Finally tried Dutch Bros on my way out of Yosemite Park last week. I had some coffee in the morning with my breakfast, but after having lunch in Bass Lake, I knew I would need to caffeinate for the long journey back to LA. We stopped here since it was one of few areas when I searched for a bathroom for my kiddo. Killed two birds with one stone. My dad just wanted an Americano, which he enjoyed with a bit of creamer and splenda. My mom and I decided to each try their Golden Eagle iced coffee. It's a vanilla latte with caramel drizzle. We both asked for it half sweet and found them to be quite sweet, but the espresso was quite bold still. I can't imagine what a full-sweet would taste like. I loved the retro feel of the place, from their signs, furniture and lighting. It was very clean in the lounging area and also the restrooms. I believe we're getting a couple of Dutch Bros in neighboring cities to me, so I can't wait to try more of their drinks. read more

Hey folks I always praise local businesses but I have to say this time Dutch Bros Coffee at this location needs a little hands on. The drinks were made so hurriedly that we are give our products with spillage on the cups to the point of needing to wipe hands before leaving establishment. The service well we were standing at the counter for 4 to five minutes while team member walking past us without acknowledgment to even say "we will be right with you" nothing. The interior was messy the bathroom a mess no toilet paper or paper towels to dry your hands so you have to ask how employees dry their hands. Maybe just an off day. Now will I visit again yes just to make sure it was a oops I forgot moment. Hey I will always support local but local needs to show respect for their customers. See you at Dutch Bros. read more

A very quick line to get through! I was so happy with the cleanliness and vibe inside. The coffee was tasty as usual and the flavor is always on point. I get the black nitro cold brew. Lots of yummy drinks to choose from. However the ingredients are high in sugar and are getting expensive. My fiancè get Dutch bros all the time and the service is always good. I very rarely get my own drink when she gets hers. Because of the expense and sugar. But I did try a drink called the aqua and I absolutely loved it. They have an arcade inside some of the locations and nice seats. read more

A visit to the West Coast wouldn't be complete without a visit to Dutch Bros. This particular location seems pretty new in a shopping plaza that still has a few stores under construction. Love the flavors at this shop, relatively quick service if you don't go through the drive through. Bathrooms were clean too. Cute interior decor with minimal seating. read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but the way I was treated here was ridiculous. The employee I dealt with a short white blonde woman with a bow in her hair and glasses (didn't catch her name) was straight-up rude for no reason. I watched her take someone else's order before me and she was totally polite to them. Then it was like a switch flipped when it was my turn. I walked up with a smile, and asked how her day was going. Her whole vibe changed eye-rolling, energy, short responses, completely dismissive. Like, what did I do to deserve the attitude? If you're going to give someone that much attitude for just being friendly, maybe don't work in customer service. What made it worse? She messed up my drink on top of it. So I get an eyeroll and the wrong order. Not a great combo. It honestly felt personal, like she had a problem with me specifically. I won't be coming back if that's how customers get treated. I've dealt with her before as well and it's always the same attitude but today was my last straw. I'm definitely going to be calling corporate. Enough is enough. Man, let me tell you - one of the reasons I miss the Central Valley is found in the joy I receive with a cup of Dutch Bros Coffee. It tastes and smells like real coffee because it IS real coffee. This is not to talk bad about other large scale businesses, but there is something special about this particular branch. We had a large order, and my sister's card wasn't working, but the worker there was patient, and assured that the matter would be taken care of. Customer service is not something you will always get from other coffee spots. The only bad thing about this place is that I only get a taste of it every other month or so. The drink was delicious. No complaints at all. However, the drive thru line was horrendous. Right when we got in line, an employee took our order and payment. When we got closer to the order window, we could see that the people in front of us kept ordering more items (after the initial order). This forced every other customer is line to wait even longer because someone wanted to order more items. This should not be allowed. A 30min wait for a drink is ridiculous. Ordered two drinks, got one correct but was very messy and sticky all over the cup. The other drink was completely wrong, and when i asked if it could be fixed the lady working inside got very upset and mouthy, kinda yanked it out of my hand and tossed the drink all over the floor and counter. Then proceeded to keep mouthing off, started remaking the drink incorrectly AGAIN also making an even BIGGER mess because she wanted to throw her little tantrum and mix it very violently sending the AGAIN wrong drink all over the counter and floor... strongly suggest firing who ever was working the night of July 22nd 2022. I understand there were a couple cars waiting and it was almost closing time, but you definitely deserved me throwing that WRONG drink back through the window. i always order a large iced black americano & my husband orders a mocha & both always taste very good & freshly brewed. we've also tried the chocolate chip muffin top & it's very tasty but a little too sweet with the drizzled frosting. customer service is always delightful. we usually go through drive thru & even when the line is long, it goes very quick so you don't feel like you're waiting long. they're fast & efficient here. the location is very convenient to stop here before heading out for a day of errands. read more
