Although it's pretty quick service I find their coffee not very strong. There's too much to choose from! I'd rather go local. I like the vibe much better at Panera across the street in Lee Branch. The team is friendlier and you can get a subscription. Of course the coffee is not comparable but the vibe to me is very important. read more

I've come by this Starbucks several times over the past few months. My order has always been correct, both food and drink, and the employees have always been friendly. There is much more space inside of it that what it looks like from the outside, which is helpful when you are wanting to work or study here. There are also plenty of plugs to keep your devices charged, and they have free wi-fi, which is very helpful as well. There isn't much parking, and you can only get to it from one way on 280, otherwise you have to make a u-turn, which is never fun. It is also easily missed if you aren't watching for it. read more

They somehow always mess up my drink - No matter how many times I call and beg to ensure they get it right they ALWAYS mess it up. I always get a half melted drink with none of the add ons I PAID for. If I try to call them back It takes upwards of 30m just to get someone on the phone - Today was the breaking point for me when I spent 15$ on a white mocha just for it to come as a basic white mocha with a strange thick white sludge on the bottom instead of the caramel drizzle I paid EXTRA for. With wierd speckles in it. I tried to call to figure out what's going on since I have allergies and need to know what's in my drink, 45m of calling and being blatantly ignored. Do not waste your time here. They don't want your service and they do NOT care about your time or money. read more

Really good definitely recommend. Grilled cheese tastes better then most places focused on food. Coffee is good 90% of the time (depending on whether it's busy and they rush, not to discredit their amazing service). A relative of mine's order is longer then the Declaration of Independence but they somehow get it right most of the time. Who doesn't love Starbucks? This one is very much like all the other ones. Fast, efficient, accurate, consistent, convenient and friendly. It's just next to where I live and it's a no brainer to hit the drive through and get all the espresso you need to wake up and get your day started. This Starbucks service is mediocre at best. Had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. They were out of cheese and fruit protein boxes. Didn't heat my pumpkin loaf. We're garbled on the drive thru speaker (so I must hard to understand on their end. I'm from OT , just used to better service and preparation. My oatmeal was watery and gross. My chai tea was cold. I ordered a nitro cold brew (I think that's what it's called) and they were having problems with the machine and she asked me if I could wait a moment. I said of course. I'm She made nice small talk with me while I waited. Well the machine was still not working and she apologized so much and in a very genuine way. She offered me a regular brew with a larger size and me money back but I said I'm fine with just the regular of a larger size. She didn't hesitate and got it for me quickly. I don't know her name and I feel bad I didn't catch it, but she has short hair and she's thin. This is my go-to place. Every. Single. Day. Most days they are super fast, but when they aren't, it's ok. Everyone complaining needs to chill and drink an iced coffee. They are only human and will mess up sometimes. It's just coffee yall. Amanda is our favorite, but honestly, everyone is super sweet! NOT A GOOD experience! One day after Christmas and they're "out of seasonal drinks" ... Already? However they have their signs up for that yummy Caramel Brulee Latte - and this is where the rub begins: This is the third or fourth time I have ventured into the "sure, I'd LOVE to pay $4 for a cup of coffee" zone and dropped in on this particular Starbucks in the last month or so. Every time I have had an issue! At first I was in the drive thru when I asked for a house roast with cream. Pretty simple order. They handed me my cup, no eye contact, no "thank you" - just took my Starbucks card, while they were taking other orders, swiped, handed me my coffee and down the road I went. One sip, and SPEWWWW! I can't drink coffee without cream. It was black. The next couple of times it was that they didn't have the seasonal mixes for the coffees - Now, $%^&*( (insert your favorite expletive here)! It's Christmas, my only time to splurge on that 800 calorie drink and I wanted my Brulee Latte. To no avail. None. Zip. Nada. How's that for dampening your Christmas spirit? read more

Haven't been to this location in a while, but it's always been my favorite. They don't move as fast as the other locations, but my order is usually pretty accurate. I ordered a grande serious strawberry frappe with nonfat milk, but forgot to mention that I did not want whip. Thankfully the young lady at the drive through thought to ask.!! I was actually surprised because no one ever does, but it makes perfect sense. It totally made my day...its the little things. I definitely recommend this location! WORST customer service I have ever received!!! One of my venti drinks was wrong and she didn't offer to fix and second drink was supposed to say congrats Mae Mae as ordered for graduation and they DID NOT write on the cup. The third drink was actually correct. If I didn't have my sleeping baby in the backseat and wasn't headed to an appointment I WOULD NOT have left with these drinks. What a waste of $14. Drive thru service was incredibly slow and then when I told them they got my drink wrong, they argued with me even though the sticker said something different from what I ordered. The pinneapple matvha drink is in fact not a matcha latte, one big difference being that one is made with coconut milk and the other defaults with 2%. read more

Should have been a simple venti latte with caramel drizzle- got the most sugary grande latte with what taste like several pumps of vanilla syrup- had to throw it away. This was about a month ago but I was there late after work about an hour and a half before they closed. It was nice, there were about 3 other people sitting down inside, not busy at all. However, whenever a drink order was filled the guy in charge of calling out which drink was ready just about screamed it at the top of his lungs even if e person was right there in front of him. I later overheard him telling his coworkers he does it near closing time to make people sitting down want to leave. This is no way to do service. At one point two young teenagers came in and when they received their drinks, which were yelled out, they yelled back "thank you". This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had at a starbucks and I hope to never experience it again. Thanks a lot starbucks. read more
