The manager was lovely. His store is very nice. I brought my 3 grandchildren (6,8,and 9). The two older ones filled their cups but did not exceed the top of their cups. Ok so I think most of these types of serve yourself frozen yogurt bars are dying. This one is for sure. Half the machines were shut down and the flavors were just normal and boring. In the past they have had seasonal flavors like peppermint and pumpkin spice but not this year. The one employee at the front was not helpful about the rewards program but did her job and rang us up. I went there with my sister to have a yogurt and I never could have imagined how dirty the place was. The floors were dirty. The table tops were dirty. I mean I understand there was only two people work in the whole store or maybe even one, but there was no excuse for that. They should've hired more people. I couldn't believe how filthy it was and then I got cheesecake, yogurt, ice cream, and even the machines I don't think they were running right because it was so soft it melted fast. I don't think the temperature was right and the topping bar was a mess. It looked like they haven't cleaned the store for a week. I've never seen it like that before. I've seen it dirty a little bit, but never like that. I just couldn't believe it and all the kid did that was there was talk on his phone. He had an earbud in his ear. This was our first time being at this location and it did not disappoint. The building was spacious with plenty of seats. My kids love to stop for frozen yogurt after church. It's always clean, has smiling faces, and a variety of options of yogurt and toppings. So my typical go to is the cake batter flavor, but that being said they have a huge assortment and have something for just about anyone! Once you have selected the yogurt ice cream of choice, you can pick topping to compliment your selection! Chocolate selections (andes mint, brownies, butterfinger, caramel truffles, chocolate chips, chocolate sprinkles, heath bar, hot fudge, kit kat, oreo coocies, mini m&m's, peanut butter cups, snickers) fruity selections (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, blackberries, blueberries), candies (gummi bears, poppers, sour worms) and tons of other misc toppings (rice crispies, vanilla waffers, yogurt chips, peanuts, pretzels, marshmellows, coconut, and so much more!). So how it works, add all the stuff you want to your cup and take it to the counter. When it's your turn to check out they weigh .... yep, that's right, they weigh your cup. Total weight x whatever the going rate is + what you pay. So, recommendation, if you go with the kids, you may want to be the one that controls how much goes in the cup or you can end up with a pretty $$ treat. Pretty good place to stop and grab dessert after dinner. Each time I've been here, there has been an issue with the waffle bowls (not being available) which is a bit disappointing. I really like that they have adventurous flavors. This time I tried the Sour Power Berry Blue Sorbet with sour toppings and it was super delish. I also had the chocolate/vanilla swirl with marshmallows, candy rocks, and hot fudge. Thank goodness for the bowl dividers. In the end, it was all tasty, but I made way too much and couldn't finish it all. They have sugar free flavors, too, which is nice. There's always too many flavors of yogurt I want to choose from. I like that they change it up and offer seasonal flavors and toppings. Unfortunately I ruined one of my last Yomo experiences by adding Andes mints. My froyo was overpowered by mint! There is a time and a place for mints. Do not add them to your froyo. I repeat, do not add them to your froyo! Totally grossed out!!! Sitting in this yogurt mountain with my wife enjoying our cup of yogurt when a father and his two small girls come in to partake as well. As we are sitting there I am observing the little girls doing their own thing without the fathers observation of their actions. When all of the sudden the cute little girls start using the spoons and sticking them in their mouth and putting them BACK IN THE TOPPINGS!!! I IMMEDIATELY GRABBED MY CUP AND MY WIFES CUP and tossed them in the trash and walked out!! I then called the store not wanting to embarrass the children and informed the attendant working of what we witnessed. He apologized and took responsibility for not paying attention to them. YM has a great variety of flavors and initially a healthy alternative to ice cream...the toppings are superfluously sugary (ie, cookies, candy, sprinkles, syrup) so it kinda cancels the yogurt out. But the choices are vast and fun. The seating is HUGE. Customer service VERY nice. For 53 cents/ounce, it better be on point! You don't come here for cheap eats or to get full. In this age of Covid, it is amazing what I observed on my most recent visit to this store! Supposedly, customers are to put on the gloves provided by the restaurant, before going to the stations; well, there were 3 people working this day and they were not observing the customers who came in to get yogurt. I saw customers not wearing the gloves that the store provided and I informed one of the the workers that this was happening, she then informed the customer to please put on the gloves provided. He did so. Also, the handles on the yogurt stations were filthy, the spoon handles on the toppings needed cleaning, the garbage can top was so nasty it was nauseating. Then, going to the register, the scales were clogged with yogurt drippings from previous customers. This is shameful because all three workers were standing around talking and socializing with each other while this establishment very much needed attention.
