It felt very congested and cluttered when we were there, with things stacked in the hallway and just an overall feeling of being a little cramped and messy. It was also pretty warm inside--we were actually sweating while sitting there. I think this place has a lot of potential. Washing and drying is done with an electronic card which you purchase there. You can purchase with cash or with a debit/credit card. They have a section where they sell soap/detergent, fabric softener sheets, etc. they even sell scented oils and candles for your home and even some pet toys. They also have a section where you can drop off your clothes and they'll take care of it for you. Now the coolest part is the coffee bar. You can order a coffee and a pastry to eat while you wait for your laundry to be done. Their coffee was pretty good and I had a strawberry scone, which was the best scone I've had.
