Nutrition Hub is an awesome lowkey spot tucked in a strip mall as it's easy to miss, but totally worth the stop. I ordered pick-up since I was in a rush and wasn't sure how busy they got, but when I walked in, it was actually pretty steady! A few people were posted up working, so it definitely seems like a solid spot to chill or get things done. The menu is super robust-- açaí bowls, teas, cold sandwiches, protein shakes, and more. I went with the banana nut protein shake and wow... it was so good. I had it for breakfast and it easily held me over until lunch. My cousin got an açaí bowl with Nutella that looked amazing. Staff was really friendly and helpful while I was deciding what to get, which I appreciated. I'll definitely be back to try more off the menu. Highly recommend stopping by!

THE BEST! Nutrition Hub is a total treat. I love their caffeinated teas and it's perfect for a pick me up, açaí bowls, snacks, or a full meal. Service is always friendly and fast, even when busy, and the store is spotless.

Just got a new job in the area and I go here almost everyday now. The staff is friendly and quick! If you never been to a nutrition hub location before, they have great shakes and açaí bowls. I also often get their salads. Everything is fresh and super good! It's a beautiful location!

    Me and my friend drinkin'!!!

I love this place so much!! I come almost everyday after school and they have the best açaí bowls with SO MANY options. They also have great drinks that taste good, but are also healthy. Jason gave me and my friends our food and drinks and we had a great convo that was informational about this establishment. They have great ice too. And the place itself is aesthetically pleasurable. I just love the teas. I just love the fruit!

This place is HEAVEN! Jason deserves a raise for sure! He cracks me up and make the best drinks!

I'm not new to Nutrition Hub! However, I am new to purchasing the shakes. I tried the Reese cup shake and I would say it's a 10/10. I really enjoy how light it is and I can't taste any dairy ‼ I also order the spa day and I really enjoy how tangy it is. I just learned that they have an app to download, that will definitely help because it can get pretty costly purchasing drinks often. I'm also excited to try the açaí bowls one day. I do wish environment was a little more relaxing but overall very nice spot to grab a drink and go!

On a hot day, a smoothie is just what you need. Im not in Nora often but saw a cool smoothie and tea spot so I figured I'd check it out. There is parking right out front. It's right next to Moody's butcher shop. I walked in and was instantly greeted, so sweet. I was given recommendations on their personal favorites and top 10 most ordered. I love banana so I tried the banana nut bread smoothie. It's $8 with 24g protein and 21 vitamins and minerals, no way! On top of the price, it really does taste like banana nut bread. This place is so adorable. It would be a great spot to get work done or catch up with your girlfriends. There are so many options at such a great price, I'll definitely be back. Only thing I would suggest is to add these smoothies to the myfitnesspal bank for those tracking their macros since these are so health-friendly.

I ordered the A La Crossing Benedict, side of gravy, lefse, side Norwegian potato cake, and peach ginger hot tea. I was thrilled to find the hot tea was loose leaf in a pot brought to the table. It's a lovely touch. The Benedict had perfectly crispy bacon and so much asparagus. The egg yolks were perfectly runny and the hollandaise had great flavor. I picked the house salad with champagne vinaigrette for the side and enjoyed that as well. I tried the gravy on some of the sourdough bread and it had a great flavor. The biscuits and gravy will probably be something I order next time because it was so good. When I read they season their sausage in-house I knew I had to try it even though I wanted the Benedict. The Norwegian Potato Cake was a delight! I love every take on a potato pancake or latke and this one had great flavor. The Lefse was a perfect treat to end- I had the traditional with just butter, sugar, and cinnamon. (I had leftovers of this and ate it at home with extra butter and a little syrup also.) This place is a gem and I am so glad I stumbled upon it!

Large mug, excellent froth and the coffee was rich and bold ! I ordered the half order of biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs on top. I enjoyed the food, flavor and richness of the gravy. The gravy was stocked with sausage crumbles which added the full flavor. The eggs were fried a tad harder than I desire but they were tasty and topped the meal well. The price was more expensive than I anticipated but not crazy. Ruth's is a little of a distance for me which is how I base my final rating. I liked it and will go again if I am in the area during their hours of operation. But I would not pass some equally good cafes closer to me. If you are in the keystone area I recommend you stop

I had my three year old with me so we ordered the blackberry brown sugar latte and a kids hot chocolate. She picked out a blueberry muffin and I had a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. That muffin? Excellent. I was honestly a little jealous I couldn't steal it from her. My sandwich was great, exactly what you'd expect from the name. I really enjoyed the latte! It's not a flavor I'd normally go for and almost went for the cookie butter latte but I'm glad I tried something new. As for the hot chocolate--I've never seen my child finish a hot chocolate. Ever. She inhaled it. The shop itself was way bigger than I expected. Super welcoming and open with plenty of space and seating. It was pretty crowded but there was also still plenty of seating. We ended up sitting close to the register (I let my daughter choose where we sat) and the people behind the register were on top of it. One person overheard me tell my daughter I needed to go ask for a to go box and they grabbed one without me having to even get up. They were very kind and attentive! I really appreciated how welcoming the atmosphere was. I'm looking forward to going back soon!

I don't have a traditional office, so I'm always looking for remote places to work. I love a change of scenery and environment. Over the past year or two, I've slowly faded out my visits to a certain popular coffee establishment with a name shared by a character on Battlestar Galactica. So, when a friend told me about The Haverstick, I needed to check it out! I'm so glad I did. It has become my go-to office of choice! Housed in a community center of a local church, the environment has dim lighting and soft music. A perfect place to get focused and stay focused. They have a coffee bar that also offers a few food options. The coffee is good and very affordable. The staff is always friendly. There is usually only one person staffing the coffee shop, but they get to your order quickly. You just may have to wait if there is a large group, as happened to me once. But no worries. Simply have a seat and get to work, and they will call your name when your beverage and/or food is ready to pickup. The Haverstick is less a coffee shop and more a community shared-space work environment that offers coffee. They have a lot of comfortable chairs and tables of various sizes. The room is wide open and you never feel crowded, even if there is a decent amount of people. However, it's usually only a handful of other people around, so it's a great place to get things done. They also have conference rooms for rent. I'm grateful this church has opened its doors to the public and offers such a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. I look forward to returning soon and getting some more work done.

And I felt like I needed to replenish my vitamin K reserves, so I got the sesame kale salad, which is kale, thinly sliced radish, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño slices, a sunflower and sesame seed crumble, and a sesame-ginger vinaigrette. It was delicious! You can add an egg or chicken or salmon, but I don't think it needs any of those. If I had to do it all again, I'd ask for light dressing, because they were a little heavy-handed with the dressing on this salad. Isn't that always the way?! Restaurants need to cool it with the dressing, in my opinion. To be honest, the booze situation at Rize is a little anemic, but I don't think Rize is really the place to order anything alcoholic beyond a mimosa or bloody Mary. I got a screwdriver: freshly squeezed orange juice and vodka, and I'm still wondering where the vodka went. It did not visit my screwdriver, I tell you what. The seating inside Rize feels like it's at a premium, because depending on when you visit, there is very little of it. When I visited, almost every table was occupied, and the place was echoing with conversation. I chose to sit outside, which I'd recommend, if you can!
