Went to chipotle and saw this Starbucks opposite .. wanted to have a quick cortado and refresh myself . Very nice location . Right on rt 1 .. very close to other supermarkets and restaurants... good parking facilities . Lots of space inside and outside .. sitting out on a summer day will be good . Service could be better ... the lady could have had a smile . She was really trying to be quick but didnt want to answer my questions .. place was empty ... cortado was good but not like other locations . It was still good enough to freshen me up. Having this Starbucks close to my office makes me a regular here. I mostly order via the app and by the time I arrive ten minutes later, my drink and food are ready. I have been here at least 15 times and my order has been correct every time. I like the atmosphere here and feel comfortable sitting on one of the couches by the big windows. I like that there's lots of natural light and that mostly the other customers here are quietly working on laptops. It's relaxing. The only reason I am taking away a star is that the drive-thru is somewhat harrowing. I have stopped using the drive-thru here and I recommend you do too! Just park and go inside and you'll have a great experience. read more

Since my last review, their coffee makers have been upgraded with regards to the technology, and they readily have different roasts available. Not to their fault, the location is extremely busy due to the high traffic of the area. That being said, if you order a specialty drink you have to wait longer than usual comparatively speaking to other Starbucks locations. I do have to say the staff is friendly in this location. read more

They have reasonable prices. I do come here quite often. My issue is with the fact that the restrooms were very dirty when I came in earlier today. The service here is good, but the service in the sense of cleaning the bathrooms is very low. Not sure i would recommend this location. I like the butter croisants they have though. read more

This Starbucks location is off of Route 1 South and has seating on the outside and inside. The staff here seem like they are tired or just don't know what they are doing. The cashier speaks way too low and we could not even hear her or really understand her. The person that called out the drinks just left the drinks on the counter and did not call it out for the customers. Green Iced Tea Lemonade: This drink was not sweet at all and did not have any tea or lemonade taste. It seemed like they threw a bunch of stuff into a cup and called it a Green Iced Tea Lemonade. It tasted like water and they even added more ice to it which made it more watered down. Overall: This was a waste of $4-$6 and a waste of my time. I was better off going to Dunkin Donuts or a nearby bubble tea shop instead. read more

Visiting businesses nowadays is almost like retail archeology. You look around, wonder how things were at one time (especially if you write Yelp reviews) and that is the experience I had at this Starbucks. Located on the 1, this branch of the coffee chain appears to be a more modern location (or at the very least, it was heavily renovated not too long ago). This is one of the few Starbucks shops I've ever visited where there was an outdoor seating area (which is now all packed up and not used). On top of that, the interior is huge. Keep in mind, I am used to many of the smaller kiosks you find littered around NJ in malls and such, so to see a Starbucks that seemed to have had plenty of seating space at one time is always memorable! Of course, all the seating is not set up because of Covid-19 and that is fine by me. There was still a very full staff behind the counter and man, the car traffic at the drive-thru window never let up the entire time I was there! Service fulfilled my three requirements: Fast Efficient and Friendly, so it was totes FEF (no, that's not a thing I just made that up). I ordered the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich and an Irish Cream Cold Brew. The sandwich was fantastic as always, with good spices in the Impossible patty along with a perfectly cooked (okay, reheated) bun. The Irish Cream Cold Brew was good, but I would have actually liked a tad more cold brew and bit less cream but I'm weird like that. I enjoyed my visit to this Starbucks, and I hope to visit it again in better times! read more

Great addition to the neighborhood. I've made several visits and every drink ordered has been perfectly delicious. Nice ambiance, plenty of room to relax for a bit or do some work. Cozy indoor seating and outdoor seating with umbrellas. Always nice and tidy. Staff has always been very nice and friendly. Drive thru staff is always friendly with a big smile. Drive thru staff even offered my PitBull in the backseat a "puppaccino" on the house. The baristas are overworked and underpaid, BIG time, so that's why this store takes a while sometimes. Almost every employee here is wonderful and works harder than they should trying to make a family's worth of drinks as fast as they can. And the number of entitled people that walk into the store who expect their drink to be made the second they paid for it...wow. I love coming here just because the atmosphere that the workers create is so positive and welcoming. You can tell the baristas have a good rapport with one another which contributes to a nice environment. Advice for customers no matter where you go: Dont give employees who work nonstop for 8+ hours who only get a 40 minute (total) UNPAID break shit for trying their best. If you want your fancy coffee that bad, either submit an application or learn patience like kids do. I'm back to give this place another horrible review. The worst customer service I've experienced in my whole entire life, and I cannot stress this enough. The worst customer service I've ever had at any Starbucks. Absolutely terrible, the staff obviously isn't following any customer service training but not even human decency, the older lady with short curly hair obviously hates her job and hates human interaction. So disappointing, the last 4 times I've been here have been terrible all around. Customer service is nonexistent and all my orders have been wrong. Just a mess. Management is to blame of course, starbucks will always make money but its just a shame to see a store go downhill like that, the staff was always great but the past few months its been awful. As someone who has previously worked for Starbucks for 7 years I have to say this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is slow and could care less about the speed of getting drinks out. The guy at the register couldn't even crack a smile when we made a joke. I am sitting here right now with no one on line and no one is working the bar and have been waiting over 20 minutes for my latte. This store is in serious need of management to teach them a thing or two about deployment and cafe walks. I had to give at least 1 star to post but I was going to give ZERO. I used to work at SB back in 2013 and let me tell you. Customer service has CHANGED. For the worse. Not friendly & if I didn't already pay through my SB app for my food/drinks I would have canceled it. Not only are they slow which is the least of my issues with them but the STAFF!! Horrible! & with all these reviews with the staff being rude and noncompliant why isn't management doing anything? Mia is the rudest of them all. I've gone so many times an hour before having to get to work and not only do I wait an extra 30 minutes after ordering on the mobile app but today she proceeded to ignore the fact that I was waiting and asked all the customers who came in after me what they were waiting for. When I told her that I've been waiting here for my drink she picks up my drink and goes "I ALREADY MADE IT" with the worst attitude - well I didn't know that because she never even said anything nor did I see her put anything down. I'm sorry you don't like your job or you're having a bad morning but paying customers don't have to deal with that. I wish I could show some kindness towards that but I even witnessed her today be rude to an employee which honestly, if I worked with someone who snapped at me I would feel uncomfortable to be there. Service is great. I went over there near closing time so there weren't that many people on the floor but my drink was made quickly and efficiently regardless. Eh, not a fan. I ordered a java chip frappuchino, and a chocolate chip cookie at the drive-thru. The chocolate chip cookie was ok, but the chocolate chips were a little too melted. The Java Chip Frappuchino was very watery, almost tasted like I was drinking chocolate bland water. Also halfway through the drink, I had trouble drinking the frap, which was a problem, because I never encountered that before! Staff seemed okay, nothing special! HUGE fan of Starbucks, but this location always gets my drink orders wrong. They also take forever to make the drinks. Staff member are unfriendly (always seem annoyed/tired) and very rude. Love that I got to pick up my order in the drive thru especially since it is cold out and I wouldn't want to get out of my car. The staff is very courteous. With that being said, today's order was a tiny bit of a bust. I took off one star because 1) I ordered the egg white sous vide bites and was given the ham and cheese when the label clearly says egg white and 2) I asked for 2 pats of butter for my bagel, got no butter. The barista was awesome, I ordered decaf caramel macchiato and the other barista came over and said that their water was shut off and that they can't server that. So I turned around and started heading towards my bike when the employee came out and handed me a gift card for the inconvenience. I told he didn't have to and that I understand the situation but he insisted. Then he came out another time and handed me my drink and he said that they fixed that water situation. LISTEN, Literally go to this Starbucks ALL THE TIME, every weekend because it's the closest to my home. HOWEVER, TODAY WAS THE LAST STRAW. Between the long drive thru lines & wait, and them almost never having full inventory. Today 05/28/22 I pulled up to an empty drive thru @5:10-15 PM. I waited. Suddenly the cashier camera came on and an older women with short curly hair appeared on the screen. Not paying me any attention. I waited patiently. She goes away for a while a few minutes pass and she appears again and no one has came to the monitor. I honk just to get someone's attention and get again nothing. At this point I am getting upset because I know for a fact she saw me because she looked at the screen a few times. She appeared on the screen again this time drinking a drink and looked at the screen again and kind of hid to the corner of the screen but I already saw her. Someone else pulls up to the drive way behind me and we both wait. I honk again and nothing. This time I pull up to notify them we were at the drive thru. 3 employees inside and not 1 of them notified us that the location apparently decided to close at 4 PM today. 1 young Asian guy, 1 short white guy with long hair and hat, and an older white lady. All noticed us and NOT 1 OF THEM LET US KNOW IT WAS CLOSED. A SIMPLE " WE ARE CLOSED IM SORRY" would've been enough for me. Instead I waited around to the point I became upset. Totally could have been avoided. THIS LOCATION CLEARLY NEEDS TO DO BETTER BASED ON THEIR PREVIOUS REVIEWS. The GM needs to do better. Read your reviews and work on your business. read more
