Drive-thru
Jovina B.

We were in town and saw this Starbucks. We ordered at the drive-thru. I love how this was modern and can see the barista on the screen while ordering. They are friendly and professional. Place wasn't too busy when we went. I recommend this coffee place.

QUICK STARBUCKS! It's one of the fastest in the business, every time I stop by it seems like they have their coffee making skills down! I'm never waiting in the drive-thru longer than 10 or so minutes. The staff pretty cordial. I don't visit this location often as it has a tight entrance to the drive-thru and was built on an already busy shopping plaza. It seems calm inside but there's a lot of activity going on in the drive-thru.

Stopped in here on my road trip. This place is by far the biggest Starbucks i have ever seen. The staff were so friendly and the place was spotless clean. Items well displayed. Gift items well displayed. They made my visit a little better with all their enthusiasm. Im stopping here again next time I am in the area.

Love this shops seating, the baristas are great and the drinks are always made well. I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. However, today there was a manager just yelling at all her employees, disrupting the entire environment within her own shop. She kept coming in and out of the back room, just yelling about a multitude of things that her employees should and shouldn't be doing. As a manager myself, I'm not sure why every customer in the store needs to know of the shortcomings or lack of knowledge of her employees. She's also instructing a barista who's training another barista and is a very unpleasant human I'm sure to work with. Those poor employees were working so hard and deserve some support instead of working under a stressful fearful environment. Ugh, I loved this spot but I couldn't stay and focus on my work this morning with all the disruptive loud voice of the manager. The tone was angry, never nice.

Wouldn't really want to come back here to study. I arrived at the shop and found that it was very clean and a good place to study. I found table in the corner which at the time had a cup on it that was Starbucks merchandise cup you could buy. I assumed someone had left it there when they were checking it out and never put it away. I decided to use the table since no one had been there for a about 10mins. And hour and a half into studying a lady come up to me and apparently she was the manager. She was being very passive aggressive and and rude to be me because apparently I was supposed to know that the cup she had placed on the table after being gone for an hour and a half was a good enough place holder to save her spot. I honestly would like this location to study but the Customer service here from the manager was unexpected and rude. I would rather go to my regular location where they don't reserve tables with Starbucks merchandise and assume the customer knows. If you want a good location San Jacinto and Florida has the best drinks and customer service.

This is a hot coffee kind of day

This was a nice stop. This was a particularly cooler morning and the hot coffee was really delightful. I like that you can mobile order and finally go up to the counter and get your drinks again. It was good going to the drive up window, but that line was really really long and we had a long drive ahead. They had our drinks at the counter and ready to go. Very handy! Much appreciated!

One of the few locations that can actually get my orders right and also one of the few that doesn't have the drink leaving a nasty after taste. The baristas at this location are always friendly and welcoming. I always come here when I'm shopping at Winco. Also they never have a long wait like most locations.

Happy Sunday. Staff was super friendly. Greeted me once I walked in and once I left that stated my name. Amazing customer service.

Araceli! Thank you for our amazing drinks! Also, your superb customer service in the drive thru! You made us feel so warm and welcomed! We visited twice today!

They also don't offer decaf, which was another disappointment. As someone who's spent time around coffee and has experience with roasting, I tend to be pretty particular about what I'm drinking. I usually judge a coffee shop by its espresso first, then move on to a latte. A good espresso should be able to stand on its own without needing milk, sugar, or flavored syrups to cover up excessive bitterness, acidity, or the quality of the beans. I'm sure plenty of people love this place, and that's fine. But I think there's a difference between people who genuinely enjoy the taste of coffee and those who enjoy sweet drinks that happen to have caffeine in them. Eagle Brew seems to cater more to the latter. Nothing wrong with that, but it's just not my kind of coffee shop. I was hoping for a place where the coffee itself was the star, not everything added to it.

We don't always get the opportunity to meet our clients in person, so when we do, we love being able to sit down, hear about their trip, and enjoy a good meal together. The Brunch Spot describes itself as Mexican-American brunch, and the menu really does combine familiar brunch favorites with bold Mexican flavors. Everything is made fresh daily, and you can absolutely tell in both the presentation and the flavor. I ordered the Poblano Omelet with roasted poblano pepper, roasted corn, panela, poblano sauce, and micro greens. It was absolutely delicious. The poblano sauce brought everything together beautifully. Shawn had the Bistec Ranchero with prime diced beef simmered in their house ranchero sauce with onion, tomato, serrano, and cilantro, served with eggs. He really enjoyed it. Our friends ordered the Cheese Birria Omelet with their signature birria, jack cheese, salsa verde, avocado, and micro greens, along with an order of crepes filled with berries and cream. The presentation across the table was seriously a 10/10. Everything looked beautiful before we even took the first bite, and the flavors absolutely lived up to the presentation. Our server was sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. This restaurant was recommended by our friends, and it definitely did not disappoint. Beautiful food, incredible flavors, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. 10/10 for us. Five stars, and we will absolutely be back. JustAskMouse.com

Baked goods came out very well. Lastly, I would also like to aknowledge that the ambiance is a very cozy cafe shop with the casino atmosphere in the background. The staff were pleasant, we didn't seem to run into any issues on our first visit. Thank you, Koffee Kiicha, for the wonderful experiance. (Personal opinion on tastes, only for keeping note of how the food tasted. You may skip this portion of the review.) This is my first time trying a scone, and as much as I love a sweet treat, the bread had a very croissant taste. It was very layered and not as chewy. But that is just my personal opinion. However, I did like the soft pound cake. It was soft, a delicate amount of sweet and fulfilling all at once. My family ordered the items you can see in the photos, but I will only review the ones I have tried so far. And my brother loved his donut. He said it reminded him of the donut from The Simpsons, just a mini version. So, yes, we all enjoyed it.

I do wish they had better seats for those that have back issues. Heck a small price to pay to enjoy some awesome cakes.
