Wouldn't really want to come back here to study. I arrived at the shop and found that it was very clean and a good place to study. I found table in the corner which at the time had a cup on it that was Starbucks merchandise cup you could buy. I assumed someone had left it there when they were checking it out and never put it away. I decided to use the table since no one had been there for a about 10mins. And hour and a half into studying a lady come up to me and apparently she was the manager. She was being very passive aggressive and and rude to be me because apparently I was supposed to know that the cup she had placed on the table after being gone for an hour and a half was a good enough place holder to save her spot. I honestly would like this location to study but the Customer service here from the manager was unexpected and rude. I would rather go to my regular location where they don't reserve tables with Starbucks merchandise and assume the customer knows. I placed a mobile order and visited this Starbucks with my sister. Unfortunately, I witnessed a worker in the back touch her mouth and wipe her lips with her finger--not very hygienic. On top of that, I ordered extra caramel crunch topping, and my drink didn't have any at all. This was a nice stop. This was a particularly cooler morning and the hot coffee was really delightful. I like that you can mobile order and finally go up to the counter and get your drinks again. It was good going to the drive up window, but that line was really really long and we had a long drive ahead. They had our drinks at the counter and ready to go. Very handy! I went to buy a drink and i wanted no ice the girl servicing me said since they use more product that she would charge me a $1 extra. Service was terrible that day and the drink was awful. I called the manager a day later to make them aware of how the worker treated me and how i did not appreciate how she was charging me extra for no ice(Starbucks was sued for the ice scandal which is still happening:/ at certain locations). I also told her how the drink tasted bad and we did not finish it, we ended up throwing it away. The manager was more helpful and kind than the worker and offered me a remake of a berry summer drink. I appreciate the manager but the worker really ruined the vibes that day. :/ hopefully they make the worker aware that online the no ice option is free and that she should be reminded to be more kinder to the customers. I will probably just pick up the drink that the manager offered for makeup:) but it's likely i will not go as often to that Starbucks location because of my treatment that day. My first time in there was just horrible well not realizing how very mean and rude this manager was... The employees are kind there and the Starbucks is great.... Later on started realizing that she was only doing that to the homeless don't get me wrong I understand and all now I could see that her being mean if that person destroyed and Shi***. But neathless to say this woman right away me my boyfriend and little dog from the moment we walked in and didn't know if we were homeless or not very judgemental from the beginning one of my friends that was disabled friend who is sick and tried to go in there and sit down and already the manager judged her and told her she only had 10 minutes very rudely didn't give her a chance to order something go pee just straight up mean,mean,mean I just dont think it's right she told us that we had to leave just because I guess a customer had walked in and didn't see no room left to sit so I guess she walked out and the manager came to us and said we were taking up room cause of her I guess seeing that lady walk back out or whatever..... LIKE WOW she shouldn't be treating ppl period homeless or not she don't know she automatically judges and treat just the homeless a disabled lady... Makes her employees look bad for them when she acts like that.. I hope and pray for those employees there I also certain that the employees are the witnesses I know they witnessed themselves seen the way she acts but may not come forward and admit it you never know they may but she shouldn't even have a manager job the homeless are ppl too they have feelings too and they we we get treated us very sad.... It's 1/2mile from our house so we go and hope the only one gentleman named Matt is working cause he's the only one who knows how to make drinks correctly! My husband and I don't order anything special or fancy and it always incorrectly made and If you ask them to remake your drink because it's not right they will leave something out of your drink when they remake it. If you go in the evening it's like they never empty the used up grounds in the espresso machine and the lattes always taste like milk with water and syrup! I went to this location one morning and had an issue with the young lady working in the drive-thru, her name was Blair or Blain. The situation was minimal but her behavior was over the top. Here's what happened...I normally pay on my phone through the app. I have it set up to deposit $25 automatically when my balance gets below $10. That particular day when I got there I had cash because my checking account funds was tight. I told/asked her 2x that I wanted her to apply the cash that I had to my card and then charge for my order because I also wanted my stars. My total purchase would have made my balance under $10 causing Starbucks to automatically withdraw the $25 from my checking account. She acknowledged my request and said ok. Of course, she charged my card prior to applying the cash making my balance below $10. I pointed it out to her and she did fix the error. At no time was I loud but I did ask her why did she charge my card first when she had already acknowledged what I wanted her to do. She responded by saying that she didn't really hear me because of the background noise. I then asked her if her correction of the error would stop the auto deposit. She didn't even answer the question, she said "have a good day" and closed the window. There's now car behind me but her rudeness made me ask for a supervisor. A lady came to the window claiming to be the supervisor. I explained to her briefly what happened and she was so dismissive that I asked for her supervisor. She said that her supervisor was at a meeting and not in the store. I asked how could I contact her. She gave me the store phone number. I immediately while still at the window attempted to call the number she gave me...of course, no one answered. . She then responded that I can come back later to speak to her. Um, I live about 20 minutes away from that Starbucks location. I then asked for the number to corporate, which she told me that I can get it from the back of my Starbucks card. I don't even have a Starbucks card because I use my phone. Reluctantly she finally hand wrote the number for corporate onto a piece of paper. I took it and as I drove off, I called corporate. I briefly explained to them what happened, and requested a call back from the general manager... more than a month later, still no return phone call. I spend well over $300 a month at Starbucks. It's the principle. I'm still not over the bad customer service that I received from Blair (or Blain), the manager and the general manager. read more

We visit this Starbucks at least twice a week. This morning 5:35, was a bit disappointing. Not only did the drive thru person seem rushed but, in addition to no bag for two breakfast sandwiches, no napkins and no stoppers for the two drinks. Then the double smoked bacon sandwiches were thrown together and seemed to be thrown in each bag half on the croissant that were over cooked. I ordered 4 items, when I got to the window I wanted to add a cheese Danish and the young lady told me she could not take window add on okay not a problem. So I got back in line and when I got the window to pay for the cheese Danish she said " oh you did come back" and I responded well yes you told me I was not able to add it at the window, and her response was ya no I can't add it. That interaction was not starbucks customer service you expect. I usually have a good experience every time I go to any starbucks. But today Sunday morning on my way to church really tested me and my experience. I ordered a grande nitro cold brew with a cheese danish and two double chocolate chip frapachinos for my kids. I get tot he window they give me the fraps and then tell me the nitro isn't available because it's cleaning it self. Why would you clean your machine at 8 am. So the girl says would you like a vanilla nitro I was ok I guess. She gives it to me with ice in it and say there you go and didn't realize she hadn't given me my cheese danish. So I drive around and get out defeating the reason of going through the drive thru to get my danish. Come to find out they hadn't made it the supposed nitro they gave taste like shit and the danish was still cold after I got it. I told the supposed manager letting him know that isn't it your policy to correct the mistake at no charge and they didn't and no sorry or anything to make up for this massive mess up not to mention I was late picking up my kids. I will never go back here the worst service I have ever received and have told everyone I know locally. I sure no one will respond but I thought everyone should know your service level is crap given the money I have spent on a daily at your joint. Sad. read more

This location SERIOUSLY needs to do something about the drive threw before a huge fight happens. This is has been the second experience I've had with it almost happening. No one wants to leave a space open for cars to get threw from parking spots and when someone finally does, cars cut in front of everyone else waiting. It needs to be fixed!
