This Starbucks has the worst customer service I've ever encountered at Starbucks. Everyone knows that Starbucks has high standards for Customer Service but this one this is Mark nearly every time I go. The young man at the drive-through today just stared at me with a blanket when I told him that this drink didn't look like it normally does when I go to any other Starbucks. I always ask for extra whipped cream and when this one does it they give you less coffee and more whipped cream to the point where it looks like only has the coffee is there. I said it twice to him and he just looked at me. And then I tried to call when I drove awaytwo times and nobody picked up the phone at the store. The staff was so wonderful to me today. They showed me grace as I ventured through the drive-thru with a screaming two-year-old who decided to throw a tantrum while I was giving my order. To my surprise, they gave me an extra shot of espresso in my drink, which I truly needed. Later on that day, I didn't feel like going into the store to purchase milk for baby girl, so I ventured through the drive thru once again. They didn't hesitate when I simply asked for steamed milk rather than a regular Starbucks drink. I support this Starbucks regularly. It is right by my house. However today, I go there to pick up an order for some us and they have my order wrong. I tell the Barista and she is essentially like "well, sorry that's what came through on the ticket. That's what you ordered..." and starts explaining what to expect when I order that drink. I am well aware, I place this same order frequently. I pull out my phone to show her my receipt and that I, in fact, did place my order correctly and did NOT order what was made. Her response is "Well, that's what came across on the ticket so I guess I can remake it." Ok, thanks? I mean I would appreciate that since that is what I ordered. After trying to do things the nice way and notify Starbucks directly about how disgustingly the bathrooms are maintained at almost all stores in RVA... seeing 7 weeks after complaining they've obviously done nothing about it; I figure shaming them on social media might result in them giving a crap about their customers enough to get their slack-ass employees to clean the place. I'm making it my personal mission to shame Starbucks into getting their employees to clean the restrooms and dump he trash at the coffee bars before they are overflowing. All the pictures I took this AM were taken @6:30 AM. There were 4 employees and no customers in the store... Until about 7:05. The Innsbrook & Fan locations are the absolute worst. And while I understand sometimes it's busy, the filth and lack of caring I'm referring to is the kind of dirty that takes weeks and months to accumulate. Let's put it this way...I was in Glen Allen for two days, and I stopped in at this Starbucks three times. When it comes to Starbucks, I'm a sucker for good service and a pleasant attitude. The place is spacious and open with lots of tables if you want to study or work. This location has a drive thru whereas The other location didn't. Having a drive thru is a plus for those in a hurry or who just don't want to come in. read more

I love this particular Starbucks amongst others I've been to in Va. I just moved here from NYC last year & stopped by Starbucks often to savor my java chip Frappuccino & strawberry iced drink. Only thing holding this place back is service, and that is hit or miss. Good coffee drinks and standard Starbucks food aside, I've just started to avoid the place due to the service. If the line is back to the door, I tend to just turn around anymore because I've learned you're in for 15 minutes. I can appreciate the Starbucks way of them being friendly and chatting up the normal clientele, but more often I've seen this causing it's share of delays. For me, 99% of my visits to Starbucks are not when I have a ton of free time. So sticking to the coffee business and passing up the singing announcement of everyone's drink would be a plus. read more
