This is one of my favorite boba milk tea chain! Every time I'm out of state I look for Tiger sugar for my boba fix and very very excited that they're finally in my area My tummy is going to be happy but my wallet won't be We love the regular brown sugar milk tea but love the chocolate malt one more! The servers are very friendly and this place is cute and aesthetically appealing

No filling when we asked for filling, and we were promised a Nutella filled

The drinks are good however, today I ordered taiyaki for my kids. We requested two cream filled two Oreo and one red bean. Only after the order was done did they say that they didn't have Oreo so I asked if they could do Nutella instead and the girl just looked at me like was asking a dumb question and stared until I asked her again and then she said yeah and came back really quickly. My fault for trusting her. I get home and she just gave us plain ones instead. Poor attitude from the female staff there and lying to customers for an order they paid for is not OK. Won't be going back

Black sugar boba with pearl milk & cream mousse.

Just popped in the new Tiger Sugar location on the south side of Indianapolis. Just over the county line north of Greenwood on US 31, they are in a small storefront at Stop 11. The inside is cute - there's a photo op wall/couch with a tiger and some limited seating if you want to enjoy your beverage there instead of getting it to go. It was the soft opening, so they had a limited menu but drinks were 50% off which was a great deal! Regular price is pretty comparable to other nearby bubble tea competitors. I tried the black sugar boba with pearl milk and a cream mousse foam. The boba is a couple different sizes which was kind of fun and different from what I'm used to. Modifications for sugar levels weren't available during the soft opening but I didn't find this to be too sweet as is. I enjoyed my drink and got the large! Grand opening is in June according to the sign, so I'll definitely be back in to try some other options once they offer the full menu.

Probably the best boba I have had in Indy in a long time! The minute I walked in I was warmly greeted and cashier explained the menu to me. After looking over the menu, I decided I had to try their signature black sugar boba. As I ordered and waited for my drink, I couldn't help but take in the cute neon sign and nice ambiance. I quickly received my drink and that first sip was so creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be back to try out another drink on their menu!!!

A friend of mine had a negative experience here but I wanted to give this place a try firsthand so I visited. I liked the interior and ambiance. Service was okay. Bathrooms were tiny but clean. The teas I ordered were Thai and Classic Taro. Personally, the brown sugar overpowered the flavor because the taro and Thai milk tea tasted as if flavor was absent. Short answer: my friend was right! Really enjoyed the interior design tho!

Made us laugh and the kids were happy :D Went in the evening when they were about to close. The guy working was a gentleman and kind.

Delicious! This unassuming little shop is fantastic. The Taro Pudding Black Sugar Boba is far and away my favorite, but the Lychee Bursting Boba is quite tasty and refreshing as well. It shares a parking lot with other businesses, but unless you are there at peak times, you should not have many problems finding a place to park. The decor has a dark ambiance but there's a really neat wood-cut map of the world. Very cool!

I saw the opening for this boba shop when driving by so decided to pop in. The staff member was friendly and told me that they are actually opening June 15th but are doing a soft opening phase where they are getting use to the area. I ordered the matcha boba. The flavor was alright to me. The boba was cooked to perfection. I would like to try different drinks here to get a good idea of their menu/flavors. They have only two sizes available- large or extra large. I liked the size and style of the shop- it was cute and clean inside.

Staff is super, super friendly! You should go support them! This is one of our favorite tea shops in the Indy area. I think they have some good selections and a crazy place t grab a snack. We like to pop in here whenever we're in the area.

Tiger sugar is very cute! It's small but normal size for a boba shop. We love milk tea so that's what we got. The drinks were very sweet. Not a bad thing but I do feel like a lot of milk tea places let you choose the level of sugar. I would definitely go back and try more. The boba is as so soft and so easy to drink. I got a drink that got normal sized boba and small boba and I loved it!!

Croffles were really good we tried the banana Nutella and the strawberry Nutella both were delish. the place is very cozy and nice.. staff were nice and service was fast

Black Sugar Boba + Pearl XL
    Brandon W.

Overall, I enjoyed my Boba drink and service. I was happily greeted when I walked at about 3pm on a Thursday. I liked the 'Brave as a Tiger' theme as it feels like you're drinking ancient gogo fuel. lol. I liked that I got a recommendation when I asked and the options were did I prefer more milk or more tea based. I chose milk based and was offed the popular Black Sugar Boba. I didn't wait for the ice and warm ingredients to mix, so my first sip was warm. But I still enjoyed it. It wasn't too sweet and I was able to get a pearl on every sip. This was good because I didn't have to dig them out later once the drink was finished. Place was nicely decorated and the price was almost 8$ for an XL which seems about right nowadays. I'll come back here again to try some other flavors. Parking and getting to the place isn't as easy as it could be but that's not anything the bis could control.

Strawberry mochi and brown sugar with creme mousse
    Zachary D.

Went on 5-28. The store was still in its soft opening stage so it wasn't too busy. Ordered a strawberry mochi and black sugar creme mousse. Strawberry mochi had mochi, sago, aloe jelly and mousse. On the sweeter side with the mochi, aloe jelly and mousse but was a fan and would go back again and get. Black sugar looked very pleasing but tasted like brown sugar and thats really it. The owner was very friendly, and I will definitely be going back to try their different drinks!

Right now they don't have WiFi but should by next week. I got a plain coffee and it was solid. I added creamer to it since it was a dark roast and I am a baby that only loves light roast Still it was a better dark roast than most. They almost brought the water and then the coffee to my table which is nice. I also love that they are open later than most locally owned coffee shops around here (until 6pm). I'd recommend that folks go! Give them some grace the first few weeks as they get up and running (ex: the WiFi issue just use your phone hotspot if that's an option for now).
