An up charge to add boba to a classic milk tea that was already north of $7 is non-standard. I paid it without complaint. I don't need a recommendation of something less sweet. I want a good, classic boba milk tea like Harmony would have made me quickly and without drama for less money and to better standards. *Original Review* I wouldn't go here. The interior is cute. But ordered a boba tea at the terminal. The employees just sat down behind the counter after I ordered. I wasn't sure what that was about. I waited a couple minutes and they didn't move. So I went up and said I'd just placed an order for a classic boba milk tea. The guy acted confused. Checked his terminal and decided to get it for me. He says "add boba." I'm like "Just normal amount is fine." He says "No. You have to add." then punches up another $1.36 charge on the terminal. I'd already paid $8 with taxes and tip before that. Fine. I swiped. I'd ordered 0% added sugar classic boba milk tea. Hands it to me. It's got residue or syrup all over the inside of the cup, sweet as all get out, and doesn't look like plain classic boba tea. After leaving me standing for 5 minutes he upcharged me for boba that should just be part of the drink and then gave me some nasty mess of a thing. I won't be back.

One downside is the customer service experience. Guests are encouraged to order through a kiosk, so there's very little interaction with the staff, which may not appeal to everyone.
