Three stars for the drink. Zero for the staff interaction. I only leave one because it's disappointing. I didn't feel welcome by any means. I probably wouldn't have ordered anything if I knew this was going to be the case. But because the kiosks are right as you walk in, you don't know this until after. I ordered the strawberry coconut latte with coffee jelly. Drink was amazing. Honestly disappointed when they called for me to get my drink, no one made eye contact or said thank you. I feel like to make people feel good about coming in, maybe a little interaction would make it a better experience. I honestly don't think I'll be back in and this was my first time in probably over a year possibly more. I recall it being more welcoming and friendlier.
Stopped by for a quick pick me up and wasn't disappointed. I ordered the Mango Pomelo Sago & the shrimp bowl. I will say it was more expensive than expected, but the quality of both the drink and bowl were great! The ordering system via kiosk was pretty easy to use and the items came out quite fast. I did reduce the sweetness on the mango pomelo sago and it was perfect. It had some pulp in it to too which was a great addition to the sago. You can tell that the drink itself was fresh and didnt use artificial powders. For the shrimp bowl, wow this hit the spot! the shrimp was plump and tender. I am excited to try out the bowls that they have!
This is a great establishment in fountain square that offers an array of teas, smoothies, milkshakes, ramen, rice dishes, and wings. I highly recommend the smoothies, they are incredible. They also offer a wing meal with 6 giant crispy wings and big pile of fries for $9; can't beat it! Also the ambiance inside is very relaxing and clean. Definitely excited to go back and try the tea.

I ordered the Lychee Watermelon Fresh Fruit Tea and the Strawberry Sago--both were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The shop itself has such a lively, eclectic vibe--great energy and a fun place to hang out. I'm not usually a fan of navigating downtown, but this spot was absolutely worth it. Can't wait to go back and try more!
We had an impromptu book club meeting here this weekend, we all agreed we loved the decor and the drinks! We ordered at the kiosk and about 5 mins later, our drinks were brought to us! I had a peach tea w/mango and kiwi bubbles - very yummy but I may go without the bubbles next time! Can't wait to come back!

Service is fast (unless you're one of twenty people in line), and they also have a rewards program from repeat visitors. The main attraction is boba milk tea - sweet, refreshing dessert-style drink. There are many varieties, but I've been enjoying the mango and lime fruit tea. It's great if you enjoy a sweet lemonade. Select lower sugar percentages if you are watching your calories, or just want the refreshing quality without the sweetness. I've recently been enjoying their spicy miso ramen. Their chashu pork is cooked very well, and the broth is very deep with flavor. The music is low, and they provide free wi-fi. It's a great spot to hang out with friends, get some work done, or take a rest on a longer walk. Thanks for the food tonight!
this is another cute shop I found in fountain Square. The tea was really good. There was so many options to choose from and this was the place. I tried Ramen for the first time and this will be my second time ordering Ramen from here so it's it's pretty good. Once it gets warmer outside, I'm looking forward to trying their teas and smoothies as well. The service is a decent time. I'd say to try your best to look at the menu before you get there but other than that it's a good time. It's really pretty inside. They have Wi-Fi and seating and you should check it out.
This is the best Boba Tea shop in Indy by farrrrr. They have great and efficient service. Not only are the drinks fantastic, the food is really good as well! I can personally attest to the quality and taste of the Hawaiian Beef BBQ bowl. I come here on a weekly basis. I have nothing but amazing things to say, I love giving my money to this place!

I was so excited to discover this place (thank you, Truen!) as I'd been to a similar place in the east coast and thought it was a fun concept and with unique offerings. They have two kiosks where you can review the multitude of options, and can customize as you wish. Love having tea options- coffee is way too dominant in this city and country! More tea.
Tried out a different location of Harmony Tea Shoppe and it wasn't as good as my previous experience near the Fashion Mall. I really like that you can customize sugar and ice levels, but my boba wasn't consistent. Some of it tasted old and it was very hard and dry. But some of it was fresh tasting, so I'm not sure why it wasn't all the same. Will be sticking with their other teas and fruit drinks from now on and getting boba elsewhere.
I finally had a chance to try this place out! It's so nice to have an option where you can relax and grab a yummy drink during the evenings after coffee shops are closed and if you don't want to go to a bar. I took my little sister as a treat after dinner and we both loved our custom creations. The ordering kiosks are super convenient because there are soo many options, but the kiosk gives you time to look everything over before making your choice. The decor is so cute and while we ordered to go this time, I look forward to coming back and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere another time.

My go to is the mango yogurt and I substitute the crystal boba for peach popping boba....perfection! They also offer ramen and poke bowls. I've had the ramen once and it was good. A bit basic, but not bad at all!

The fruit teas here are amazing! You have the option to select your sweetness level, which only makes the drinks that much better. There are also a bunch of add-ons and food available as well for others to enjoy. read more

Visiting from California, needed a a drink you sip with a boba straw. Came in on a Sunday and it wasn't really busy . If you are using cash, go to the counter, electronic pay or plastic, use the kiosk it's much easier and faster. The large boba is huge, get that if you trying to overload on boba and drinks. The watermelon Sago was a treat for sure, very refreshing and light , perfect for a hot summer day . I was impressed with their drinks, we Californians are spoiled with options when it comes to these drinks and there weren't too many options here in Indy I looked up . Tbe dining area was kinda warm when I went in but I took our drinks to go. Plenty of room for a big group if you decide to chill out there. Great spot for tea and milk. read more

I recommend checking out the Harmony Tea Shoppe in Fountain Square. This is such a cute shoppe! You order your drinks and food at the digital kiosk at the front of the shoppe. After you order if you go straight to the back they have a handful of board games you can play. We had fun playing four in a row and Jenga while we waited for our food and drinks. The ramen was delicious and filling. I'd like to go back and try other dishes. Cheers! read more
Very modern looking interior with kiosks to order your drinks or desserts with pictures and descriptions, which made it a lot easier to order my drink. The barista was really efficient in making my drink and I was able to get my order in around 5 min. I ordered the matcha milkshake and it tasted good and had good consistency throughout the drink, no chunks of ice that wasn't blended thoroughly. My friend got the rose oolong milk tea and he really enjoyed the drink, saying that it wasn't too heavy on the tea or too sweet, good balance of flavor. read more
First of all, the team here did an amazing job at spreading the word when the shoppe opened. I saw so many local influencers sharing beautiful photos of colorful drinks and posting about the stunning space. That got my attention. I visited on a Monday afternoon and was thrilled that Harmony is open on Mondays at all. I'm in Fountain Square every Monday for a meeting and almost every place is closed on Mondays (I totally get it!). It was awesome to have somewhere to go for a bite to eat and to finish some work. I parked about a block down the road (street parking -- it's limited, but free!) and walked over to this cute corner spot (was formerly the wine bar). The neon boba tea sign was adorable, as was the colorful, hanging pennant flags. I walked in and saw the two ordering screens. I spent about five minutes looking at all of the unique drinks and finally chose the green tea with fruit. I didn't know what the sago drinks were, so I think a description on the screens would be helpful. (I learned that it's an "edible starch that is made from the pith of an array of tropical palm trees" .... similar-ish to the consistency of tapioca). I also would love to know in the future which drinks have dairy and which don't. I then browsed through the poke and ramen selections to eventually land on the vegetarian poke. It had organic tofu, kale, sweet onion, cucumber, edamame, mushroom, sesame seeds, cilantro, white rice, and an amazing creamy sesame dressing. The food was ready within about ten minutes. The staff called my name and I hopped on up. The tea was so refreshing and I love that you can choose your sweet level (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). I went with 0% and really appreciated that being an option. The cups are so fancy and nice, and the food was incredible. I can't wait to come back to try the avocado milk shake, avocado mango sago, miso ramen, mango salmon, or unagi don. Everything on the menu truly sounded fabulous. They also have free wifi, a few indoor tables to work or eat at, and cute bear-shaped cups, that you'll need to ask for if you want. Thanks for a delicious meal! I'll be back next week. I was so excited to try Harmony after hearing great things from my family about how cute it is and how great the drinks are. We came on First Friday and were glad it wasn't too busy so we were able to look through the drinks and order via the screen at the front. I ordered the Strawberry Jasmine Milk Tea with Matcha Foam. A very well balanced drink and was a nice refreshing treat. The prices are about $7 which is alright for the amount you get. The service is very fast and the staff were friendly. I look forward to coming back and trying more drinks and hopefully food as well. They have plenty of seats inside and some people were out front as well. read more

Awe the inside of this place was beautiful! I did not expect that when I walked in! I loved how modern and elegant the decor was. I also appreciated the self service kiosk to order our drinks. When you walk in, they're to the right of you and there are two. My friend and I really wanted the cute cups with their name on it. We didn't really know how it worked to get the tumbler like cup since we later realized some drinks come with that cup and others just come with your average cup. I think you have to base it on the picture provided on the screen. Also there were so many choices but I ended up getting the mango lime fruit tea and my friend got the watermelon fruit tea drink. They had a lot of seating areas and it was cute! They even had some board games! I can't tell you how much I appreciate their decor. But anyway we waited and our drinks came out relatively quick. Maybe like 8-10 minutes which was nice. The employees who made the drinks were working very diligently so definitely tip them for their work! We both enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and were able to chat for a while. I will be coming back here or checking out their other locations since I had no idea this bubble tea store existed lol. They have ramen and poke too so I want to try that too :) read more

My new go-to bubble tea shop!! I live in FSQ and I used to drive allllll the way to Castleton to go to Harmony Tea Shop there, but now there's a location in my own neighborhood! This place is spacious, cute, and effective. Order and pay at the kiosks by the door and wait for your name to be called. Easy peasy! The only issue could be if you're not familiar with bubble tea. There are short descriptions on each drink, but they aren't very detailed. And since you order at a kiosk, you don't get to ask any questions. It's a good place for bubble tea fans and anyone walking the FSQ neighborhood. read more

I've gone to Harmony in Fountain Square two times so far and I have been very happy with my experience! The first time I got a strawberry banana smoothie and it was absolutely delicious! One of the better smoothies I've had! I am looking forward to trying more of their smoothies. I went again to get food and I got ramen and bubble tea. I got both of the "top sellers" from these categories to just try something new and it was really good! They have parking on the side of the building specifically for people coming to Harmony, which is so nice! The inside of Harmony is absolutely beautiful and modern. Harmony in Fountain Square has become a favorite for my family and me. The staff are always friendly and professional. The speed of service is always timely, and the quality and freshness of the drinks never fail. The menu has a huge selection of signature drinks, milk bubble teas, smoothies, fresh brewed teas, and milk shakes. They also offer bubble waffles and poke bowls. I love that you're able to customize your drinks (i.e., Pick Your Favorite Tea + Favorite Fruit + Favorite Sugar Level). Can't wait for their Greenwood location to open!! read more
Had a chance to go to fountain square after some months and noticed this place was open. My partner and I are always down for some good bubble tea. We got a couple of drinks and they were both yummy. They are a little pricier than your typical bubble tea places but I think it's worth it. Plus, this place is really pretty and clean inside, not to mention, bigger than most bubble tea place we have been to. They have poke bowls and ramen from the looks of their menu and we plan on putting those items to the rest in the future. Check them out! I think their bubble tea selections are yummy and definitely more than LaTea on Mass Ave. read more

I'm so happy I finally have some place that I can go, sit down and work on my computer that's not coffee shop! Sometime we just want some refreshing drinks that's not coffee in the afternoon or anytime of the day! It's a spacious location. Food and drinks are available, isn't that cool! I'm glad we have more places in downtown area to choose from. Never thought I'd find such a great, cool, and welcoming bubble tea place in Indy. There's a large selection of teas to choose from, plus lots of toppings! Their containers are also unique and not the typical plastic cover you pop a hole through to get to your treat. Harmony Tea Shoppe also serves poke bowls and ramen, both of which were delish. While the shop is in a sad looking strip mall, there's life and modernity inside so don't be alarmed by the area it's in. read more

Location is located right off highway 65 north which is great for those traveling. It's an easy find, 5 parking spaces right in front of it designated for the store specifically. Ambiance is amazing. Great decor and design aesthetic. Place is larger than your typical boba shop. Great for dates and groups to hang out in. Fairly clean place. Service was fairly quick. Bathroom is not open to public but of course available to those that make a purchase. My husband ordered an iced matcha milk tea and I ordered the oolong milk tea which I loved! I did half sugar, less ice and perfect! Good flavor, not too sweet, plenty of boba. Boba is not too soft or hard. Just chewy enough. Keep in mind, their small is 700ml which is quite big for us already. read more

This tea house is amazing and they have decent customization options - the taro drink (purple) has a vanilla flavor kick with somewhat of a kava/root-like texture. The Carmel Bubble Milk Black Tea (far left) is a caramel cascade drink with a splash of cinnamon at the back! Middle drink is the Rose Black Tea with cognac boba - perfect for coffee lovers. The food is okay - need better broth for the ramen but the noodles has good consistency. Simple, modern interior and clean white marble countertops - this place is a good alternative to the "coffee meetup" with a coworker! read more
This is the cutest Tea shop there is. You can find it right on the corner of Virginia Ave in fountain square. When you walk in you'd think you were at the spa! You order your drink from a kiosk which has all kinds of options, including how sweet you'd like your drink, which is a huge plus for me. Also reduces the awkwardness of standing at the counter trying to decide how and what to order. Staff was super friendly and my tea was DELICIOUS. I got the strawberry lime and fresh fruit tea which was so fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back here soon! read more

Great addition to the boba choices in downtown Indy! The inside decor is very trendy and chic! Plus some of the drinks come in fancy cups! Tips: - Order 50% sweetness because it does get very sweet! - There's only 4-5 parking spaces on the side of the building reserved for harmony patrons. However, you may be able to find street parallel parking. - request a stamp card so you can get a free drink! read more
