Well...I am disappointed to say the least. I have visited multiple locations of Dutch Bros. over the years, I use the app, and am typically put in a fun, upbeat mood with each interaction with employees. Today was a definite miss. I ordered a medium double chocolate blended mocha, extra thick. It always looks the same. Today, after I got to the window in the drive thru, I was handed a drink with no chocolate visible on top, or the side. However, when it was handed to me, it spilled all over my arm, I commented rathered surprised and frankly, sad-, there was no offer of a napkin, or an "I'm sorry." I literally kept flicking my arm with the dripping off liquid out my window, and no response. The employees said they would remake it. By this point, I was sticky, and just wanted the beverage I paid for. They apologized for the wait, then handed me what can only be described as....you want chocolate- I'll give you chocolate "bitter remake." I say it in jest, but I really cannot stress the overly unnecessary amount. I could not drink it. I tried moving the straw around to different parts, it was like half a bottle of Hershey's was poured. It was not extra thick in texture, but pure watery- not freeze texture, yet all syrup. (Please see pictures- fyi-you can't see all the chocolate in the center, but it was utterly undrinkable). I tried to phone the number to the location, but was rerouted to a customer service line where there was no one to take my call. This beverage was $7.65. I did not get what was paid for. I did not receive helpful customer service, and I am just in shock. This is not what this brand is all about. I truly hope that the management and follow-through with training individuals from the front window, to those making creations improves at this location. My takeaway, I'm out $7.65, I have no drinkable beverage without feeling grossly sick, and I will most likely not want want to return. read more

This morning service was fast. I went through the drive-thru today. There was a few car ahead of me but the line moves up pretty fast. I love this location, really. The workers are nice and my drinks are always good - I understand it's not really in their control but the teenagers are a problem. They sit outside all night, rev their engines and speed thru the parking lot. They congregate in huge groups in the middle of the road - it's so dangerous and just plain annoying. I recently downloaded the app and was excited to try out Dutch Bros. They have a new customer promotion via app for a free medium drink, so I utilized the promotion and did a mobile pick up. The drive thru line was only 4-5 cars so I assumed my order would be ready by the pick up time. I got in line (in-person) and they told me they hadn't even started it yet (this was 5mins past pick up time). I waited 40mins in total for my drink and everyone else who had ordered AFTER me got theirs and an apology for their wait. I don't know if it's personal or management but they didn't give me any apology and wasn't even friendly towards me the whole time. Not sure if they are able to see if I tipped digitally, but I put no tip on the app because I tipped 25% with cash and even showed one of the baristas I was tipping with cash. I got the feeling they saw my order and was rude because they thought I hadn't tipped at all which is what I should have done after that whole experience. Ordered on the app for the first time and arrived through the drive-thru. first 2 broistas were nice, 3rd person who came up to the window made the whole experience uncomfortable by scolding us for arriving a little late and scolding us again for picking our order up by drive-thru instead of pick up windows. Whenever we go to any coffe shop, they take at least 15-20 mins, yet we never scold the staff for taking too long. We understand it takes time. Made this feel like Starbucks. The dude and I came to this Dutch Bros on 3/18/21 as we were in the area and haven't tried this new Dutch Bro's. Usually most Dutch Bro's around town have LONG lines but usually go by quick. We were surprised when we got in line that there were two lines going on which by driving by you wouldn't be able to tell, so this is why this locations line appears to be very short and never seen it wrapped around. They no longer have their stamp cards anymore as it's through the app now which I downloaded when we got home. So we lost out on points or stamps. Anywho, the employee who took our order was very friendly. The dude ended up getting Pitch Perfect which is the coffee and I ended up getting the Frost Banana Split which was very creamy and delicious but too swwweeet for me. I forgot to substitute with almond milk. Anywho, the new Dutch Bro's had music blasting which was nice to listen to while we waiting which waiting in line, ordering and getting our beverage took less then 10 minutes which was not bad at all. The dude loved his drink too! Overall, we enjoyed our experience here. Make sure you download the Dutch Bro's app so you can earn rewards so you can get free drinks. I kinda liked this Dutch bros better than other ones I've been to.. maybe it was the drink I got but it was tasteful and caffeinated. The only downside to all Dutch bros coffees is some places make it way tooo sweet. This is true of this location but I still liked my drink! The line here gets fairly long, maybe a 20-25 min wait. There's an overflow for the drive thru but you can also park and order in person. My favorite drinks are the golden eagle and double torture. This is the second time that I've been to this Dutch Bros. location. My first time I walked in and my order was done in about 25 minutes. Not many walk-ins and not but quite a few mobile orders. Today (9/6) I ordered coffee with the mobile app (1040 am) and received a message that my order would by done in 6 minutes. I arrived at Dutch Bros. at 1053 am, I was second in the mobile order line and waited 18 minutes before the person behind the window counter helped me - a total of 31 minutes. While I was waiting people that were walking in were helped first and it wasn't until that line cleared that the mobile app line customers were taken care of. I asked the window counter person why the huge delay in service and was told that they were short staffed and were doing the best that they could. From my perspective the issue was not that they were short staffed but that the mobile app orders were not prioritized above the walk in orders. The mobile app line could have quickly been cleared since the coffee was already made and payed for and then then the walk in customers could have been helped. The whole point of ordering via the mobile app is to NOT have to wait in a long line to receive your order. My coffee was warm by the time I was helped and able to pick it up (within 30 seconds - it was sitting on the counter) and I was extremely unhappy with my experience with customer service that I received. I will NOT be going to Dutch Bros. at this location any more and do not recommend it to anyone who is expecting prompt service and a HOT cup of coffee when ordering with the mobile app. read more
