It seems like a pattern. I can honestly say, after checking my last ten Venti White Mocha orders, there is NEVER more than 17 ounces of coffee in what's supposed to be a 20 ounce drink. It's more often around 15 ounces, so for every three they make, Starbucks gets to keep the entire cost of the fourth, because that 15 ounces is the remainder that SHOULD have gone in the three prior White Mochas. I've been in the habit of tipping a buck, knowing that the employees count on the tips. Not anymore. If you can't get the drink size right, if you can't understand that a customer PAYS for a 20 ounce drink and EXPECTS a 20 ounce drink, then you'll get no tip from me anymore. This location is the worst in town. Hands down, no competition. It doesn't matter if you order ahead in the app or if you order upon arrival, your order will ALWAYS take forever to be made and subsequently, given to you. Not to mention, there's a 90% chance that what you order will be either hot if it's supposed to be cold (Iced drinks oddly melted) or cold if it's supposed to be hot (food items are served luke-warm at best.) Or if you're really lucky, the drink order you placed and confirmed before purchase will end up at the pick-up area completely wrong. And if you are feeling bold enough to ask for what you paid for, (aka ask for it to be fixed...) be advised that the baristas will dish back some heavy attitude as if it was YOUR fault for the drink being prepared incorrectly. I've had a few bad experiences here and ended up talking to the MOD (Manager on Duty) but it didn't do much good. While the issues were rectified at the time... returning to this location has proven to be a mistake time and time again as the service continues to be the same. Corporate needs to do an overhaul at this location or at least some serious re-training because Oy Vey... reading these other reviews makes me realize i'm far from the only one that experiences less than favorable service here. Customer service is not up to par at this location.They definitely need training. Especially the girl with the dyed red hair. When you order a venti, you expect a full cup not 2/3 of the way. And her solution shouldn't be, I can add more ice to fill it up. read more

There's nothing worse than paying 10 bucks for a coffee that isn't made correctly. Almost everytime I order from this Starbucks they never put EXTRA cold foam like ask. I even said somthing about it to the barista and she said" we can't give you anymore then that or you would have less coffee" I don't give a damn I want what I PAID FOR! This Starbucks met expectations. Service is slow and a bit disorganized. Dining room is relatively clean. Restroom is clean and has a nice hand washing station. This is one of those Starbucks where, regardless of the number of people in the store, you will wait for your baked good for up to 10 minutes. Instead of simply filling your coffee cup with house coffee and handing you your baked good, they put you in line with everything in the drive-thru and the walk up. read more

Normally everyone is so nice here! Was so disappointed today. I went through the drive through, and she was very nice! There was a small mistake in my order, ordered a white hot chocolate for my son and I got a white mocha which was no problem at all, so I went inside to explain. And the girl was incredibly rude, cut me off and turned her back to me. The other girls heard her and didn't say anything. I work in the service industry and was completely shocked. Turned my nice Valentines morning with my kids around. The rest of the staff is polite and very nice, but this girl shouldn't be in the customer service field. read more

Today I ordered and I was standing there for 20mins after the app said it was ready, when I asked if my order was ready the woman shrugged me off and said we're working on it. I than noticed a man grab what looked like my order and walk off within the 20mins of me standing there the same man comes walking back in and says this is not his order but it has my name. Come in weekly for coffee and a friend! Staff are friendly and professional. Coffee is always hot. But, the music is ridiculously LOUD which makes visiting and talking impossible. This Starbucks is the worst. Line of cars was almost out of the parking lot. So I decided to walk in since there was nobody inside. I got a hello but that was it and waited for 5 minutes before someone even asked if I was ready.bi order a nitro cold brew and waited. Then I watched the line of cars disappear and fill back up while people keep coming in and getting mobile orders. 20 minutes later with no nitro cold brew, something that should take 2 minutes to make I needed a refund to make it to work. Maybe they should focus on people who are actually in the store and provide them the same service. This was the last straw with this place.
