Out of all the Starbucks, this one is my favorite. It's quiet during the evenings, WiFi is fast, they sometimes forget your orders but a quick reminder helps you get what you need without worry. Staff is helpful and friendly. The new seating (since it's been renovated is ok, but there is a lot of space and plenty of outlets to plug in your favorite device while you relax and chill next to a hot cup of tea/coffee/ hot chocolate or whatever you like. Very horrible customer service. I came in on a Saturday, with no people on line and 3 baristas but they all ignored me. The one who did serve me, a tall African American young man, was exceedingly rude. He did not look at me at all when he took my order(a simple cake pop) and gave me incorrect change. When I asked him for the correct change he snapped at me and insisted he gave the correct amount. I felt offended that he would resort to yelling at a customer when I simply asked, " Sir, I need 50 cents." I simply packed my bag and left without another word. 50 cents is not worth a fight with a rude worker. He also screamed loud enough for the entire place to hear, "I gave you $2.00!" As I left. Very unprofessional. I never want to step in this store again. Lesser so see this young barista ever again. read more

This is a really good Starbucks. Baristas are friendly, service is accurate and quick. Four stars because seating can be unavailable at peak times. And people are just hanging out, not eating/drinking. But the quality and service are five stars. read more

Starbucks in Great Neck is the best. Beth, Nellie, Jasmine, and the morning staff are friendly and make a point to get to know regular customers by name. My drinks are always made perfectly and mobile order and pay makes it so quick to go in and out. read more

I've gone to multiple Starbucks in different locations but this one in particular stands out. From the peaceful lounge area to the friendly staff, the outstanding quality and service of this Starbucks facility cannot be articulated through a simple yelp review. The hygienic cleaning routine of the employees especially the guy always impressed me. Somehow I feel more at home while sitting in their comfortable couches, sipping a veinte caramel macchiato with almond milk, than I do at home. In times of stress and sadness, I always return back to this store, as it is much more than just a coffee shop. I went here a couple months ago and I've been returning everyday. read more

What a horrible experience.... Getting coffee should be a simple thing right? Go in, buy coffee, come out. Unfortunately, at this Starbucks, that is not the case. There have been a few times where the staff has gotten my order wrong. To me, that's okay, everyone makes mistakes. No big deal. I don't make a fuss. I politely tell them about this surely accidental error. BUT, if I tell you my order is wrong, don't roll your eyes at me, sigh, and rudely talk to me until you make another one. It's not MY fault you got my order wrong, it's YOURS. There was a time where the barista never made my order and after ten minutes of waiting, I asked them about it. They didn't believe that I had ordered anything even when I showed them the RECEIPT on my app. It was so embarrassing because people were looking at me like I was some crook who was here for free coffee. So, I started ordering online and then picking it up. But nope, they still had that same attitude. I let it go the first few times because everyone has bad days, but I have had enough. I literally just want to get coffee, not have some passive aggressive stand off with someone. This has happened a few times by different staff members and it's ruined my day. Please change this environment of being hostile to your costumers, Starbucks. read more

Poor experience at this location - my son is 20 months old and the barista told me that a mask is required for him without inquiring as to his age. I was wearing my mask and she handed me the mask unasked for for my son and walked off after saying "she wasn't trying to be rude". The other barista served my order but the pleasure of my Sunday afternoon walk was disturbed. Better training please. read more

I hate that every time you try to get a refill of your regular coffee the baristas asked you " you have to stay in the store to get the discounted refill" the first time I stayed in the store the whole time but the employee still gave me a suspicious look. Even for Starbucks, this place disappoints. The service is rude, mixes up orders, and doesn't seem to care.

With constant changing of staff from their old location to new, something was left behind in the move. That something would be quality and service. I went in today, after a number of times being frustrated with the new location, to have my final time be just that.i ordered the gingerbread latte pay my 5 dollars for a coffee and go to the pick up area. I hear them announce the order correct with my name.. and the new guy..in record time, comes with the drink.. he says.. here is the caramel blah blah drink.. (side note.. I have an aversion to caramel..but how would he know..) I mention to him that's not what I ordered.. his response was the first punch.. he simply states I made this can you have this instead? No.. I ordered the gingerbread latte.. that's means I have to make a new one? Yes!! Then midway through he asks if I want the syrup in it.. I simply respond.. follow the instructions made by starbucks. He makes it..finishes it.. and I drink it... tastes horrible.. not the seasonal drink I've been having for years on a weekly basis.. To sum up.. quality control and a sign for "no douche bags allowed" is needed. read more

Coffee is fine but the guy Ryan NEVER bothers to give me a receipt. One time I spilled my drink and instead of offering to replace it, he made me purchase another one. Never felt so humiliated in a Starbucks property. read more

Well, the coffee is good... However, the customer service is slow (to say the least), the staff always seems overwhelmed, and the store is usually pretty messy. The Starbucks in Manhasset is much better run, organized, and welcoming. If I didn't live around the block and love Starbucks' coffee, I probably would not frequent this location. read more

The two girls working were extremely rude and snobby. Ordered my coffee and ran to the store to grab milk for my two year old who was sick and with us. Returned in less than 10 minutes and they had thrown it away. Rudely told me it was left here and everyone was touching it and a bunch of other useless words. Very unnecessary and hurtful. I love coming to this Starbucks! It's like walking into "Cheers"! Many of the Barista's know you by name and make you feel comfortable! It's always clean and you can tell that the Barista's love their job. Jasmine is my fav barista. For some reason her drinks always taste better than everyone else's. The staff are very pleasant at this location, but they need to do a much better job cleaning up. It's a new Starbucks and very nicely designed, but there's an unacceptable lack of cleanliness. My favorite Starbucks by far, entirely because of the excellent service provided by manager Beth and her team, including Mario, Jasmine, and everyone else. They remember customers and their preferences, greet us by name, and make our orders quickly and accurately. If there is a problem, they rectify the situation immediately. This place is one of the worst starbucks I have ever been to. There is only one to two good employees and the rest are just awful. Most stand around and talk with one another while the other singled out employee works their tail off to try and serve the 20 customers waiting. When the good one to two employees are not there well then you're stuck with the lazy horrible ones. They are busy touching their hair and face before handling your cup or cover. Coughing, not wearing gloves for anything and hardly being concerned with your time. They act like they are doing you a favor to be helping you.
