Frankie makes the most amazing delicious drinks. I usually get Chai Tea Lattes but she always goes above and beyond to make them taste amazing! I've gotten a few other things to drink and she always does an outstanding job! My bf likes to order anything with coffee in it so he always asks her what she recommends. The donuts are always fresh. This location is in Walmart. It can usually be hectic when the store itself is crowded but other than that, never had any other issues with this location. read more

I tried to be really nice to the girlies working, I'm from Fresno and we were in madera picking something up. I had asked for a recommendation from them but they just kinda laughed at me and gave me a frilly whipped cream drink. I felt bad for them though working in a Walmart with weird men asking them weird things. However they were more fixated on talking to a male there than helping us. Anyways have a better drink recommendation than the Carmel frap looking drink. Tried complimenting the girls glasses and she brushed me off like I was a rat to her. I'm from the east coast and live on Dunkin. This is the only dunkin within MILES of where we're staying by Yosemite. I don't understand the low reviews! I came here on a sunday at 9am. They were open with no one in line. I got a large iced coffee and some maple bacon breakfast sandwich. I have to say this is the best dunkin i have ever been to! The sandwich was perfect, actually toasted very well with a generous portion of bacon. Perfectly made coffee as well. All so quickly! I dont usually leave reviews but I had to here. Soo many 1-star reviews. Call me crazy! But I like Dunkin Donuts and had a pleasant experience today. Unfortunately, they put this location inside of a Walmart. So be prepared for chaos. First you gotta find a parking then take the long trek inside and yes there are swarms of people because it's Walmart . Luckily, the line was short and quick once I got inside. The cashier was shy but very sweet and polite. I downloaded the app so I could get any drink of choice for free. I chose the iced Caramel coconut latte with almond milk. I wanted to try their breakfast offerings as well so I got the bacon, egg and cheese croissant with toasted hash browns and 6 donuts ... healthy, right ? The sandwich was not greasy at all, the bacon was crunchy, the egg was not burnt and the cheese was melted. Again, not greasy or too salty it was the perfect little Sammie to fill me up. The hash browns have rosemary inside and they are fresh and toasty. You don't get very many, so if you have a big appetite you will probably want to order 2 of everything here. Donuts were fresh! I enjoyed my French crueler and vanilla glazed donut, paired nicely with my coffee. Good in every aspect, really. No complaints. Will I be driving to Madera just to eat here ? One star because I wasn't even able to buy a donut. It's a Sunday around 2:15pm and the worker said they were on their 10 min break so we walked around for 15 mins and came back, waited another 10 mins, and decided it wasn't worth the wait. Service! While being a new user to the app for this place I struggled to understand how to use the coupon. The employee walked me through my transaction and explained to me and actually walked me through it. I legitimately don't understand the poor reviews on Dunkin'. I've been a few times recently and have been pleased each time. First, they have oatmilk lattes now, as a lactose intolerant person who hates almond and soy milk I'm so happy. Pair an oatmilk iced latte with coconut caramel syrup and thank me later. Their sandwiches are also delicious. I don't have a review of their donuts, they're not my jam but I'm there for the coffee and sandwiches. All the employees I've interacted with have been super nice. Yes, parking is terrible and Wal-Mart is no Target, but just go for the coffee and it's worth it. read more

Don't get me wrong I love Dunkin. But this location is the WORST!! I don't have a Dunkin near me so whenever I have to go to Fresno, I like to stop here, since this is the closest one along the way. Although, both times I've tried to go here they were CLOSED when they were supposed to be OPEN. This morning I had an 8 o'clock appointment in Fresno and it takes me about an hour to get to Fresno, so I left early enough to get Dunkin along the way. I get there around 7:10, assuming they opened at 7, but NOPE! There was a piece of paper on the gate stating they wouldn't open until 7:30.... with no reasoning. I don't get how you have your hours posted online yet you don't open at those hours! And just like I stated this wasn't the first time this has happened. A couple months ago I had another appointment in Fresno, this one in the afternoon. I wanted to stop here for coffee... but again NOPE. It was a while ago so I'm not sure what time it was but when I got there they were closed again because they were on lunch. Of course, everyone needs a lunch, but I don't think the whole store should be closed for this! There should be enough employees to where they can take turns taking a lunch and helping customers. It is just ridiculous, Dunkin should have consistent hours and open ON TIME following these hours EVERYDAY. I will not be going here anymore because it seems to never be open when I want to go anyway, and I'm tired of wasting my gas and having to go halfway into town just to not even get my drink! read more

I was born and raised in the Midwest, Ohio, and grew up occasionally eating Dunkin Donuts. I use to drink their coffee as well. After living in California the last 15 years, I hadn't been to a Dunkin Donuts in over 15 years and I was excited to hear one was opening up close by. The store is much smaller than the ones I remember but the Donuts were really good. I occasionally go here to get donuts because I still love their donuts. I get Good Time Donuts in Chowchilla, love their Apple Fritters, when I don't feel like driving to Dunkin Donuts. read more

Coffee is never made correct and donuts taste as if they were frozen. Not going back anymore three time was enough to stay away, I will continue to give starbucks my business. Drinks are cheap and are ok for the price if you can get them to make it right. Waited 10 minutes with four other people on the drinks. And all 4 weren't made right. When I order a caramel frozen coffee, that does not mean a caramel iced coffee with chocolate in it "just for looks". Definitely need to work on training more! This Dunkin Donuts deserves 0 stars. The donuts look and taste awful. I have had two similar incidents here. So I decided to get the chocolate glazed donut again. After paying and reaching for the donut, I could tell that zero effort was put into making these disgusting treats. The chocolate glazed didn't even reach the end of the donut bread surface (like last time). It looked like someone just slabbed the glaze on and called it a day. I didn't pay around $2 for just a piece of bread with little to no chocolate on it - I want that iconic Dunkin donut. It seems pretty clear that the BAKERS and WORKERS don't care about quality and rather just want to get it all over with. I think it's not that difficult to correctly glaze a donut. On a side note, during a previous visit around 11 am, they already ran out of turkey and croissants. How can a store already run out on such a popular item?! After so many terrible experience I've concluded that this shop doesn't deserve community support. Save your money and support local donut shops who's workers put in 100%. read more
