A Starbuck's with drive-thru. Kind of hidden, and out of the way at the end of a strip mall. Have to seek it out. Some larger tables, suitable for groups. Friendly staff. Can recommend as a destination and place to meet. Plus: Long hours including opening at 4:30 am! read more

Starbucks really screwed up this chai tea mix. This new version is absolutely horrible and taste nothing like chai tea. Even employees hate it and mentioned even the classic syrup changed. Totally disgusting and waste of money read more

This crew is consistently excellent. They are always attentive and remember my preferences. I request a pup cup for my dog, and my orders are completed quickly and served with a big smile. read more

Honestly I'm over it. I order the same coffee every single time I have visited a SB and yet every single time I visit the coffee tastes different. It's never strong, always weak and tastes more milky than anything. It's insane paying $6-8 for a coffee and for it to be nasty. Every location I go to I have this problem. Service is always great, always greeted by a barista, they're always friendly and helpful. But the quality of Starbucks coffee in my opinion is trash. The breakfast options and the cake pops are good I would still order those items but as far as coffee, I'm done. I'm tired of wasting $ and being disappointed. Every time I have this conversation with a friend or someone at another coffee shop they agree that they have the same issue. read more

The service was awful, and she treated us terribly! The lady was slamming items and was really rude.

Ordered a cinnamon dolce late and it's always great but this morning it's just flavorless, they forgot to add something I guess. Totally disappointed this is usually my go to spot read more

This starbucks always works hard and gets the job done right. I rarely have any trouble here, they're that proffesional. Until I met Nay. it's pumpkin spice season, so I'm sure they're overwhelmed. The service industry is never easy. it's an emotional stress. I think I may have caught Nay specific in a bad day. An unfortunate moment of attitude from Nay, but I'm sure she's friendlier than what she showed me today. I hope that she tries to gain a little more patience and I'd like her to know that people can hear her, even when she thinks shes whispering under her breath. You got this Nay, shake it off. Chin up, shoulders back, you can do it! Thanks to the staff who is always making a grand experience for me. my loyalty lies with this particular Starbucks because of the way I feel when I walk in. Id like to keep my loyalty here. Thanks for your time. Good luck this pumpkin spice season!!! read more

Came here recently to get out of the house during the pandemic, and it seems like lots of other people had the same idea! This place was packed at 10am, drive thru line reached to the freeway feeder s d then some. Overall, line moved fairly quickly all things considered. I was impressed with how the employees kept the whole thing sanitary, letting you insert your own credit card in a remote machine and handing you your order on a tray. Of course, the window attendant wore gloves and a mask. Only drawback here is the strange parking lot and drive thru line orientation; it's off at a weird angle that basically makes it have a longline that blocks the parking lot exit if more than 2 people are in line. read more

Best Starbucks ever it was the fastest Starbucks experience ever!! I never leave reviews but this one just amazed me it looked like I was going to be there for 30 minutes but I was there for at least 10!! With 8 cars in front of me!! read more

I went during the free holiday cup give away and asked before I ordered the 3 drinks I was getting and she said for every holiday drink you get a cup.... then I get to the window pay ask for my 3 cups to hear her say, "oh we're out." Why the hel didn't she say that before I ordered? I order this drinks specifically to get the cups. That place sucks for not saying they were out. What kind of customer service is that? read more

So i usually love this sbux it is my go to every Monday thru Friday. But these last two days it has been Terrible I made it a point to mention if they could make cold foam correctly. I could see the barista struggling asking the other counterparts and they were just like looks fine let's go. No sir she need to whip that foam. Maybe a refresher course? Please guys let's figure it out I love this drink!! read more

I really like how this place has changed. Finally a drive through is available for those days you have the dog in the car or can't get out of the car for some other reason: like, laziness. Jk...jk... Anyway! It's a rectangular format inside now, bathroom at back, order closer to back wall and pick up close to the exit once your order is ready. It can be kinda busy now that they've update (good thing!), and parking is interesting, but I've never had a problem finding a place to sit or park. GO HERE, so they can stay! read more

One of the fastest Starbucks I've been in. I hadn't stopped at a Starbucks in a long time, because I hated having to wait so long for coffee. This is a perfect quick stop, even when the line may seem long, it moves very quickly. read more

Normally my only issue with this location is the accessibility of it (the front of the building is one way traffic- so difficult to maneuver when the drive through line is long), but I went today to pick up a Caramel Brûlée and received a cup that was half full- and this included whip cream. I have been to this location a handful of times and this is the first time this has happened, so I hope it was just an off day for them. read more

Starbucks - Half full- tall caramel brûlée :( - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Houston, Texas

Closest location to me so I stop by often . The drive through is quick and friendly. If you go inside it's another story. Also, the managers should know better than putting the guy with the dirtiest nails at the window to hand you food. It was pretty disgusting this morning to get a snack touched by the dirty , dirty nails the guy had. Maybe he's an artist and it was paint ? Or a mechanic and it was oil? Or are they just plain dirty ?idk! read more

Could be a little cleaner as I waited for my Zombie Frappe, I noticed the high table tops in front of the registers had crumbs etc. but well at least they were really fast and friendly, I went around 2pm Friday during lunch break and no one was in, minus one guy on a laptop and another woman waiting for an order. This shop pulled through when the Starbucks on corner of W. 34th & 290 fwy failed to call or notify on starbucks app before placing my Zombie Frappe order that they RAN OUT. So.. when I got to that one, they told me all late which was a bummer, but luckily this one had it. I have to say that the Zombie Frappe at first sip tasted terrible, it tasted like rancid/sour chocolate milk, but when you mix it (like really good) it doesn't taste so bad, or maybe I got used to the taste. It was sour (sour apple) and chocolatey, had a banana flavor, so kind of like a sour banana split(?) the fact that it was really cold made it more tolerable and the whip cream alone tasted okay, but maybe overly sweet for me. WELL AGAIN mixed really good it wasn't TOO BAD, but still tasted pretty bad compared to other drinks on the menu, even the Unicorn Frappe was a lot better, I actually liked the Unicorn Frappe quite a bit!! I regret not getting a larger size for that one, but usually for these kinds of drinks I always get the smallest in case I can't stomach down the rest of it. I also have tried their iced tea fusion blends that my sister introduced me to... the shaked iced passion tango(passion fruit) lemonade is amazingly delicious and refreshing on a hot day. First time I had this drink was with one of their Chicken & Double-Smoked Bacon sandwiches which was nice and toasty, the bacon wasn't all soggy, everything was crisp and fresh. Personally I could chew on the bread all day.. XD My experience with Starbucks, I have liked the times I've visited and it was very quiet, on one occasion I was able to stay there for about two hours playing Final Fantasy on my Surface Pro, it was very fun, and more than likely will go again for their passion lemonade and to freeload off the wifi. ^w^ read more

Friendly neighborhood Starbucks! I wasn't sure this place was going to be the same after the 290 construction moved it down the strip center and took over half the parking lot. It's actually better, I go out of my way to get to this Starbucks as opposed to the one on 34th and 290. Drink orders are always made correctly and staff is super friendly. It's not one of those packed loud Starbucks. I've found that this is a nice place to relax in the middle of the day or just find some quiet time. read more

Very bad customer service! I had an iced coffee with cream & it was really dark like chocolate milk & tasted horrible. I asked nicely if I could get a new drink & they told me to keep the one I had, I decided to throw it away because it was nasty, employees started nodding their heads & saying stuff about it right in-front of me. I don't know why that bothered them so much if they couldn't take it back, they should be at-least more respectful & not talk to customers with a nasty attitude, all I did was ask nicely without trying to give them a hard time. read more

Since this Starbuck's location moved 2 doors down to the east corner of the strip center, it has fewer tables than the original location had, but they now have a drive thru. Thanks to the 290 expansion, they have fewer parking spaces directly in front of the storefront, but they still have plenty of parking. Comparing to other locations, the staff here know their stuff and are pretty friendly. read more

Can I just give half a star? Possibly the worst Starbucks ever! Every time I come here they screw something up. Then to top it off, today they ran out of lids?! Seriously? Then the chick behind the counter gave me 'tude after I questioned why I wasn't told before standing in line 10 minutes?! From now on Im driving the extra 10 minutes to the one on 34th. Not worth my time here. read more

Hands down one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to! And we have been to a lot. Just the kindness of the people is what made the experience so awesome. We stopped at this Starbucks after going through the insane traffic in Houston. It was clean, the guys working were super nice and it really helped the mood for our trip since the traffic in Houston was rough. Coffee is great and pastries are warm! Thank you for the awesome service and putting us in a better mood for our trip! read more

This location doesn't have drive thru. Very clean & usually pretty quick. Plenty of room on this inside & no outdoor seating. Folks there are generally nice, though this morning I think I ran into the cranky crew. read more

I've been here several times and have never had any issues. Service is fast and friendly, and there's never too many people sitting in here- most folks get their drinks and leave. The parking situation right now isn't fun. Because of all the 290 construction, 1/2 their parking spaces have been removed and turned into a feeder road. Be careful when entering or exiting, as the driveway is only big enough for 1 car at a time yet is a two-way 'street'. Park by the petco and walk over for an easier in-and-out experience. read more

The best Starbucks in the Oak Forest area. I always go through the drive thru and order the same thing, a coffee and GF breakfast sandwich for myself and a cup of water and morning bun for my daughter. Yesterday before I work I stopped by and the girl working the drive thru (I need to get her name) asked if I wanted a morning bun for my daughter. I didn't have my baby with me but appreciated the fact that she remembered! It's the little things. This is also probably the fastest drive thru I've ever been in! Don't have to wait more than a couple minutes. read more

I pay venti to get extra coffee not just a bigger cup. If I had the time I would go back for a refund. It's sad that there is only a few places that give you a full cup but I know I won't be going back here. I love Starbucks but not when they rip me off. This is not worth the almost $6. read more

Staff are friendly & the space is clean! Super cute how they have board games and coloring books for kiddos to use. Lots of parking space.

Drive through service was so quick. I will come back to this location. Chai tea and egg bites were great.

Be advised that if you request NO FOAM, it won't matter. Every single I time I ask for no foam the barista, no matter who it is, always disregards the simple request. read more

worst pumpkin spice i've ever had. didn't taste sweet at all. tasted like black coffee but not good black coffee. gas station coffee

First off trying to get here may take a little while being that it's off of 290 with construction! It's a one lane only right next to petsmart so you have to take turns! There are couple chairs outside, but when you walk in it is very spaced out and nice! Very clean! There was only one barista working and she cracked a joke, very nice but I wasn't convinced that she was happy behind the counter! No line which was nice. She had my drink done QUICK. The place is huge and it's extremely quiet! It seems like a real nice spot if your trying to get away! This was my first time coming to the Starbucks, trying to kill time before cross fit. I ordered a pumpkin frappuccino and it was great!!!! I would definitely recommend it, but not if you are a loud person. It would have been nice if there was a radio!! read more

This MY Starbucks!! I am in and out of the drive thru sometimes in less than 5 minutes. Everyone i have came in contact with is super sweet and personable. They always get my drinks perfect (I'm very picky with my coffee lol) i love getting my coffee fix here on the way to work. read more

I've been here multiple times, and I've always been pleased with their service, especially compared to the Starbucks across the street. However, the one drawback about this place is the parking situation right now. There's a lot of construction going on, and only one row of parking for the 5+ stores in that strip center. It is very hard to get in and out of this place. Sure things will get better once the construction is finally done! read more

Worse location. I have never had any issues with any Starbucks until I came here. Sunday 12/8/19 around 8pm i went through drive thur placed my order waited in line. When its my turn to pay I hand the girl at the window my credit card. My total was 15.00. She then asked if I had another credit card. I asked why and she said because they have been having issues with Chase all day. I advised her the two other credit cards I had were also Chase cards. She just looked at me like well there's nothing I can do. I attempted to search for cash, was able to come up with 10.00 and found a gift card that had a balance of 2.60. Because I was still short she a cople of dollars she still is not willing to assist me. I ask her what do I do ho to another Starbucks and she agrees that there is a Starbucks on 34th street. So instead of taking the $12.60 I had to give me my stuff she preferred to throw away everything that was already made and send me to the next closest Starbucks. I was furious. I told her next time before taking an order and having everything made knowing they are having issues with their credit card it would be nice to let the customers know ahead of time. I will never go back to this location. read more
