BRAND NEW w/ MULTIPLE LANES! I love that the new McDonald's builds are incorporating multiple lanes to serve customers faster. I ordered the two sausage and egg McMuffin meal with a large orange juice and hashbrown. The food was tasty and the service was fast. This location seems really calm, I didn't notice any McD's shenanigans or rude patrons. The entire property was tidy and the foliage was neat. Parking is a little tight and cramped but it's nothing to stress too much about. Staff was decent. The girl over the drive-thru speaker took my code for app points without a problem and the dude at the window was timid, but professional. This Western Hills location is next to a bunch of newer housing tracts and is centrally located. It's not too far from Winchester elementary and the post office. I walked in to ask about an online order I placed that was unexpectedly canceled. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. The staff seemed disengaged--there was little to no eye contact, and no one acknowledged me while I waited at the counter. We are not a McDonald's family at all, prices have sky rocketed while the quality has plummeted. Nothing is or tastes as good as it used to in the 80's-90's, I don't care if I'm aging myself. We have been to McDonald's like maybe 3x in the last 5+ years as my husband was boycotting them for a while. We decided to go as a "treat" when our kiddo won a certificate for a free happy meal and this location is near his school. It was so odd walking in, it was like an Amazon fresh of a super market in Japan with no workers and everything is electronic. There is one hidden register at the front while all employees are hidden around the back. We had to wait for someone to notice us waiting at the front to redeem the certificate. The ordering kiosk was not user friendly or maybe it's because we haven't been to one in years. Not bad! Swung by this McDonald's on the way to Hemet, to visit my grandma. There was no line. It was around 11am in the morning or so. Drove up and ordered for the family. My dad wasn't hungry, but my mom and I were. We got some French fries to share and a pumpkin pie to split. My mom also got a sweet tea. I ordered some hash browns. I love McDonald's hash browns so much lol I bet they are horrible for you. I don't care- they are too good! lol All of the food and drinks were good. The order was correct, and we got some napkins and condiments too. Service was quick. Since no one was in the drive-thru line, it was fast. We were in and out under a couple minutes. Perfect stop for some snacks and then continued on our long drive. I'm bummed to see the bad reviews. My experience wasn't bad at all here. Maybe I got lucky lol read more

Well, I was gonna order food. I decided to use the restroom before I ordered to wash up. Only to find that the bathroom was completely destroyed. looked like no one had washed it in several days. In the sink area look like it had hairs from other parts of the body if you know what I mean. I had to pour my feet from off the floor as my shoes got stuck with every step that I took. So once I was done with the restroom, I went up to the kiosk and realized how dirty the screen was and decided that I would order from somewhere else. I did not know this location had opened recently, but a friend told me about it so I went to check out their fry game. I placed my order on the app and picked up at the drive-thru. My order was ready when I rolled up to the window. For the 3rd time in the last 4 days, I have ordered a large fries. Am I the only one who remembers the days when they would literally fill up the containers to the top so they overflow into the bag? This location wasn't bad, but there was definitely room for more fries. I order them without salt because they HAVE TO make them fresh if you order it that way, and they were indeed hot and fresh. I also ordered a Filet-O-Fish because I was starving and had to eat something quick but didn't want a ton of calories. Idk how the inside is, but next time, I might checkit out. Food was hot and fresh and they DID NOT mess up order. Restaurant was mildly dirty with is having to clean up our own table. Staff was busy through the drive through but neglected lobby. Had ordered the food for here but was packaged to go. If a better manager was present it would have been a better visit. read more

Called on the phone during a curbside pickup order to ask for ranch dipping sauce as a courtesy so that the employee wouldn't have to walk back in and out again. Guy on the phone lied to me about following through with it. Next time I'll just ask them to go back inside and bring me the sauce, seeing as there's no way to add it through mobile pickup. read more

We orders on the app and went in store to pick up the food. It was a fairly large order enough food for over a dozen people. Multiple food items were missed. Two happy meals were missing their toys. Order a Mt McDonaldsland combo with the special shake and didn't get the souvenir item. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The people who take your order don't get the orders correct (took three times of telling them it was wrong when they gave me the food) to finally get it right. They are very rude!!!! I was told "I don't bag the food, I just hand it out. It's not my job. When I finally got my order the food looked like they had thrown it against a wall. I understand mistakes will happen but they need to own those mistakes and take care of the customers not be condescending and even to the point of challenging me. I always say it's McDonald's, the food should be standard so don't comment on the food unless something is off with it. I came here as a pit stop just for a drink. When I walked in there was a customer waiting at the counter already. Then my friend and I came. And we just waited. I even hollered at the back, but still no one came. It felt like 5-10 minutes passed before our order was taken. They don't have the soda stations and had to get the drinks from the back. Which took another 5-10 minutes. It was jam packed today inside/outside of mcdonalds, nobody was willing to help anyone inside waiting, the guy working the lobbies made us think he was helping us but he wasn't so then we just kept standing there waiting. Finally this girl with a maroon ish colored hair (Brenna I think her name was) gets off of her break, helps us all, and we are all out of the door in like 5 minutes. Honestly I believe she deserves a raise or something because she was so on top of everything, she was calming other customers who were getting upset, and again, she was speedy. I have never seen this mcdonald's so unprepared or willing to help anyone and then she came along and fixed everything. I come to this mcdonalds constantly so I know this isn't a common issue here but even on rare circumstances what happened for the first 20 minutes was unacceptable. We were on our way back from Joshua Tree... we had a long drive and thought McDonald's would be nice because it was so late at night and we were STARVING. So many were closed in the area and we couldn't find any until we found this one! Or we thought.. we went through the drive through at 11:45pm -15 minutes before close- Nobody answered us. We saw multiple cars park to go in to see why the drive through wasn't answering. There were two people on staff cleaning up early and closed down the drive through early... extremely disappointed. They lagged it in the brain to complete a mobile order. No different then waiting in drive thru line. The McDonald's entrance and exit mimics Menifees failure. Make a mobile order, to then be sent to a random pick up lane upfront of the store because they can not process the amount of people ordering food. Not a good sign when it's less than 10 cars. One of the Worst McDonald's Experiences Ever If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This McDonald's was hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. The workers clearly didn't care--no greeting, no communication, just attitude. I stood at the counter for a good five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and when they did, it was with a half-hearted "what do you want?" like I was bothering them. After ordering, I waited over 20 minutes for a simple meal. No updates, no apologies, just people standing around looking lost. When I finally got my food, it was ice cold. The fries were stale, the burger tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, and the drink was mostly melted ice. I asked if they could at least remake the fries, and the cashier just rolled her eyes and walked away. The whole experience was sad. You'd think fast food would be at least fast--but not here. Terrible service, long wait times, and food that isn't even fresh. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. read more

I still have yet to have a good experience with this location. When I pulled up to the driveway I had to say hello four times before they responded on the intercom. At most locations, they say hello right as I pull up. And we just Door Dashed from them - they forgot our cookies. They are 0 for 2 and it's very obvious they're still new at this. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've tried to make it work but each time I pull out of line. They are so slow. I was in line over 15min with only 2 cars in front. 3 other cars pulled out as well. So, I tried a 2nd time. Same result. This time at the drive thru and they kept taking cars at the other side and skipped me. Once again....i pulled out. I will never return. After all the definition of crazy is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. I would suggest you drive down to the McDonald's in Menifee and you would still get out quicker. Been here a few times. Domenigoni McDonalds is Poorly managed. The staff is always frustrated, the service is slow, the food is cold and the dining room is dirty. Skip this McDonalds, head to the one on Newport rd, just a few miles down the road. Shame, nice location. read more

This new McDonald's location is proof that the company blown longer cares about its customers or customer service. No free refills, so that means you're paying three dollars for just one drink, and you're not even allowed to fill it yourself. You have to ask for permission to use the bathroom, like a kindergarten. And the dining room closes at five. So really what they should've done was just open a drive-through, that way nobody would ask for free refills, or ask to use the bathroom. McDonald's out of be ashamed. read more
