Their drive-through line was ridiculous as usual, but I just had walked in and purchased a holiday gift car. The Starbucks barista that assist me in this transaction was named Esme. Esme was super helpful and prompt and even put the card in the gift card in an envelope for me. Because I'm gonna call last time they didn't even have any Card envelopes at all. The service was good. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I tried to politely point it out, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive instead of fixing the mistake. There was no apology or effort to correct the order, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and disappointing. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. read more

Ok, so I grew up going to this Starbucks and when I happened to be in town I decided to grab a drink before heading out. The place was clean, organized and well kept. The staff was super friendly, and they are very efficient. The bathroom however was trashed. It was clear that on one was monitoring it throughout the day and in fact it looked like no one had cleaned it in days. No one wants to clean the restrooms or check in on them throughout the day, but this can be a busy location and someone needs to keep up with that. So 4 stars for the service, employee friendliness and drinks and 1 star for the bathroom. read more

It seems like customer service has just gone down hill each store I visit. Especially this one. I was expecting a hello, good morning or how may I help you. Instead, I got, "order when you are ready" I guess not everyone can fake a perky happy personality... My drink was a waste of money as well. I usually like my frappuccinos with an extra shot or 2 of espresso. Seems like they add too much ice when they blend it or I really don't get my extra shots. I don't understand why my drink that I always order do not taste consistent. This is my 4th time ordering from here. The first time I ordered my drink was made perfectly. I really like this starbucks. It's located at Riverpark right across from Panera Bread. This location can get very busy but they definitely handle it very well. Went around 6pm and Christina was the one who helped me. She was outstanding customer service. I asked about the buy one get one free because I didn't see it posted anywhere and she was just a pleasure to talk to. I love the winter season because of the holiday drinks and my favorite is the caramel brulee latte and I get it hot. It's sweet and I love the caramel pieces that they sprinkle on top. read more

So I really like the vibe of this Starbucks- the furniture and the way it looks inside are the best things it has going for it IMO. Not a fan of the newly built/ remodeled stores. Most of the staff is nice enough, and the music is good. They allow refills of hot or iced coffee/ tea here also. However I don't know what it is about this location, but the drinks never taste as good as they do at other stores. There isn't a drive thru here so you'd think it would be the other way around, but there's always something wrong or just an "off" taste almost every time. The restroom is absolutely trashed every time I'm here also- paper all over the floor and empty seat covers and/ or toilet paper dispensers, and just smells like there's poop everywhere. Honestly if you're in the area and just want to get a Starbucks drink, I'd recommend the location inside Target in the same shopping center. However, if you want to actually spend some time here its not so bad that I would say to stay away. read more

River Park has two Starbucks. Always wondered about that, still do, but have to say, this location is A-Okay by me. Convenient to drive in from Blackstone and park close by. The store itself is laid out well, but could probably use more seating as it seems to be a popular spot. The service is good and the counter helpers were very gracious and accommodating. This Starbucks location never misses! We love to make a stop by here to get a drink before we walk the Farmer's markets in riverpark. They're always incredibly kind and fast here. They hardly make mistakes and when they do, they fix then right away free of charge and with a smile. They always tend to have the limited edition cups when I go, so that's a plus. The interior of this Starbucks is very cozy and Cafe-like. They have lots of comfy chairs to lounge in or tables to sit with multiple people. If you just want to chill and enjoy your drink while finishing up on an assignment, this Starbucks is the spot. If there's a Starbucks I love going too, it's this one! read more

1/21/23 4:30 pm Review ANOTHER great experience from this Starbucks! I made a Starbucks mobile order while I was only down the street. After I made my order, I walked inside about 4 minutes later. When I walked in, it looked extremely busy. there was a long line, and there were a group of people waiting for their order at the end of the counter. I expected it might take a little bit longer than usual, BUT IT WAS READY! The lady behind the counter got to me instantly and even took the time to ask if she had made my order correctly. I told her that she did, and thank you! I looked at how many employees were there, only one lady was making drinks, and one was taking orders. It was clear that they were understaffed, but the fact that she still got me my drink quickly and took the time to make sure it was made correctly, all while keeping calm with a smile on her face, made me realize they are HARD WORKERS! I had no idea there were so many Sbuxes in this 1/4 mile radius! This was great for our quest to find difficult to find products - and also gave us something to do on a boring weekend (I'm old, all my friends have kids, and if there's something mom and I do well together it's going on quests to various retailers). While we didn't find what we were looking for here we both got a bite to eat to keep up our endurance. The folks who work here were nice and everything was ready in a timely manner. read more

They never make our drinks taste the way they do at other Starbucks. I travel for work and get drinks made from a lot of different Starbucks and this one ALWAYS manages to make it taste awful. They must not follow the recipes correctly. I even told the barista it didn't taste good and he just looked at me. Unfortunately the customer service here when I have ordered in store has never been pleasant and today was no exception. I was basically told that i was not given the choice or using rewards because no one ever does and they stock pile them and the attitude was it was a Hassel to refund and start all over. Also in addition to the lack there of friendly customer service my second drink had not been made and when I inquired about it was told they already gave it to me. I am appalled at the service that I received during my last visit here and I won't be back. I came through the drive through with my ex wife and kids and the baristas messed up my daughter's drink. We went inside to get the drink remade and it was very busy. My daughter and I did not mind waiting as long as her drink was made correctly. It took 20 minutes for the drink to be remade and it was still wrong. I kindly asked the barista who took our order if we could have it remade again and he was extremely rude about it. He was dismissive at how long we waited twice for our drink to be made wrong and whispered "dumb c*nt" when we walked away. He wasn't wearing a name tag but he was talking in a terrible fake British accent. Disgusting!! The horrible service, overseen by their incompetent management, and long wait times due to understaffing aside, this place is FILTHY. Sometimes there's only 1-2 people behind the counter so I don't blame them for not being able to keep up with the mess, but don't come here unless you want to leave feeling itchy and gross. It is not the job of Starbucks to go above and beyond their normal duties to accommodate a 'click' or group that uses their premises as a nightly hangout. Although it would benefit the company, I understand their reasoning for not doing so. With that said, it's time to review the actual service and food.
