This neighborhood ice cream shop has been a family favorite for years! They serve Blue Bell ice cream and carry 48 flavors- including seasonal items and flavors that aren't found in stores. They let you do split scoops and allow samples. Plus, they also have punch cards to claim a free scoop after you rack up some visits. I always enjoy the flavor selection and feel right at home!

I've been here a few times now so I feel comfortable leaving a 5 star review. The level of service and the goodness of the ice cream has been consistent and they have punch cards that allow you to earn a free scoop of ice cream after ten punches. Who doesn't like that? The inside is very clean and the majority of the employees are young (which is not always a good thing), but management must have expectations for their younger staff because they have always been professional when I've been. They are attentive (i.e. not on their phones) and have good attitudes. The first time I went, I chose the juvenile flavor of cotton candy ice cream in a cone. I was kind of missing my kids, who are spending their summer with my parents, so I picked something I knew they'd like. It was actually really good. It wasn't overly sweet. My husband took my kids, who came home briefly came home last week, to this place and they loved it because I had told them all about the cotton candy ice cream I had. A couple days ago, I went and had a brownie sundae with praline ice cream. It was a lot of food for me, but it was delicious. I'm sure I'll be back in there some time this week because I love a good scoop of ice cream.

Key Lime, which is one of their spring flavors!

I came in Sunday night for some ice cream after dinner. Service was pretty good & employees were really nice. There were lots of options & I settled on on the sea caramel one. It was really good but a bit icy. I'd come back.

So delicious! They have tons of flavors & options, as well! The staff were very friendly as well. It's a cute little shop inside if you're big on aesthetic/ photos. Beautiful outdoor seating as well :)

My friend Kimia M., a future Yelp Elite, and I came in here after seeing a Yelp offer for a free ice cream sandwich once you check in here as a token of their appreciation. We were in Greystone, a good 20-25 minutes away but decided to go for it since it was "free". We finally get there, and see the shop is cute, had a good amount of seating, and was booming with business with customers of all ages. There were highs and lows to this visit though. For the good, the ice cream selection looked amazing, and there were your typical "boring" flavors like vanilla as Kimia called it LOL. They also offered flavors like Birthday Cake and Raspberry Chocolate Chip. I tried samples of the Watermelon sorbet, which was so refreshing and Cotton Candy, which was just plain delicious. I didn't try more flavors since there were several people in line behind us, so I ended up just getting the same ice cream sandwich as my friend which were the Triple Chocolate and Coffee Almond Fudge. I figured these flavors along with a chocolate chip cookie should be good. The cookie itself was fantastic. The best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. The chocolate chunks were just huge. The ice cream I couldn't actually taste once it was inside the cookie though, all you could feel was something cold in between the cookies. So if I'm going by the free samples, I had I can tell you that they have some outstanding flavors. As for the bad part, we got to the register, pull up our Yelp deals, and we get valid codes. Then the owner tells us he actually discontinued this offer. Since the offer was still up there, he said he would give us a buy one get one free deal. So I paid $3.75 for mine and Kimia got hers for free. It was confusing why the full offer could not be honored. Why put it up there in the first place when not many people are gonna see this offer anyways? He should have given it as a reward for people like me with attention to detail in my opinion. By us both checking into Yelp, about 500 of our combined friends on Yelp would have seen us come here, and word would spread about their business. We also took pictures, which helps anyone using Yelp who was curious or on the fence about what they had here. The other customers in the store at that time were completely oblivious to this deal and some unaware of what Yelp even was. They came here with their own free will.... whether they were new or regular customers. So I don't think it would have been a huge loss for the company, to have honored the full offer put on Yelp just one last time. We both loved the ice cream, and would have come back in the future as regular customers. We came specifically to redeem this Yelp offer and find a new place to possibly rave about on Yelp. I noticed that their Yelp offer on this page has been updated within the last 24 hours to a "50% off an ice cream sandwich" offer. I'm sure it was because he saw how disappointed we were when he had to tell us we do not get free ice cream. Oh well, you live and you learn.

It seemed like Mexico's version of a "China Town" or "Little Italy" in Hoover. I have not seen anything like this around here. My friend Tina and I tried Mexican sweets here, and I also had a snack of the Crazy Doritos. This place is very whimsical and cute. Perfect for kiddos and families. There is a ton of space too. They have ice creams galore here. It was hard for me to choose! I went for the prettiest one I saw and that turned out to be the Birthday Cake flavor. It was delicious! Tina had the mangonada that looked very good. I was wanting a salty snack too, so when I saw the Dori-Lokos or "Crazy Doritos" I knew I wanted to try it. The lady working there asked me twice if pork skins was okay for her to top onto them. I said sure. Little did I know what I was about to experience! They were actual pork skins that were like a cartilage or jello like texture. I assumed they would be like the crispy bagged variety you see in stores. It was an experience for sure! I liked it, but I probably would not order it again. The Crazy Doritos were also topped with a sort of nut that I liked, cucumber, and hot sauce. I just can't believe I was not in Mexico when I came here. I'm really glad we have places like this that can make some people feel like home and allow other to just have a different experience. It sure was memorable!

Actually, I have never seen it not a little busy even on Sunday afternoon so most of the locals don't blink at the high prices to get a taste of that deliciousness! We each were gifted a pint of our favorite flavor of the day by our top notch realtor, Sherri Williams ! This flavor was new to me "HEAPS OF LOVE" defined as "Anything and everything you can want! Oreos, brownies, cookie dough, pecans, caramel and chocolate ripples all packed into vanilla ice cream." How can anyone top that? It really is very very good! Hubby got their number one most popular flavor, a chocolate with dark chocolate bits & swirls. I think it was "Brownie Cascade": Classic, creamy chocolate ice cream exploding with brownie pieces, caramel cups and a sweet fudge ripple. Most creative flavor even has a trademark sign: "Exhausted Parent". It is "Bourbon-spiked espresso ice cream swirled with bittersweet chocolate chunks" That has to be my next sample! My only disappointment is that many of the flavors had "high fructose corn syrup" as a top ingredient. Not what one expects when they brag All natural ingredients! Taste is great though! This is one of the Cadillac luxury brands of American ice cream. Be prepared to wait in line and pay double the norm, but it's a must try!

Trying to find a booth that was clean to eat at was hard. Every time we come we have to navigate several wet floor signs in the dining area. The booth seats are also torn/ripped and I didn't want my toddler crawling all over it or eating pieces of it. I found a booth with good seats but I had to wipe the table. My husband came back with "the least dirty high chair" that I also had to wipe down. The burgers were smashed pretty good, definitely seems like the slice of cheese has shrunk to where you can't even see it peeping out from under the bun. The serving of fries and tots were minimal and disappointing. After being seated in the bar area, we were informed by our server that only appetizers were available. This was both confusing and disappointing, as it does not align with reasonable expectations for a restaurant still open for regular business. If the kitchen is no longer able or willing to prepare full menu items well before closing, that policy should be clearly communicated--either through adjusted hours or by informing guests upon arrival. Otherwise, it creates the impression of inconsistent operations or a lack of coordination between management and staff. Situations like this suggest a need for clearer operational standards, better communication, and stronger staff alignment with customer service expectations. Guests should not feel discouraged from dining simply because they arrive within what should be standard service hours. Overall, the experience reflects an opportunity for improvement in both management practices and customer hospitality.
