Went with my wife to get tea before our movie and she asked for a PEACH green Tea with a rebel shot and all she got was green tea with a hint of rebel in it and she went back up to ask for some flavoring added to it in the most polite way, and the fat worker with spacebuns with green in her hair or whatever color you wanna call it. She was beyond rude and just gave her a cup with flavor in it and walked away after telling her that's not what she ordered so next time order correctly. When she was not even the one who took our order so how would you know? Beyond rude no wonder your like 30 and work at Dutch bros. Have fun in your parents basement. read more

Waiting in drive thru (Clovis - Herndon) I am greeted with Hey Boss, takes my order and asks if I want to leave a tip. Don't call me Boss. Two extra hot latte's 11.50. Really? Never paid that much anywhere else for two plain large Latte's. Driving away, I taste them and they are warm not hot and certainly not extra hot. Pass. read more

I came here a couple days ago, the guy said hi took my order was nice but the one at the window pretty much accused me of cutting someone in line which I did not I had made a uturn and got in line like I've seen every other person do. He greeted me super weirdly then asked if I cut someone in line. I was super shocked that he would even ask me that when I told him no I had told him where I came from and everything and he was like I'm sorry I didn't mean to say you did, totally unprofessional :( not only that one of my drinks had a cut on the cup or something because it was leaking the whole way home. read more

I love dutch bros we go there almost every weekend if not twice a week, My mom placed a mobile order, the wait time said 10-15 minutes, I showed up to pick up the order and had to wait behind 6 people for 20 minutes more for mobile order we all were there for a special item drop, a simple rubber duck, we all had to wait to get our drinks in hand to recieve our special item, while drive thru and walk ups are still receiving ducks, I get drinks count for item but buying 4 chocolate milks and 4 rebel cans should not count, 5 of us that waited for 20 minutes did not receive ducks in the end, so after all the wait there were atleast 3 people who walked up and walked away with ducks, I get it's very simple item it's just the way that they handled this situation, they should give the people who arrive and already placed orders get any item as soon as they say hey I'm here for my drinks. Just make it fair. Please dutch work on this issue. read more

A friend of mine visited this location yesterday an employee working there assumed he was a police officer not sure why maybe the hair cut and uniform (EMS Skylife to be exact) but the employee thought it would be funny to put a pig on the lid of his cup. read more

This experience was great. Jessica or Jennifer (I apologize if you're reading) at the window and the woman (didn't get hers) outside in the cold were really great. I received a complimentary drink when I expected to pay. They were kind and pretty quick. Their employees had great work ethics and attitude. Very pleased. read more

I have been a loyal customer and fan of Dutch bros for over a year now I love the friendly staff and the great drinks

I started going to Dutch and love the Strawberry Rebel. The past 3 trips I made there the people who take the order have skipped me every time and don't take my order. I'm so over this place..when I was there Monday the girl walked past my car, went to the car behind me and took their order. I gave her the benefit that she would come take my order but finished with the cars order and just stood there. So I rolled down my windows and was "hey are you going to take my order"...her excuse was I didn't see you...lol..it is why it is but I'm over it. read more

Awesome coffee... i like the creamer that they put. Not sure what brand they are using. Most of all, i like the story on how DBC have come to existence. read more

It's Christmas Eve, I come behind another girl who is grabbing her drinks and then as she finished with her she slams the window and says WE ARE CLOSED SORRY WE ARE CLOSED ! ... doesn't seem so sorry with all that attitude and rush to slam the window. They have ok option for their menu but they really need better ppl working outside ...sometimes it's not a problem when ur not in a rush but when u are it sucks...anyway I went there the guy helping doesn't go based off who got there first it's more like who is closer to him ..long story short I was late for work cuz he choose to get 2 cars who weren't there before. Choose to help em first therefore they went to window first..plz fix that! read more

I am literally shocked by the lack of customer service. I had a frequent buyer card full of stamps and ready to use on my next visit. I live 5 hours away, so it's not like I can visit regularly anymore. I saved this card and was excited to get my free coffee. I was told that I couldn't redeem my card, since now only the app is accepted. I kindly mentioned that I am in customer myself, and asked out of curiosity, how they normally handle this situation when it occurs. They said they accepted paper cards for one week after they decided to stop accepting them. Again, being in customer service and personally managing reviews for a large company myself, I was shocked. From a business stand point, this is ridiculous. From a customer's perspective, it's absolutely ridiculous. We've been in a pandemic, limiting travel, and again... living 5+ hours away, I can't believe it. I will never come here again. I'm thankful my own employees would never do this to a customer. What's even more interesting is I handed the cashier an extra dollar with my payment, which was actually a tip. Shame on me, but seriously, shame on Dutch Bros! read more

I usually come to this place. The last two times has been horrible experience. I came before this car did and the lady skipped me and was chatting it up for awhile with the other car. The next time I went I asked for a drink I always get, she asked me three times to repeat my order. If you're gonna be ignorant and don't even listen then don't bother even asking. Got my drink and it tasted like cherry cough medicine. Used to be good service, now it doesn't even seem as if they got proper training. read more

No comment, I'm just not going back there. Service is horrible and you can't even look at a menu to see what you want.

These mofos just don't give a crap. They'll take 30 minutes. Literally I was in line 25 minutes. Was able to reverse. Go to the window where people are standing around dancing!!!!! And told me to "give them a moment" and I still managed to get my drink before the car I was behind even got close to the window. It's sad i know it'll take me an hour at this location. read more

We visited our first DBC in Idaho and had an amazing visit. Our second visit to the one in Clovis was very disappointing. We are passing through (not from Clovis) and had 3 employees correct us on the way we pulled in the parking lot. Ok thank you let's move on. Also gave us the wrong drink. We will go back to McDonald's where they don't care how we pull into the Drive through. read more

This location is SO fast compared to the other locations in the area! Service is great and drinks are always good. I was nervous about the parking lot/line situation but they have a security guard controlling traffic when it gets busy. I'm so happy they finally added a location in clovis! read more

i had an amazing experience here. As always, dutch has had great service and never messed up an order for me. Noah, took our order and although there was a minor problem with paying for our drinks, he took care of it and gave us an over the top experience. I would highly recommend going to this location or any location due to the great service they have. Thanks Noah! read more
