This place still doesn't know what extra cold foam means. I pay for extra and I expect extra. I also paid for extra crème brûlée toppings and they didn't even add those. I had to ask for it at the counter. Also when I asked them if I could get extra foam on the side the girl said NO you have to pay for it, I then pointed on my order and said I did pay for it. I customer walks in on 9/15/2026 with a dog at 11:35am. The policy is NO PETS inside the store, period. That's the reason I'm here. Many people cant be around pets for many reasons and when people assume bringing their pet into a public place is ok, it's beyond sad. When i approached the employee to remind her of the policy she said, "oh he's just picking up" - Theres also a no weapon policy, unless law enforcement, so if people walk in with a weapon, the excuse will be "They are just picking up"?? I remember when this Starbucks was attached to the Barnes and Nobles which is now the Mega Mart. They closed up the entrance from the inside as it's not associated with Mega Mart which makes sense. In short, not a bad Starbucks to pick up a drink, but parking can be tough and seating limited as folks are taking all the spots as it's a popular location. I just WISH they'd please mix in the matcha powder fully before serving, because on two occasions have I received my matcha with small remnants of the matcha powder. Overall, it's still good! This Starbucks location should be ashamed of the way they treated my boyfriend. He came in with a Starbucks cup (purchased across the street) and simply wanted to charge his phone. Instead of letting him be -- like they do with countless others -- the staff harassed him and even went as far as to call the police on him. I have personally sat in this same store multiple times with no Starbucks purchase, using my laptop for hours, and have never once been questioned. I've also seen homeless individuals come in, be disruptive, and not once did staff escalate to calling the police. The only difference here is that my boyfriend is African American. This was racial profiling, plain and simple. No customer should ever feel unsafe, unwelcome, or criminalized for the color of their skin. Shame on this store -- I will not be returning, and I hope Starbucks corporate takes a serious look at this location's practices. read more

Being in central Fremont, this location gets a lot of visitors and thus, it's usually busy, really loud and the parking lot is packed. Location is also not ideal during rush hour as it enters from and exits to two main streets popular with commuters. Needless to say, utilize the mobile ordering if you're trying to get your drink without all the fuss. But be careful to select the correct location! However, if you do end up screwing up and coming here despite placing your order at another store, the staff here are amazing. I witnessed the team fulfilling the order for the customer and supporting them in transferring the order. There is limited indoor seating and it's quite cozy so folks are pretty close together when seated. There aren't any standing tables or stools. There are tables outside but due to the foot traffic, it's quite distracting . Their drinks are up to the standard as all other Starbucks and the staff have given out samples for patrons to explore new creations. WiFi is fine and there are bathrooms available. Overall, I personally would opt for another location if looking for a calmer place to work or study. If you're meeting some people, the social energy of this location is exceptional high and you'll definitely be taken care of by their staff. read more

This Starbucks is located in the Fremont Plaza, this is a pretty busy plaza, so parking may be hit or miss, depending on when you come. They are pretty busy here, so there was no seating inside. Their service is horrible here, you literally have employees who ignore you and just keep putting stuff away and stocking stuff, instead of helping you or at least even acknowledge you. When I asked for help, the employee looked like I was bothering her and inconveniencing her. I tried their Matcha Creme Frappuccino here and it tasted like most of the other locations. I only came to this location because it was nearby, but if I am in the area and want Starbucks, I would probably just drive a bit further next time to a different location. read more

Stopped by for some coffee and dessert as we had a thirty minute wait for the food we'd ordered from Chaat Café next door. The kids enjoyed being able to walk into a Starbucks for the first time in almost 9 months and order some of their favorites - brownies and chocolate chip cookies - warmed up, of course! Our orders took a long time (almost 30 minutes), and they messed up our Americano's. Probably covid-related lapses, as they may be using staff that is new or less well-trained. On the other hand, they have done a good job restricting the number of people allowed inside, as well as not allowing anyone without masks to enter. The incident experienced at this location earlier could have had different outcomes. Not sure if it would've made a difference had I spoken up or had the barista inform the man who appeared out of nowhere to cut in line to use the bathroom, that I actually flagged him down to use it. It happened so quick that I ended up asking to use the individual restroom next to it, but that was out of order according to the barista (which had no signs plastered on the wall so it was hard to tell if he was making an excuse not to go back and open it for me?) Just bit my tongue, glared hard at the barista and left the establishment. I went next door to Sprouts, who was so kind to direct me to a well kept hallway with access to a public restroom.
