    Hot tea to-go
    Niki B.

This review is for the honey ginger hot tea because OOOH, it was good. It was only slightly sweet, but had a nice ginger bite to it that I really enjoyed. I got it to-go and liked their hot pink logo on the cup. I would have also liked a sleeve on the cup, as it was super hot to hold. Boba & Everything is located within The AMP. They offer lots of tea and smoothies, with the option to add different types of boba (popping, jelly, or pearls) as well. They also sell an assortment of bagels and spreads. I don't picture Taiwanese boba tea and bagels going together, although I love them both. I think that the combination mostly makes me intrigued as to what they make in-house and truly specialize in. Truly curious and think that would be cool info to share with customers. I'm cheering you all on and will definitely be back soon. The hot pink booth always catches my eye and now the tea has hooked me too.

I was visiting AMP 16 with friends last night and someone ordered a boba drink for dessert. I'd never tried one before and it sure looked good so I wandered over to Boba & Everything. The couple that own the shop are awesome and very helpful answering my dumb questions. They also let you taste test the different boba. I ordered a mocha drink with strawberry popping pearls. Popping pearls are kind of fun if you never tried them before. There are a variety of milks to choose from as well as the different boba. It was excellent and I would order again. A friend tried the cookies and cream drink with passion fruit boba and liked hers too. They offer a variety of other drinks and a nice selection of bagels and spreads. Definitely check this place out and support your local businesses.

A quick spot for a tasty treat at the AMP in 16 Tech! This was my first boba drink and really enjoyed it. I don't know much about it so I just picked a couple flavors I like. The smoothie was nice and sweet and the boba was such a delightful texture addition. I'd definitely like to learn more about other combinations to try. Their menu is very build-your-own, which I usually love as a picky eater, but I would love if they also had some recommended items/combinations. I'll definitely be back to try some more!

Lots of interesting flavors to choose from! I picked a strawberry milk tea with strawberry boba. I tasted a lot like a strawberry milk shake with some boba pearls added in. I think I enjoy a more traditional boba tea but it was nice to give something new a shot.

I had the strawberry green tea w blueberry popping boba. This was some of the best tea I have ever had. If I had one complaint it was hot enough ice.

Mango smoothie with Mango popping boba is good. Original milk tea with brown sugar boba is a little bit too sweet.

First let me state I am not an afficianado of bubble tea and my wife is even less so. This was her first time ordering one and although what she ordered turned out really tasty, she was a bit bewildered by the numerous steps in ordering. She ordered a dairy milk option, not a tea option. She ordered a strawberry flavor which was delicious. And when it came to the boba, she got popping, not the beads. Since I got to try half her drink, I was quite surprised by the popping since I had never had it before. I was used to the beads that were more like tapioca/gum drop chewy. Instead, as the poppings slid up the straw, they burst with a squirt upon first contact with my teeth. I found it quite pleasant and the immediate flavor release was also pleasing. I found the ordering menu on one end of the stall,so a second one would be beneficial in case customers were blocking the view of the options. These beverages are more expensive than sodas or iced teas, so keep that in mind if you are ordering a double digit sandwich for lunch. Just look for the bright colored stall about halfway back through the AMP to give them a try. Review #3936

I had the traditional milk tea with passion fruit popping boba, and my husband had taro milk tea with traditional tapioca boba. He initially wanted the brown sugar boba but they were out of stock. Both of our drinks were delicious, I even liked the traditional boba, which I generally shy away from due to the tapioca pearls being too chewy, but these were perfect! The staff were friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted. We will be back on our next visit to the Amp!

I've been to a couple of boba places and never really liked it. Something about the texture always threw me off. I took a trip to Amp and decided I would try just one more time -- this time, it was a hit. I'm not sure what they do differently here, but I loved this drink. I got the brown sugar boba drink and it was so refreshing, light, and delicious! I definitely see myself visiting here weekly. The baristas were so nice and helpful and had super positive attitudes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I can't recall what which Boba tea this was but was delicious and refreshing!

Checked out Boba at the soft opening at at AMP 16. I had the Boba tea and a bagel! The tea was fantastic and my bagel was great! I will be back to sample all of the teas!

I am a huge fan of boba and milk tea so I had to try this place. Firstly, I was a little surprised by the prices. They're a bit higher than comparable boba shops in the area, like Tsaocaa and Latea. I also found it odd that the specialty drinks were cheaper than the regular drinks. With this in mind, I ordered the brown sugar milk tea, a safe option. The milk tea itself was good and sweet. I wasn't sure what was going on with the boba. They were pearl-shaped but the texture was like jelly. It is not like more authentic boba shops, where they ask you for sweetness and ice level. The customer service was average. It is a decent place for some milk tea.

Strawberry milk tea on ice (subbed standard whole milk for almond milk) with regular/original boba
    Kaylin Q.

The regular/original boba is a traditional tapioca pearl. This was the best part of the tea - the pearls were perfectly flavored and chewy without being slimey or too gooey. The milk tea itself was extremely sweet (I ordered strawberry with almond milk instead of whole milk and opted for the non-blended over ice option). The person working was super friendly and helpful in answering any questions about the menu.

The tea part of the boba was fine but the pearls were almost crunchy and not authentic. I probably wouldn't come back again.

Bearded Bagel is a wonderful bagel place off of E 96th St. that makes their own bagels and provides breakfast sandwiches. When I arrived and walked into the bagel shop, I noticed the menu on the wall right away, and a casual, but bland, ambiance where people can sit to relax and socialize. The woman behind the counter greeted me with a smile and asked for my order. I took a few minutes to study the menu, and decided to go with the Doctor T's Sandwich for breakfast which is egg, American cheese, and Turkey sausage on a plain bagel. I also picked up a 1/2 dozen bagels for the week and tried the assorted flavors: asiago, blueberry, jalapeno, jalapeno cheddar, cran cinnamon, and everything. I did get an iced latte with almond milk for my beverage. The beverage was wonderful and refreshing. It was what I needed to pick me up in the morning. The Doctor T's sandwich was Ok and tasted good. The turkey sausage and egg combination was a perfect fit, but will see if I can get it on a Jalapeno cheddar bagel next time, because that would make it even better. The bagels are always top notch and first class. The jalapeno cheddar bagel and jalapeno bagel are my favorite. The cran cinnamon bagel is always good. Bearded Bagel is a wonderful bagel place in Indy, and the fact that thet have another location opening up very soon off of 79th Street makes me very happy because I can go somewhere else to get their bagels. I'm very glad I stopped by at Bearded Bagel for breakfast because now I can say I have been here, and it is worth the price and time for the bagels and breakfast sandwiches. You will see me here again for sure.

Counter service for coffee is pretty quick for a mid-afternoon visit. I got the Neapolitan rose latte from the March spring specials. It was kind of expensive ($8 for 16 oz) but very delicious. It was a floral kind of sweet with the addition of a hint of rose. The pink foam colored with strawberry and beet powders adds to the overall cutesy effect! I also got a cocoa brownie ($2.50, about a 3-inch square) and that is surely chocolatey. I didn't find it to be too sweet but it doesn't lack in that department either. They use a Dutch process cocoa in their brownie to give it that signature dark color. Flavor wise, I can best describe it as an Oreo Cakester without the cream filling.
