I rarely give boba places a 3 or below, but after trying a variety of boba and tea spots around Seattle, Chicago, NYC, Boston, New Haven, and Providence, I am a bit more critical. The server was friendly and there was nothing wrong with that aspect. I had the original milk tea with pearls and a large was only $5.72 which is great pricing. In NYC, that would be around $8-10. The milk tea didn't taste as great as other places and didn't have much flavor. The boba was chewy and cooked well, but I noticed immediately that it was unsweetened so it was just tasteless tapioca. I think it's important to cook pearls in some brown sugar otherwise it will not taste as good.
Stopped by this place on a road trip home and they were pretty quick. You order from a piece of paper and take it to the counter where you pay. The paper didn't have an option for extra boba so I just told them to add it no problem! I tried the salmon poke bowl with brown rice and mostly everything on it. It was super yummy! I also tried the taro milk bubble tea with the extra boba . Great treat for a road trip. I might advise though that since this is in a little downtowny area I would be prepared to look for parking in case it's a busy weekend/day out. I didn't have any issues parking when I went and parking was free cause it was a holiday! Place looked cool, it had faux greenery which made the place look and feel nature-y
Came through while strolling Mass Ave for a refreshing tea. Service was friendly and quick and there was a steady stream of walk-ins ordering takeout. I ordered the Thai Milk Tea and it was good, I look forward to coming back to trying out food items. The restaurant is small but I do like the booth seatings creating some quiet space to eat.
You go to the middle table, and mark up what you want on the order pad. Give it to the counter and pay. There is free water, sitting by the pick up counter. They do have limited seating. There are some high booths where I saw some ppl with laptops working. I was happy to stopped by, the only thing is I wish they had a sugar level on the teas. It was a little too sweet for my kid.
I have mixed feelings about this place but it's still pretty solid overall. The drinks are pretty good. I wasn't a fan of the food but I'm just super particular and pregnant. My partner said about the same though. The food is alright but the drinks were pretty good and I was satisfied with that. So I guess this rating is for the drinks. Sitting indoors is cool and the decor is cool. However it doesn't make sense that they have signs to not write on the column but it's already filled up basically. Not a fan of the customer service either but again the drinks were good. Also don't order from them on grub hub or anything... you'll never get the order and it's just a mess to deal with them and the whole mess and such.
Moar Tea is both the perfect spot to do a quick take-out lunch and meet friends for a meal! Great food and great atmosphere. I usually get a bowl with either crab or tofu. It is all fully customizable by filling out a little card with all of the choices. There so many topping and sauce possibilities! It is usually big enough to have leftovers as well, which I love for a snack later in the day! Also, this is my favorite spot to get boba in the city. I'm partial to the coconut milk tea, but also love their brown sugar milk tea! The teas are also super customizable, there's for sure something for everyone! 10/10 recommend!!
Moar tea is my go to spot for some delicious, quality poke. I've taken friends here that live on the coast and are really impressed by the poke here! You get to create your own by filling out certain checkboxes on a slip that you hand to the server. I pretty much add everything, and I love the spicy tuna and salmon. I also am quite obsessed with the mango black tea with mango jelly here, I've been getting it once a week recently because it's so addicting! Every time I've gone the servers have been wonderful. The seating is a few booth seats and a couple tables. They play relaxing music in the restaurant, so it's pretty vibey. I know I'll be back again and again! :)
Moar Tea Poke is a boba tea lover's paradise! I love just about all of their drinks. However, their taro and Thai milk boba teas are delightful treats that always hits the spot. Sometimes my craving for their jobs tea can get so bad that I will happily order six cups (at least two each of my favorites) through Grubhub or pick them up in-store; the boba pearls are perfectly chewy, and the flavors are rich and authentic. Moar Tea Poke is one of my go-to for my boba cravings!
This is one of my favorite restaurants! There is a lot of variety. I've included photos of the menu so you can see for yourself. You could get hundreds of different combinations. I will admit that I always get a "burrito" but I've seen the salad bowl and it looks amazing. The thing I like about Moar Tea is it is healthy. They use very fresh ingredients and for the most part it is whole, raw foods...and it's delicious! The teas I have tried are all great. The sesame milk tea is rich and I would call it a semi-comfort food. The fruit teas are refreshing and great on a summer day but also in the middle of winter. My favorite is the mango tea with mango jellies. I do love that jellies are made with agar agar so it's still vegetarian. It's a small restaurant with several booths, a long table and a couch. It's quiet and has a peaceful feel. Maybe that is because of the greenery. As far as ordering, you fill out a paper. It's similar to what you do at a sushi bar. You order at the register and staff call your name when your food and drink are ready. I've been in there a lot and the staff are friendly. Parking is a gamble but that's just how it is in that area. Unless you are there on a weekend night, you should be able to find parking somewhere close by. (If you have the Park Mobile app, you don't have to deal with the kiosks which is great if the weather is bad) It looks small on the outside and you might miss it because it is at the end of the block but make a point of checking it out if you like Asian fusion (that's what I consider it although that may not be technically true). The food is delicious and always fresh.
Food was spectacular!! 10/10 definitely made with love. From the toppings to the freshness of the seafood everything was great! Service was quick. We also ordered boba tea which was fantastic as well best boba tea I've had in Indy! Definitely would recommend and will be back!
I've been coming to Moar for 4 years now! I love that they have poke bowl and burrito options. I always go for the burrito. Maybe it's because I want to be different...I'm not sure, It's usually great though! For me the boba is typically very sweet. Very tasty, but very sweet. For a while this was our after church lunch spot with friends! Still a great place and great location!
I ate a sushi burrito in LA in like 2019, and then couldn't stop thinking about it for years. Little did I know, sushi burritos exist in Indy! My friend had been telling me about her favorite bubble tea spot for months, and when we finally went, I was so happy to see they also have custom poke and sushi burritos and delicious onigiri options. The inside is super cute and was very clean when we went. Service is quick and unfussy, so this would be a great option if you need to pick up a to go order, but it's also a nice spot to stop for a quick lunch break. It's cozy and quiet so could even be a good place to work or study if you're looking off the beaten path on Mass Ave. Aside from the onigiri, most of the food is totally custom and made to order, so you can really get whatever you want. You order on a paper menu like at a sushi restaurant, picking exactly what you like--and honestly, you can go wild here. For the base price of $11.50 (for burritos and bowls), you pick your base, protein, up to two sauces, and then add as many of the mix-ins and toppings as you want. A steal, imo! There are several ways to make this vegetarian (I got tofu), and it could be gluten free, too, if you're careful about sauces. I ordered my burrito and a peach black tea with aloe jelly. Now I can't stop dreaming of the tea, either. Will be back asap. This is better than LA! read more
I live so close but have never been. Now that I've tried it I keep wanting to go back! I got the white peach tea with aloe jelly. It was amazing! I also got a one protein poke bowl. It was super fresh and filling! You order food by filling out a printed piece of paper at the center round table in the center of the restaurant. You check off what you'd like. If you just want a drink you can order at the counter. Service was quick! I liked the atmosphere! It felt cozy and intimate. There's not a whole lot of seating, but the restaurant is also on the smaller side. Everything is packaged to be able to take to go though! read more
Just stopped in since my Son is in town and it's one of his faves. He ordered a poke bowl. I ordered a tea because I already had plans for dinner. I did however try the bowl and it was really good. It's a chill little place, good service and prompt. Wasn't busy at all. The tea was great I got the pomegranate aloe green tea. Very refreshing. It was nice to sit and catch up with my boy while he enjoyed his favorite food. Definitely be back in. read more

I've been coming to Moar for 4 years now! I love that they have poke bowl and burrito options. I always go for the burrito. Man being in quarantine has been rough....but to break the monotany, my daughter and I decided to take a drive through the city, and hey why not some bubble tea from a local spot...thus we stumbled upon Moar Tea and Poke. OMG...the bubble tea is delicious. I ordered the peach raspberry tea with quick pop bubbles and she ordered the Taro Milk tea. Taro Milk tea is definitely worth trying when you are looking for something outside the box. This was a great find and we will definitely be back to try their poke bowls and get more bubble tea. read more

Out of all of the Indy boba tea spots, this one takes the cake for me. I can honestly say that I have always had great drinks from Moar Tea. They have never disappointed. Everything is custom to you and your preferences. *Im pretty sure this is the only spot that is open late (they close at 10:30PM). I seem to crave boba late at night and they always have me covered. I am a sucker for taro w/extra tapioca pearls, but I do love that they always have something new to offer. They also have a great brown sugar milk tea. I personally have not had their poke, but i have heard nothing but wonderful things about it. read more

BEST MILK TEA BOBA!!! I love their milk tea boba unlike harmony's milk tea boba (which is water down) Moar's tea is delicious their poke bowls and other foods are good too. The chicken kind of dry and unseasoned not gonna lie. Other than that I love everything else! read more
When I found out that the concept of sushi burritos existed, I just HAD to try one. What I loved the most about Moar Tea & Poke was the endless amount of customizations for food and drinks. This place was a new style in Indy at the time they opened. They have a great poke and great bubble tea with good amount of variety. Most of poke place will have an okay bubble tea but this place is different. I like to have meal or hang out with my friends for bubble tea and play "board games". They have WiFi provided and outlet. You might be able to work here in the not so busy afternoon as well. Another option if you don't feel like coffee time! Why not! read more
After drinking and eating food I still need to make a quick stop to get Boba. They have a great selection of Boba. This place is one of the best Boba that I know. The decoration inside is really pretty and it's cute. It's more of a plant base. We got Taro and coconut smoothie! They both are tasty! read more

I love the poke and bubble tea here. The poke and tea are customizable with just filling out a small piece of paper with your food/drink preferences. The orders can take a few minutes but they do have a few games available and several booths and a couch to stay awhile. I love the cute booths with greenery above you as well! read more

Location was in a nice walking area with car and scooter parking in front. Service was good and super fast. My green lantern aloe drink with jelly hit the spot. Perfectly flavored and love the combination of kiwi, apple and aloe. The interior is nice too. I recommend trying this place. read more
Was exploring the area and decided to try this place out. Got a poke bowl and a bubble tea. The bubble tea was great, the boba (tapioca balls) were soft and slightly chewy, the perfect texture, and the tea was a perfect level of sweetness. I wish the poke was better. The customizing options are great. But the ratio of proteins are really meager. Flavors are good but felt overpriced for what we got. read more
Located on Mass Ave with rows of colorful flag banners outside, this poke spot is a welcome addition to the downtown. The inside is cute and cozy - with intimate, wood booths, a table in the middle of the room, and a bar table against a window, so you can work/eat while watching the outside action. The first time we came here, we didn't quite know how to order. You get a paper checklist that you fill out with all the ingredients you want. There were some things we checked on our list that weren't possible on the type of food we were ordering (sushi burrito), so had to edit it a few times. Sushi burrito: So delicious! I got zucchini noodles, chicken, veggies, mangos and a yummy sauce (I think it was peanut). There are tons of options for toppings, meats, and sauces - so there's something here for everyone. Bubble tea: There's a long menu! Again, we checked a few things that they said couldn't go together, but we eventually figured it out and got the lavender honey bubble tea. It was sweet and delicious! Pro tip- if you order the large, it comes in a cool "light bulb" glass. However, the one down side is that there's no recycling bin here, so it felt really wasteful to throw away such a cool cup. Overall, I love that there's now a healthy food option on Mass Ave and am always in the mood for creating my own custom meal like this. The staff work quickly and you never have to wait super long. My daughters and I are loving this place for bubble tea and Instagramable photo opportunities in their booths. I haven't had a chance to try their food/bowls, but I've been here several times for bubble tea. My favorites are the honeydew and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee with boba (a caffeine boost + real tapioca boba). The prices for bubble tea are reasonable (just under $5 for a large) and smoothies are $5.25. Lower than the other local competitors for just as good, if not better, bubble teas. There isn't a ton of seating, but I'd say there is enough space to seat around 25-35 people. 3 of the booths can seat up to 6 people each, there is a couch and window seating for about 4 persons, another booth that seats around 8 people, and a few hightops. The booths have USBs outlets that are easily accessible, making this a nice place to set up a laptop. I dropped a star for the cleanliness and (permanent?) odor of the bathroom, not sure what was up with that as it wasn't matching the rest of the restaurant. read more

One of the first kind in downtown Indianapolis, great location in mass ave. I love the bubble tea that they have different options with green teas and black teas, they are very tasty and delicious. I like the poké, its very customizable, they have a checklist on what you want on it, I wish their protein are bigger in size because I can barely tell if the protein in my poke were there, it's all mashed up.
