Don't here to try to customize your drink. I tried to order a solo shot expresso with 6 pumps for chai to make a dirty chai and the price was going to be 3.75 like I always do on the app. The manager here is just straight petty and change to a chai latte and the price offset to almost 8 for a cup. read more

New Fan of SB. Before I was an actual fan, I'd been to several, including this one. I don't like buying coffee when I get it for FREE. That Everything bagel. Is EVERYTHING. I've been held hostage in the drive thru for over eighteen minutes. Regardless of a shift change (could be a possibility) for this irrational wait time, management needs to effectively train staff to continue to move the flow of traffic. Or hire on additional float staff to keep production. Trust me, if I weren't trapped in this line I would have left fifteen minutes ago. Once to the window, one of the drinks that was ordered wasn't wiped down, which led to the chocolate getting on my hands, which led to that getting on my khaki shorts before I could even pull off. *OTHER YELPER'S* - If you are in a rush, save your rear- end and go to another coffee chain nearby. Im not a big coffee drinker , but i love fruity drinks. The starbucks refreshers are my def goto. I always visit this location 1. Because its close to my home and 2. Because the staff is amazing! Danny, is an awesome employee that is brimming with cheer when you pull up through the drive through. He keeps me updated if my drinks take awhile and when honestly hes super genuinely nice. I work in the service industry and i can usually tell when people fake it to make it, but Danny is the best! If hes lying hes totally got me fooled! Good stuff! read more

50/50 chance on them getting your order correct. The location and design of the parking lot makes it really tough to get in and out quickly. Drive through line is always backed up and blocks most of the parking. People are generally nice but they need more hands on deck and better training. read more

Tis Starbucks is a convenient stop when in the area. Entrance and exit along the feeder is easy which makes it a plus. There is a drive through, also. The building itself looks bigger than it seems inside. The interior isn't very spacious and much of that space is taken up with displays of bagged coffees and accessories for sale. It is clean and employees are courteous and get the order out quickly and correctly. The food items seem to be better stocked than some locations and look fresh. I've had good service here and when I'm ever in the area and need a caffeine boost or thirst quencher, I'll stop in. read more

We came to the store. No one was at the register. There were three others. Two were making coffee. One was taking drive thru order. We acted cool. Let's wait until these employees get to a stopping point and then they can help us. But, no. They stopped. Saw us. No hi. No hello. No please wait. They just went on with the drive thru orders. A couple other employees came out from the back. We jokingly said "Alright. Someone is finally here". Instead of getting an apology for waiting, she gave us the look of "you're lucky I am willing to serve you right now." Then, I realized when I checked on Yelp. This location is always extremely slow. The strawberry frappe tasted watered down. I asked for no whip cream, and the frappe had whip cream on top. When I informed the clerk, the frappes were incorrect. She stated that the individual that made the frappe said it did not say no whip. I showed the clerk my order on my app because I order through the app she said, oh, I see it. I asked her to go informed them they're incorrect and made the frappe wrong. I waited in the drive through for what felt like FOREVER. When sat at the speaker for more than a few minutes, no one said a thing. So I assumed you order at the window and that would explain why the line was so long!!! When I finally get up to the window I told them no one spoke at the speaker. What did they do? The workers are nice, friendly and very professional! They recognized a day to day customer by calling their names and knowing what they want. It's clean, neat, fresh and well organized here. I ordered breakfast and Frappucino just the way I like it! It's busy here and they are several customers here! (Good thing) the drive thru loves quickly and there is not a long line. Went to the drive thru this morning at 6am. The posted hours on the internet was that they opened at 5:30am. The lights weren't even on when I drive though. I don't know what kind of business they are running here. They definitely need a responsible adult to have the key to this store and open it on time daily. At 730a I expected the drive-thru to be a nightmare and it was anything but. Getting into the parking lot was no picnic but the line was not even long. The barista that took my order was cheerfully pleasant, listened well and got my order just right. Even down to the extra cinnamon powder on top. This Starbucks has really gone downhill. I don't come here often but my whole experience was unfortunate. Dirty patio, dirty floors, tables and chairs all gross and filthy, sticky, dirty doors, dirty condiment bar, also unstocked. It's been remodeled since my last visit but the staff hasn't been keeping it up. My latte was about 2/3 full, the rest foam. Just not what you expect at Starbucks. I didn't want to touch anything bc it was so gross. All the merchandise was dusty and some dirty. I had to pee but was afraid of what I might find in the bathroom. It's convenient and stays busy bc of the location but definitely one of the worst I've been too. Sad. They warmed my pastry that I didn't wish to be warmed but they didn't ask. Very slow service. Been here twice and I have to say this is thee SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever been to!! Other than that everything else is fine!

I walked in with a emotional support dog. The worker told me that no dogs are allowed so I explained that my dog is an emotional support animal. I sat down to have my cup of coffee and the police came in to check on me. Starbucks called the police to come over to check on me because I had an emotional support animal with me and the policeman had to explain to the whole crew that I was suffering from depression and severe anxiety. Now everyone knows that Im sick and I have no privacy or whatsoever. Also the bathroom is dirty and the parking space is bad as well. Place needs a random inspection from the health department. Bathroom sinks were moldy and had no soap. And where I'm currently sitting there is a colony of ants crawling in a line across the wall. Pretty gross And the floor has days worth of trash and food crumbs/pieces that look like they haven't been swept because someone is too lazy to move the chairs.
