This place was so cute! I didn't get a chance to try there food or drinks but the golfing area was so fun, they had driving range, mini golf, and more. They even had the option for left and right handed, this included the clubs as well! The service was really nice everyone was super attentive and before we left we even got some complimentary water, read some books, and looked at someone the extra stuff the had around like clothing, matches, other books, and small putting area. It was super nice and relaxing my bf and I will definitely come here again!

I thought this place was only for golf but I was wrong! There's several comfy chairs and sofas to lounge about and do work. No need to play golf if you're not interested! There's also a counter where you can order your drinks. We opted for the peach iced tea which was super refreshing. There are several food options as well to munch on, but I did not try this time around. ty for reading :^)

I had been wanting to try this place for such a while now that I had it saved to my list. Finally had the chance to try this coffee shop. It's not only a coffee shop but you can also golf here too. The service was okay, I didn't really get greeted once I walked in. But when I received my drinks, the service changed, I always think it's important to greet each & every customer. Ambiance was calm & wonderful. I like how they have seating inside & the golf as well. Very aesthetic and cute. My partner had order an ice matcha latte with almond milk & it tasted very smooth. They actually have two different type of matcha they use which honestly makes it very unique. You don't really run into places that have two different matchas. One then was soft & creamy. And the other matcha was more green. Overall the matcha tasted super good. I order a salted caramel latte with oat milk & wow the flavor to the latte was so delicious, I finished it within 10 minutes. I would definitely come here again, it didn't disappoint . 10/10.

    Golf Simulator

Cool experience! We checked out one of the bays, and the concept is really impressive. The golf simulator offers a variety of features--you can putt, practice your aim, play on a virtual course, and more. After each session, the technology even records a clip of your swing so you can review your form. That said, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this for beginners. While it was fun to try, it seems best suited for those who are already familiar with golf and want to work on their technique. When I started out, some of my weaker hits didn't even register with the machine, so it might be frustrating if you're just learning! They also offer food and drinks from the café, and there's a membership option that grants discounts and a monthly quota for bay rentals. Overall, it was a cool experience--probably a one-time visit for me, unless you're really into golf.

I enjoyed the beverages I purchased. The Birdie ( Green Matcha w/ a shot of expresso) and the Strawberry matcha. Both were delicious and not overly sweet. The staff was great at explaining everything and made solid suggestions based on my preferences. The establishment itself looks cool and has a great vibe. I'd definitely try this place again.

Birdies & Lattes is such an excellent addition to Festival Plaza! I visited recently and tried an iced latte with chocolate, and also tried their iced chai latte. You can sub the milk for no additional cost! The iced latte was pretty good, but I really loved the chai! Their cheese danish was also decent. It was pretty soft and not too sweet. While we waited for our drinks, one of the employees, Paul, was kind enough to give us a tour of the facility. The technology in this place is so cool, and they even have a free golf area with fun games and experiences. The interior is gorgeous, and truly has a luxurious feel. I will say, food and drink is pricy, but I do feel it is reasonable considering the entertainment provided by Birdies & Lattes. I can't wait to go back!

This place was really cool! Golf + good coffee is such a great idea. It was pretty busy for Saturday mid day - I didn't get a chance to try the food but it seemed like people were enjoying it . The salted caramel coffee tastes soooo good!

An innovative idea, coffee and golf. We weren't greeted when we walked in and were kind of ignored for a few minutes while four people figured out one person's coffee order. When it was our turn, we ordered quickly, still without any friendliness. We got a matcha latte with oat milk and an oat milk latte. Both were too foamy to be considered lattes. And the matcha latte was super sweet. They have a small area that you can putt around for free, which was fun. But otherwise, not worth it for the drinks.

Cute cafe in Hmart plaza , although I only paid mind to the cafe part and not the golfing part. The merch was very curated and high-quality, as well as the whole overall design of the cafe. I would definitely come here to study/do work if I was in the area! The salted caramel latte was one of the best of its kind that I've had in a while, although a bit pricey. I liked that the cafe seemed to attract all kinds of people despite being in a highly asian area. It might be helpful to put signs at the stairways to get people upstairs since there's not usually too much traffic up there.

This place was highly recommended by my wife who has been here a few times. We just so happened to be in the area and decided to come here for coffee after lunch from across the street. This place is located on the 2nd floor so you'll need to take the elevator or the stairs on opposite ends of the 1st floor. As you walk in you'll notice the golf decor and ample amount of seating. It's a nicely decorated place catered to golfing enthusiasts or just catering to a different vibe overall. The staff is great and provides some excellent food and drink recommendations. I haven't tried the virtual golf simulator yet, but I'll definitely be coming back for that. Love being in Edison because I'd be here all the time.

Birdies & Lattes is a newly opened fun hang out spot on the 2nd floor of one of the newly constructed structures in the HMart plaza. They just opened this week and are in their soft launch. I peeked in through the windows and one of the staff, who saw me, invited me in. It's a really big space and a cool hangout spot! There are bays for each group where you can sit, snack, drink and play golf virtually. You use a real club and hit a golf ball against a screen. You can even see a recorded version if you want to track your progress. There is seating behind each screen for your group while they wait their turn to hit the ball. We checked out the place and were offered a 10 minute free demo trial. We decided not to do the trial today (due to time constraints) but we did order a matcha latte and a coffee to go. They have a cafe section to order beverages and pastries. There's a couple of small tables for eating in but I think the majority of the customers will probably purchase their beverages and pastries to eat in the golfing area. There's also a free putting section for practicing. The matcha latte is very good! The staff whisked my matcha with a real matcha whisk and poured it into a cup of steamed milk.

    Christine B.

Birdies and Lattes is a nice way to spend few hours hitting a few balls, have some eats and kick back. Its in a great location. You can grab some food there or opt to eat at the many places that are literally a few steps away. The set up has a lounge vibe with friendly staff to assist you with the bays as well as beverages and food. It's a nice option to a regular outdoor range and also trendier option than Golf Cave which is a bit more no frills. Location is great but depending on what time you decide to comes be prepared to deal with chaotic parking situation. Weekends (lunchtime and after) is when you will see the cars stalking people for their parking spot.

    Erica N.

The Iced Birdie Matcha with oat milk was delicious :) Such a cute place. Friendly staff.

My husband and I wanted a venue we could bring our own catering into and have a comfortable size wedding we can put our own touch on - rather than the typical catering hall. This is a completely DIY space, however they do provide tables, chairs. Everything else you bring in yourself, which is exactly what we wanted. Pictures don't do this place justice, the light that comes through the windows and how open and spacious it feels made us really fall in love with Greenhouse Loft. It also has a really unique vibe with the old wooden floors, factory windows, and the painted brick walls. I was in constant communication with Arnold and Veronica throughout the whole experience. We met with Arnold at the venue multiple times and was more than happy to walk though everything with us. Veronica was absolutely amazing with corresponding to emails and going over details as well as handing any questions and concerns I had. By the week of the event I was completely confident in all the arrangements made since Veronica made sure to go over everything with me. The wedding couldn't have gone better and smoother. Getting into the venue was easy and all the vendors were able to find the venue. It helps to have that driveway space leading to the door so they had access right to the door to load/unload. Our photographer had a field day with the natural lighting and our guests gave us so many compliments the space itself and how awesome it was. We even had a few people who loved it so much they we talking about having their own parties there. Veronica and Arnold went above and beyond and made this experience a breeze. They even surprised us with a personalized sign that was put in front of the driveway leading guests inside. When we needed anything they were quick to help us the day of too. If I had to provide any negative it would be that we had a few people uninvited come into the venue without our consent during the wedding. We had to tell them to leave since it was a private event. Even though we had a sign that said a wedding was going on, possibly roping off the driveway once the party begins would definitely help solve that issue. That single negative though held no bearing to how amazing our wedding was, how much we loved the venue, and how great Veronica and Arnold were at helping to coordinate the event. DON'T HESITATE TO BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE!!

All the food was good, except the fish and chips was batter and very little fish. The old school ambiance is really nice.
