Fairly decent Starbucks. It's not in the best location as the parking lot + drive thru gets very crowded. When I went they just had tons and tons of mobile orders piling up but everyone actually present had to keep waiting on the drink. The staff did not do a good job distinguishing between drinks - I.e. making each person aware of the drink that was coming out and whose order was who. I know they were slammed but almost all attention was given to drive thru and mobile and not guests inside. Also they did not fill my drink anywhere near to the top. Kind of disappointing when a grande latte is like $7 now. read more

I have always passed this Starbucks, but never really had the opportunity to give it a try until the other day. My Mom and I were in the mood for a refreshing drink and a snack. My Mom got an iced black tea with lemonade and cane sugar, I got an iced passion tea unsweetened with stevia, we each got one cheese stick and the dark chocolate graham cookies to split. This particular location looks so fancy, I love the exterior. The employees were also super friendly and helpful when I accidentally gave my name for the order rather than my Mom's (we were using her app). I could smell the delicious coffee through the drive thru window, it smelled heavenly. Smelled like a legitimate coffee house. Beautiful!!! The staff here had gotten pretty consistent; there was a huge turnover rate but the workers have been constant factor so that's a big plus. The manager here seems really really invested in what she does and I love that passion. Even though Starbucks is a corporation, I can see that the manager here really likes what she does and she seems pretty well educated on coffee (I've seen her so seminars and stuff). The biggest thing I have against this place is they run out of things which is fine if it's towards the end but, it's been pretty frequent that they will run out of things in the menu by mid-noon. I understand that coffee is popular but that being said... Once or twice I understand but this many times this early? Overall though, Horsham location wasn't the best and I preferred to drive out to other place even though this place is the closest to me. Nice people and doesn't get too busy around 8:30-9am. Drinks come out on time and there is plenty of parking. My only complaint and this goes to a few locations now: FILL THE CUP! I pretty much get the same drink every am: Venti Latte (or venti mocchiatto). The cup is always about 1.5-2 inches empty from the top. That would make the drink a grande, so don't charge me for a venti and serve a grande. read more

Some people get coffee every day and I am not strong coffee drinker to be honest but Starbucks is the only place I buy coffee when I need some energy. I live close by to this Starbucks and the service is always above and beyond, many people probably would say I am exaggerating but the other day for example me and my fiancé ordered two caramel brûlée and did not specify we wanted it cold not hot, when we got to the window the lady gave our hot coffee and we said that we sorry but we thought that it was cold even thought we offered to take the hot coffee because it was our mistake the lady from Starbucks insisted in making us a new coffee the way we wanted it. I really really appreciated what they did I mean they did not had to do that because there was a lot of people waiting in line and to take the time to make us new coffee when it was our mistake in order it's just demonstrate the amazing service they have. I made the mistake of walking in to place my order, BIG MISTAKE! At the time I was the the only person is line and watched as multiple cars placed and received their orders before I received my one cup of tea. The customer who came in after me received his order, had time to chat with the employees and even left as I was still waiting for mine. I order the same item over and over and it's never the same. April 2017 update: Very poor service. I opted to go in the store...I usually use their app for mobile ordering. But when I went in, I was shocked that my below review needs no real update. It all still applies. I was asked no less than 3 times "what did you order again?" after placing my order, paying and waiting around. One person apologized because someone had spilled some beans. But a period of time after that, I was asked what I wanted. And finally got what I ordered. Wow! Awful! ===== Nice people. But just had some bad experiences there. When I try and use the Starbucks app... it frequently says that they're out of items. It hasn't just been today. This Starbucks gives Starbucks a VERY bad reputation. It is ridiculously slow. On all accounts. Whether you're going through the drive thru or inside ordering, its like they have NO idea what is going on or how to make a drink. It's so disappointing. The staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are right on point with what's going on and sometimes they are completely aloof. Today it seemed like the person at the window wasn't paying attention to a word we were saying. They handed us one of our orders with hot chocolate spilled all over the lid. It was a complete mess. They also gave us one drink with a sip stopper and one without. No idea the reasoning behind that. They need to get it together. It's a prime location, and a busy one at that. But with their lack of organization and ability to be a BIT more speedy is really going to hurt this spot. read more

One thing I know about Starbucks in this location is that there a lot of mistakes with order. I ordered Iced green tea latte but instead they gave me a hot green tea latte. The. Absolute. slowest. Starbucks. drive. thru. of. all. time. I waited 10 minutes at the window for a black coffee and a heated up croissant. The person in front of me was at the window for 10 minutes as well. All in all, it took 20 minutes to get coffee and a pastry. Now, I am not sure if the microwave was backed up with other people's pastries ahead of me, or what. But the cashier never even apologized for the wait. He just handed me the coffee, and the pastry. He was not even friendly when placing the order. Neither was the other girl. The staff just seem miserable here unlike any other Starbucks I have been to. You know how when you go to Dunkin' Donuts and you ask for a little bit of cream or a little bit of sugar, they put WAY too much in there? Yeah, well that's this place. I got drinks there two days in a row, first day I ordered iced black coffee, they put about 5 pumps of vanilla and sugar into it - totally sucked. Then the next day I got cold brew coffee with LIGHT sweet cream. It looked like a cup or cream with a splash of coffee. It's a shame too, because their cold brew is good. Quite possibly the most disappointing Starbucks I've frequented. Time after time I walk in, place my order and have to wait in excess of 10 mins while there is no one else in the store, but drive thru orders are flying out faster than Usain Bolt. To add insult to injury, my drink order is often wrong -- light ice does not mean half a cup of ice. This Starbucks in Horsham is staffed by friendly baristas who aim to please and you do not get too much of the upsell (dont you want something to eat today... ) schtick. I frequently use this Starbucks and at a minimum wait at least 15min. it doesn't mater what I order or who takes my order. I don't know where to begin they can be very rude and as if you are the inconvenience. The last time I was there last Sunday no one person was in the entire Starbucks and I waited 10min for them to take my order and 10min for a sandwich. Iced grande mocha and an egg & cheese (oh wait! That's not what I wanted, they were all out of the ham and swiss. Ok, that's fine, I came in late, shortly after noon, but come on at least know that your out of stock for the day). Now my major issue, I had to wait 15 minutes in line behind wait for it...TWO people. The employees work with no sense of urgency whatsoever. They joke around and have side conversations while I'm mid order! What the hell! I understand team dynamic should be good, but finish taking my order before starting to talk about your children. Listen this is Starbucks. I want my order in 5 minutes, especially when the store is empty. The service is unacceptable, yea the employees were nice, but you have to do your damn job in addition to being sweet. Super friendly. I usually go to the drive thru and it's always the same guy there. I forget his name. He's young, kinda tall and has dark hair. He's always very nice and doesn't laugh at me even though I'm usually putting on purple lipstick when I pull up. Lol. I know Kathryn is the manager there and she's awesome too.
