I came in to visit on this day to redeem my offer for my FREE BIRTHDAY CUP! I ended up ordering a VENTI Cafe Mocha (I forgot to have them add sugar, haha) and I placed the order right at the register versus ordering through the app. I can't remember the name of the woman who was serving me, but she was quick and helpful and she helped me to redeem my birthday reward. After I placed the order, she let me know it would be ready shortly. It was, haha. As I waiting I noticed the Starbucks area located in the Target was very clean and well put together. After about 5 minutes or so, she called my name and I went to receive my cup. To my surprise, she wrote Happy Birthday on my cup, and that bit of attention and customer service just truly warmed my heart and made my birthday feel all the more special! Thank you! The coffee was REALLY good and I would give it a 4/5. Pair that with the service and I'd total it to 5/5 stars! I would definitely visit this Starbucks again in the future! Thank you! read more

Nice Starbucks here inside the Target located at Foothill Ranch. Looked clean outside. It was a bit messy inside on the counter where they prepared our drinks, but I'm assuming that's to be expected. Great customer service, the guy was upbeat, funny, and welcoming. Quick taking our orders. The drinks were done quickly. 2 hot White Chocolate Mochas with 1 less pump of mocha. Delicious. read more

We grabbed a cup of coffee here a few days ago coming from our road trip. Nice quiet location. Asked for my normal tall regular coffee with cream. Along I added a Cream Cheese Bagel with the coffee. Its so good, and a bit pricey. Anyways, nice baristas here, and it was a good experience. read more

Clean and nice staff. Not to mention, 80% of the time they get my crazy concoction correct. My crazy concoction consists of: Triple espresso Light splash of heavy cream Light splash of 2% milk Light splash of whipped cream 4 pumps of white chocolate mocha To not screw up the ratio is a miracle. So disappointing. I frequent Starbucks every day and happened to be picking up my drink late in the day today. Decided to grab it while I was running errands with my husband and 9month old so we could cut down on the travel time and get back home. Huge mistake. I ordered my Java chip Frappuccino with modifications. The girl at the register told me they were going to sub another type of crumble that tastes the same because they were out of Java chips. Okay sure. It was absolutely awful. I walked around getting our things and decided as we went to check out I just couldn't drink it and wanted to just get my $7 back. The brain trust that is Target management and Starbucks teenagers couldn't figure out how complete a simple refund. I waiting 20 minutes to leave with a TARGET gift card. Completely unacceptable. I'm always kind of hesitant when it comes to getting my Starbucks when they're in stores within stores. But I was shopping at Target, it was freaking hot outside (100 degrees or so) and I wanted a frap. There was only one person working, which must suck ass to be the only one doing all the prepwork and whatnot. But if you want your drink properly made, don't come here!!! My drink was horribly made and tasted grainy.....which is super weird. You're better off going to a real starbucks! read more

This Starbucks is in the Target. Unfortunately it must be the most inconsistent Starbucks ever, because there are never the same people working there and the drinks are never the same. Oh ho I think i've figured it out. Since no one seems to work there that long, no one ever learns how to make the drinks! If I come here and order a Mocha frap, sometimes it is ok (but never good), and sometimes it is horrible. Also, I don't believe that it is actually open until 9pm. I've been here much earlier than that and the lights are off, or there is a "be back later" sign. Sometimes it will be open and there will be no one there, so you have to either stand there looking stupid or yell "hello" until someone shows up. Usually the person who shows up will be a jerk to you for making them actually have to work. I noticed that Target SBs never have tip jars. Maybe that's why the employees at those SBs hate customers so much. Also, they have a weak pastry selection, since it is not a full service location. read more

I went to the Starbucks in the Target store in Foothill Ranch on Portola Parkway. I ordered some coffee of the day, with cream and sugar, and a chocolate cookie. They keep the place nice and clean and the cashier is nice and helpful so that I don't fill rushed, when I place my order. I have ordered from there several times before. I sit down on one of there round tables and will read the newspaper or wait for my wife while shopping at the store. I didn't know that they were on Yelp, until I asked the cashier. I am writing about the location at Portola & Glen Ranch Road in Foothill Ranch. I work in the plaza and I usually visit this Starbucks at least once a week. They have a new manager there for a few months now that took the place of a very nice manager. The new manager is rude very unfriendly how she's in customer service is unknown to me. She never acknowledges anyone unless you're her daughter or a friend. She will walk by you not ask you if you are waiting for anything acts as if she can't see you directly in front of her. I am standing at least 10 mins waiting for my drink she walks to the opposite side where the counter drinks are brings my drink and says you're (my name) I ask her how long has my drink been sitting there her response I don't know. No apology no have a nice day nothing. Well I can tell you my extra hot drink was warm. I would suggest Starbucks start sending in secret shoppers or perhaps question the employees about this manager and see what kind of response is given. read more

The number one reason I go to Starbucks in the morning is to have a wake me up drink. Going to this location I face couple of issues, which sucks because it is close by where I work. 1. The drinks are never on point. Meaning it is either, too sweet, not sweet enough or something is missing. ( I think the issue here is, and as mentioned on the other review, the employees are always different) I go the same timing too. 2. Even when it is not busy it takes a while to get your drink ordered or served. 3. The selection on foods are very selective which sucks but understandable because it's a small part in Target 4. They don't always have cup holders which is helpful majority of the time since I bring in many orders at once. More supplies would be nice. Over all I think the people are nice but if they can work on making the drinks taste consistent, that would make my mornings better. Thnx! read more

This Starbucks location is inside the Target center. They have a limited selection so don't come here if you're looking for any seasonal items. I was purchasing a noncaffeinated frappe for my sister and the barista told her they had a cookies and cream one. When we got our order the other barista called out a double chocolate frappe. When asked she said they don't have a cookies and cream option. The two baristas should really be on the same page if they are to work together read more

I love getting my Starbucks drink and stroll around Target to shop, but I have to say this is the most inconsistent of them all. Many times items are sold out (I know it happens, but MANY times, and often several items), but worst of all often it's closed. I don't understand how an organization like Target don't have trained back-up for lunch breaks or when scheduled staff call out. I have not experienced that issue at other in-store Starbucks. read more
