just excited to get a drink. This pandemic has affected a lot of places I understand that, just helps when the staff is still welcoming and not pressured by the overwhelming amount of customers due to staff shortage at other locations. read more

Absolutely LOVE this new location! It has just recently opened and is easily my favorite one to study at! It is actually a little further of a drive from my house than other Starbucks locations, but I choose to make the drive every time! First of all, I have to complement the staff! The employees are so kind and are eager to please their customers. During one of my visits, I ordered a drink that they were out of and was completely refunded and given my "second choice" at a discounted rate. I thought this was so kind. Next, the atmosphere is great! There are many tables of all shapes and sizes, so I am convinced there is a place for everyone to get "comfy" here! They also offer nice furniture in the front of the store by the windows, which is not something all locations have. The restrooms are impressively clean and are very well-maintained; really, the whole place is! If you are looking for a place to be productive or just meet with some friends over a cup of coffee/tea, I highly suggest this Starbucks location! read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever went to in my life, and I would know because I go at least 6 times a week to multiple ones around where I live. I went through the drive through and ordered a pink drink with light ice... they gave me my drink with ice all the way from top to bottom. Also in my drink they put too much coconut milk and not enough strawberry flavoring. The employee was also very forgetful and gave me a Frappuccino lid on my iced drink that doesn't have whipped cream also forgot my straw. The Starbucks in Indianapolis on Washington and Auburn. The managers need to go in there and get their employees under control with their attitudes. The girl that did my order was playing on her phone talking to someone. Instead of making my coffee. I ask her a question and she screamed at me WHAT!! I WAS LIKE DID SHE JUST SERIOUSLY YELL AT ME I order a coffee that was $7 and some cake pops. I was so pissed that she yelled at me like that I walked off without realizing they never handed me my cake pops So then I had to turn around and come back to the store to get my cake pops. And when I came back into the store and told them they didn't give me my cake pops they looked at me like I was stupid or lying or whatever. When they know good damn well I didn't get it. What bugs me the most is I'm spending that kind of money on COFFEE I expect to get my order correct. With no attitude plain and simple. It's very very easy. Now I'm probably going to cancel my card and app and stop buying Starbucks cuz I am fed up. I love the location and this is a great starbucks, but the access drive to get to their lot is in bad shape. I worry for my tires. I wish they would put pressure on the company who owns the mall property to resurface the access drives.
