These are good kids in good spirits, who wake up a lot earlier than you to make ridiculously modified morning drinks to put you in a good mood, who probably also attend school and/or work a second job. These kids are American heroes and should have stars on the Hollywood walk of fame. Three cheers for these angels in green aprons. read more

It seems like a pattern. I can honestly say, after checking my last ten Venti White Mocha orders, there is NEVER more than 17 ounces of coffee in what's supposed to be a 20 ounce drink. It's more often around 15 ounces, so for every three they make, Starbucks gets to keep the entire cost of the fourth, because that 15 ounces is the remainder that SHOULD have gone in the three prior White Mochas. I've been in the habit of tipping a buck, knowing that the employees count on the tips. Not anymore. If you can't get the drink size right, if you can't understand that a customer PAYS for a 20 ounce drink and EXPECTS a 20 ounce drink, then you'll get no tip from me anymore. Been at this location many times and this location is busy. Very clean store and always friendly staff. Located on San Felipe Rd near downtown. read more

This location is the worst in town. Hands down, no competition. It doesn't matter if you order ahead in the app or if you order upon arrival, your order will ALWAYS take forever to be made and subsequently, given to you. Not to mention, there's a 90% chance that what you order will be either hot if it's supposed to be cold (Iced drinks oddly melted) or cold if it's supposed to be hot (food items are served luke-warm at best.) Or if you're really lucky, the drink order you placed and confirmed before purchase will end up at the pick-up area completely wrong. And if you are feeling bold enough to ask for what you paid for, (aka ask for it to be fixed...) be advised that the baristas will dish back some heavy attitude as if it was YOUR fault for the drink being prepared incorrectly. I've had a few bad experiences here and ended up talking to the MOD (Manager on Duty) but it didn't do much good. While the issues were rectified at the time... returning to this location has proven to be a mistake time and time again as the service continues to be the same. Corporate needs to do an overhaul at this location or at least some serious re-training because Oy Vey... reading these other reviews makes me realize i'm far from the only one that experiences less than favorable service here. I don't think i'll be back any time soon. read more

Starbucks - Ordered online, Just walked out the store and not even a full cup. And it didn't sit long either - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hollister, California

Customer service is not up to par at this location. They definitely need training. Especially the girl with the dyed red hair. When you order a venti, you expect a full cup not 2/3 of the way. And her solution shouldn't be, I can add more ice to fill it up. read more

There's nothing worse than paying 10 bucks for a coffee that isn't made correctly. Almost everytime I order from this Starbucks they never put EXTRA cold foam like ask. I even said somthing about it to the barista and she said" we can't give you anymore then that or you would have less coffee" I don't give a damn I want what I PAID FOR! Like how hard is it to put extra cold foam. Smh read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hollister, California

This Starbucks met expectations. Service is slow and a bit disorganized. Dining room is relatively clean. Restroom is clean and has a nice hand washing station. This is one of those Starbucks where, regardless of the number of people in the store, you will wait for your baked good for up to 10 minutes. Instead of simply filling your coffee cup with house coffee and handing you your baked good, they put you in line with everything in the drive-thru and the walk up. read more

I have ordered matcha from this location multiple times and every single time a third to half of the cup is always empty regardless of the drink size I get. At this point this is not an isolated incident but rather the way they prepare it. It makes no sense to pay full price for an already overpriced product and get half of it. read more

Literally nobody was in the line but me, as he was taking my order he just sounded so rude and annoyed. His name is manny and i just don't appreciate his attitude read more

Normally everyone is so nice here! Was so disappointed today. I went through the drive through, and she was very nice! There was a small mistake in my order, ordered a white hot chocolate for my son and I got a white mocha which was no problem at all, so I went inside to explain. And the girl was incredibly rude, cut me off and turned her back to me. The other girls heard her and didn't say anything. I work in the service industry and was completely shocked. Turned my nice Valentines morning with my kids around. The rest of the staff is polite and very nice, but this girl shouldn't be in the customer service field. read more

This location sucks , the employees are rude AF and slow. The last 3 times I went there my drink was messed up. Burning the shots here is a regular thing. I am so sick of Starbucks not caring about the customers feedback. I wish HOLLISTER had more small coffee shops, calavera was my favorite place. read more

This service was so bad made the drinks very wrong felt a crumb in it too what a horrible spot in Hollister ca

Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. They always forget something forcing me to go back. Today I ordered and I was standing there for 20mins after the app said it was ready, when I asked if my order was ready the woman shrugged me off and said we're working on it. I than noticed a man grab what looked like my order and walk off within the 20mins of me standing there the same man comes walking back in and says this is not his order but it has my name. When I say I was heated I just walked out cause y'all moving so dang fast you can't get the order correct. Horrible. read more

Nice Starbucks. Larger in size Dining areas clean during morning visit. Friendly staff, fast service, would stop by this location again.

Apparently the only way to get a coffee here is to order through the mobil app. or drive through. I went in to order and stood there while several staff walked by and never said anything. I was the ONLY person inside ordering. After taking my order I stood there for another 10 mins while the girls behind the counter decided to stop and chat with one another. If it was going to take 15 mins or longer for a single coffee they should have said that and I would have went elsewhere. Rude unprofessional environment read more

So I went to drive thru and decided instead of a frappacino or hot latte I would try a new mint hot tea. Was told they're all out of tea. Geez!!!! Of ALL the drinks on the menu they're out of tea!!!! Shame on them and I will NOT be going to this Starbucks again!!! I'd rather drive to the airline highway Starbucks!!!! read more

Legit the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Took 30mins to get a drip coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

Come in weekly for coffee and a friend! Staff are friendly and professional. Coffee is always hot. But, the music is ridiculously LOUD which makes visiting and talking impossible. Also, hard to hear your name called at the counter. It's too bad, considering other options for weekly visits. read more

This Starbucks is the worst. Line of cars was almost out of the parking lot. So I decided to walk in since there was nobody inside. I got a hello but that was it and waited for 5 minutes before someone even asked if I was ready.bi order a nitro cold brew and waited. Then I watched the line of cars disappear and fill back up while people keep coming in and getting mobile orders. 20 minutes later with no nitro cold brew, something that should take 2 minutes to make I needed a refund to make it to work. Maybe they should focus on people who are actually in the store and provide them the same service. This was the last straw with this place. I only stopped because it was on the way but this will be the last time I spend my money here. Dutch Bros is better anyways. read more

Slowest Starbucks in Hollister, if you go there make sure you have at least 10-20 minutes to wait from ordering to receiving your order.

So excited for this store to open yay!!! Really nice partners make the experience even better.

Line is always so long, slow service, and holy crap, tell the one chick there that works Sunday mornings to chill on the over-friendly customer service. Each time my husband and I encounter this chick she is always so flirty. Trying too hard for a tip honey, find your own man. Disrespectful, in my opinion. My husband said he was uncomfortable by it too. Lame lame lame. read more

Good service and delicious food. In my opinion the sandwiches are the best there. So I'll rate it 5 Stars

Never make the drinks right here. Don't order a caramel macchiato unless you want a sweet cup of milk.

Very clean, lots of space, nice staff, order ready when arrived. My new "go to" Starbucks in Hollister!
