Customer service from this location could sure use an overhaul. "-10" on this employee.. not supervisor or manager material, she has a power trip that reflects on Starbucks in such a negative way. Being that Starbucks is trying to make great changes on the customer "experience" that customers receive this is one employee that has and will infect your goals. For some reason she has had an issue making drinks how requested. I received a list how to order my drink from a manager from a different location so I had saved the sticker to make it easier for placing orders. *** Aubrie at this Fremont location regarding her customer service, she is RUDE but when others are around she puts on a show, I experienced her having an employee review with her new district manager and wow what an actor!...from her daily selection of personality and character and rudeness. Starbucks needs to know she has a chip on her shoulder and treats customers according to her feelings of each one. Still the only Starbucks in the area that make the drinks correctly and are always consistent. The staff here are super friendly (always greeting someone whenever they walk in) and recognize who the regulars are by name. There are quite a bit of seating locations both inside and outside, and it doesn't get really loud as compared to other Starbucks I have been to. The mornings here do tend to get a bit busy during the weekdays so I recommend placing a mobile order if you are in a time crunch. I was craving a Lavender Oatmilk Matcha Latte during my two-mile morning walk. Then I got hungry, so I went for the Egg White and Roasted Red Pepper Bites. The baristas welcomed me when I walked in and prepared my orders correctly in five minutes. The egg whites were warmed up, with steam emanating from them. The Lavender cream foam was too sweet, but luckily, I ordered the matcha latte with no syrup to control my sugar level. The lighting inside was dim in a quiet early morning, so I decided to eat in the outdoor patio with umbrellas. One table was dirty, but thankfully, a gentleman was willing to give up his good seat for me as he was leaving. read more

This location has been here for years. Anytime in the mood for Starbucks, this is one of my favorite locations. Anytime I have to have work done on my vehicle at Stevenson Tires across the parking lot, I will come here and wait if I cannot get a ride home. Plug my laptop in and do some video editing. Grab a coffee and something to eat. Service is always friendly and willing to help and assist. Giving a 3 for a specific winter item on the menu, Pistachio Latte. The hot latte was too bland, no hint of pistachio at all. In fact felt it was overpowered by this buttery and brown sugar/caramel taste. I have always liked their chestnut praline latte and I believed that's the only winter drink worth having at Starbucks. I used to love this location, I came here all the time when I had my car being repaired near by. Today when I walked in the customer service was great they said welcome, and the young gentleman and the females that were there were very friendly and quick with my order. unfortunately near noon the experience went downhill, a worker who most like started later in his shift. He was not there before, possibly middle age with glasses and hair pulled back come up and says "we don't allow that" I'm just relaxing and doing work my laptop like everyone else. I politely responded saying sorry just to be nice even though I didn't do anything. This is the gentleman you need to avoid, today is Monday. so if you come on Mondays you will probably see him if you do I suggest going somewhere else. he was just rude and I suggested to the owner that he is let go/fired since he has no manners. I liked the other workers but I feel bad for them they are stuck with a rude worker. I will unfortunately not come back here due to this person. read more

Let's just say I'm glad I had time to waste for incompetence. Ordered a drink with no ice. Picked up my drink and guess what there was ice. The young man was going to remake but I didn't want to waste the product so I asked if he could just remove the ice. The young lady did that then added more drink to top it. When I got the drink back it had ice once again. I mentioned it to the young man again. He said he would remake. I left thinking we'd would just skim the ice but this wasn't the first encounter with this issue so after everything said and done they ended up remaking the drink. Such a waste. Who is that old Asian lady? I don't like her!! She was micromanaging errybody! While my order was being taken (tall pumpkin spice latte, decaf, soy), she looked at me, gave me a dirty look and looked at the staff member. After he walked away from the register, she whispered something in his ear and he said audibly "I'm not gonna do that, I was already in the middle of the transaction". She said something about 'labor'... Then she only microwaved my chocolate croissant for like 12-seconds. I was told latte's don't have whipped cream, so I didn't say "no whipped cream". While watching my drink get made, I noticed whipped cream being put on top. I am allergic to dairy and lactose intolerant. When I explained to the barista that I couldn't have whipped cream, the Asian lady ONCE AGAIN whispered to him "just take it off". But I took 2 steps forward to watch what was being done to my drink. He noticed and assured me "don't worry, I'll remake your drink for you." Drink was fine, thanks to dood who was lookin out for my gut. But her nasty + rude power trip self gotta go. She was awful. This location is a hit or miss. They always have good, friendly workers however, they tend to get the orders wrong more often than not. Ordered a peppermint mocha Frappuccino and they forgot the peppermint. Another time ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade and they forgot the lemonade. And for some reason the iced lattes aren't consistent in taste.... I think some of the baristas need more training or something. They get an A for effort but QA needs to be better. read more

This Starbucks is in the Mowry East Shopping Center. This is a big plaza with plenty of parking. Service is decent, nothing special. This a more spread out location, it gets a bit busy and loud here as well. My go to drink when I come here to study is their matcha Frappuccino. They have benches here as well, which is a great addition. read more

I ordered two things a venti mocha and a blueberry muffin. Those two were fine. My issue with this location was the customer service. The 2 employees one blonde and one a taller darker man were very unwelcoming. I get that its very early in the morning so I dont expect a very energetic response but man was there no effort to even hide the annoyed expression. Then meanwhile I wait for my coffee I got up to ask for the pin for the restroom when the taller man cuts me off then in an annoyed yet somehow condescending tone says the code followed with "alright pal". Mobile Ordering is so convenient, except the app doesn't provide the address of the store, only street names. This particular store is very close to one with a drive thru nearby. I accidentally ordered here. The store was clean and well-stocked for late- morning arrival. What I really liked about this place is that they keep the mobile orders behind the counter. Just yesterday someone inadvertantly (so the barista informed me) walked off with my sandwich, so he had to remake. By keeping the drinks and food behind the counter, there is no unwanted tampering. Here's What I Think...I wish more Starbucks would keep the goods behind the counter. But just as I like this Starbucks for this reason, others will dislike this location for that reason. They won't want to wait for a barista to hand over their goodies. They just want to grab and go. You decide for yourself. read more

This is my fave Starbucks. My drinks are always made perfectly, the baristas are friendly and accommodating and the store is clean. There is also a lot of seating inside, compared to other Starbucks locations. The staff are efficient and most have been working here for some time. This allows the staff to know their regular customers, which I really enjoy. It's always nice to grab your drink of choice, be greeted by a friendly face and enjoy it at your leisure. During this COVID-19 Pandemic, the rules have been adjusted to allow for social distancing, but they maintain their amazing customer service at the same time. But I came to this particular Starbucks and told the barista to make something that not only perks me up but taste good as well! She made me a chestnut praline with brown sugar and oatmilk! That was a definite game changer and was the best tasting coffee I've had. I will never use anything other than oatmilk in my coffee again. Because of the bad behavior of the staff, my review is lower. I seen most of the staff at some point say something rude about me (as if we can't hear them in an open space). In particular, there is a teen boy with curly hair. He was making comment throughout my time studying here. He kind of loos vaguely like he may be on drugs. During his whole shift, he appears to gossip about me and other patrons. Today, I got my drink sat down to work, as he went to work with the other latino male staff saying insults and jokes about me. Last time he made fun of how I work on my laptop, and many other comments. Today he said I was a crazy girl. I will definitely bring up the next time I see the manager. I tried today, but that teen boy said he was in charge while the manager was out. For the most part, it's sad how the staff acts. read more

Located by Lucky Super Market, in a complex shared with a few others. Love that this place has a outdoor seating area, but sucks that there's no drive thru. (Otherwise, go to the one on Farwell if you prefer the dive thru) I've been here a few times already to order a plain ol Grande Pike black no room, but it's a little annoying when they run out of coffee they are not on top of it... So instead of a quick run for coffee, it's a 5 min wait. The cashier's are pretty nice though. They know the menu, and are on it! Inside is your typical Starbucks set up. There are bar tables and regular tables as well. It's pretty clean, and we'll maintained. Good size Starbucks overall. read more

I'd like to know the name of the manager on schedule last night (3/9/18) at this location. Actually, I can't even say if she was the manager but she was the one I'd observed pacing erratically back and forth behind the counter, shouting orders and, unacknowledging customers who are CLEARLY standing in line waiting for service. She eventually called over a barista to come and assist with orders and, for some reason, the barista decided to assist the man standing directly BEHIND US when we were clearly in front of the register!!! "What the f-ck?!" That's when I lost it and called them out. It was SO RUDE! Yet, this manager, (staring head down) and continued to jot down this man's order on his cup and STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGING me as I voice out my concern!! VERY RUDE!!! I EXPECT MORE FROM STARBUCKS! A LOT MORE! Especially after as loyal as I have been to this brand for as long as I can remember! Ambiance: Came here on a sunny Saturday before noon to get mahh study one w/ my boothang. Very spacious and calm. GREAT study spot (well except for the slow wifi). I went out my way to come all the way to this Starbucks because it says they close at 9PM. I get here and try opening the door at 8:20PM and all there doors are locked. There was 3 employees working all 3 females but they tried to say they were closed. It's really upsetting when they put they close at a certain time and I drive all the way here going opposite direction I was heading to just to get here and they close early. More than 40 minutes early ! It's crazy. I like this starbucks location because it has decent seating and has a god number of outlets to use if you want to study. It's really nice for those ridiculously hot days to come camp out here if your place does not have a.c. like mine unfortunately doesn't. They also have a large table that has outlets underneath it, it literally took me 2 years to notice this fact. It just may be me that's oblivious or they need some kind of clue that there are more outlets aside from the wall ones. I also like how this location is one of the few that is open late in Fremont. While there is no drive thru at this spot, there is a starbucks across that streets that has a drive thru with very limited seating. The staff is not fast and slow in prepping drinks. While they're not fast, the staff is definitely friendly. The location has a limited number of food products compared to other places. The location also has decent parking and there's a supermarket next door. read more
