First time to this location. Fantastic location right on rt 27 and close to many other spots. .. there is a drive through , which makes it more convenient. The shop is big. There is a good amount of space inside too. Lots of place to sit and drink a hot cup of coffee. Service was great . Always a big fan of Starbucks coffee . They are much better than Dunkin. Had cortado with oat milk and it was super good. Have become a fan of cortado since the day they introduced it few months back . Regular black coffee was also good . Only thing which is always disappointing in Starbucks is their food . Why don't they stop sellling food and just concentrate on coffee ? Their food is like airline food , - no taste , no flavor ! Nice spacious store with drive thru and lots of parking. Store has lots of places to seat and lots of good quality merchandises. All drinks and confectionery items are available to order. The lines were short when we visited. Ordered were made pretty quickly. All baristas were very friendly. The store can use little bit of clean up. We saw lots of sticker and paper laying around on the floor. read more

I ordered an iced lavender cream matcha latte and I don't think that's what I got. Place was only drive through so I couldn't even go and ask them in person what I got. The foam looks really separated and questionable and not lavender or taste like lavender. I feel like they added their normal cream to it even though this latte was a special. Was hoping to try the lavender cream but instead got this sham. Super disappointed, the only way I'd go back here is for the BOGOs or free birthday drinks. read more

Pretty consistent experience at this location. Line was really long for the drive-thru but it moved relatively quickly and the employees are always nice. I enjoyed my pistachio Frappuccino. It started to melt a bit by the time I got it but again it was a long line so not a big deal. I recommend this location if you are a Starbucks fan. read more

I can't believe the town actually allowed for the zoning of this location. If you are parked, often times it's a wait to back out of the spot as the drive thru line runs through the parking lot and the parking lot is tiny. The hours are random. Sometimes they are open, other times not, even within the posted business hours. Same with mobile ordering. I had a horrible experience on Sunday. Placed a mobile order and went to pick it up and literally was not allowed in the store. I was advised I had to go through the drive thru. The line was ridiculous and while a staff member from inside should have delivered items to those of us with mobile orders, this did not occur. The least customer centric Starbucks I've ever been too. Corporate has not addressed my concerns. read more

When you can't order online, don't even bother going to the store because twice already, I go to the store and there is a small sign taped on the door that the store is not open. The least they could do is to tape a bigger sign on the driveway entrance so people do not waste their time driving into the lot and parking. The sign is so small that I also waste my time walking up to the door just to read it. There were two people inside the store so it would not have occurred to me that the store was closed since I went during the hours it is supposed to be open, according to their website. If you do happen to catch it open and are not using the drive-through (which could be very long), always back into your parking space or you will have a heck of a time getting out of that poorly designed parking lot. read more

A drive-through Starbucks! First ever! Yeah! And yet they managed to screw it up. Dear Starbucks, drive-through is all about convenience. It's not convenient when you don't have decaf coffee. You know who has decaf coffee? Dunkin Donuts, 5 minutes down the road on Green St. They have a drive-through too. And regular coffee. All at the same place. One trip, not two. Another thing, you need to have a talk with the people who built your shop. The drive-through lane? It's tight even for a shopping cart, never mind a motor vehicle. The guard rail is already scuffed up. That's not because of bad drivers, it's bad design. Look at all the rubber on your curbs. Y'know, they have people who design stores and parking lots who have done drive-throughs. It's too late for this store, but next time you spend a million bucks building one, you might give your driveway a thought. But I digress. Twice now I've gone there and no decaf for my companion. There's not going to be a third trip. I can only imagine what would happen if I ordered something complicated, like, I don't know, a large with 2 sugars. But a black decaf? It doesn't really call for a highly trained barista, now does it. The staff were nice. The wait was too long though. Oh yeah, how about a sign that says "Order Here". I didn't know which advertisement box to talk to. Come on man! You were So on the right track with this idea! It could have been a home run! I typically don't write reviews even when the service isn't the greatest. However, I was really displeased with my visit to this Starbucks - particularly with one of the baristas. My husband and I stopped in around 9 am on Memorial Day and the inside was completely empty. This particular barista gave us a look when we walked in with no greeting at all. We stood in front of the register and while she was making drinks right next to the register didn't even acknowledge that we were there while being 2 ft away from me. Another barista finally came over and was incredibly kind and took my order. Afterwards, the first, rude, barista made my drinks and gave the first order and forgot extra ice (which is completely fine) however when she gave me my second drink she just put it in front of me and walked away and said nothing. I then said "excuse me", and she still kept walking away and from far said "yes". I then asked for extra ice. I came out of the Starbucks feeling incredibly dissatisfied. I get it, working in food and beverage can be exhausting and tiring but it's not an excuse to be intentionally rude. This is not the first time I've experienced this with other starbucks. read more

Staff is very rude, unfortunately they only offer "drive thru only" and "mobile pickup" but when you order online you can't distinguish for in store pickup and It won't let you. Definitely travel a little further and go to the next Starbucks. read more

Terrible service. I ordered 2 beverages at 4:48p & waited til 5:15p to just receive only one of my orders. The barista was looking at me like I was crazy and she's gave me an attitude and asked why I was just standing there. I explained to her I was waiting on another drink. She said there was no other drinks & I showed her my receipt and she immediately became defensive. She's started going on how it's not her fault she only does what the stickers tell her to do. First of all, the sticker on the cup I did receive said "order 2 of 2". So where's the first order? This Starbucks closes indoor spaces frequently for no reason and no sign. As described in the other reviews, the parking and drive-through route is a disaster. Once you enter their parking/drive-through trap and find that their door is locked after finally having your car parked, another 30 minutes is there for you waste to get out. They always forget soy! If you are lactose intolerant I recommend going somewhere else because this Starbucks always seems to forget to add soy milk in replace of whole milk or coconut milk and I wasted money by being charged an extra $.70 just for milk that isn't even the correct one this is ridiculous. read more

This new location seems to have a lot nicer staff, unlike to their old location next to LouCus. I enjoy coming to this Starbucks compared to other locations. They always make my drink orders correct. On the downfall, their parking lot was designed terribly. Not a good idea to have a drive-thru run through the parking lot, making it almost impossible to leave once parked. read more

Ordered a grande iced green tea latte today and received a grande cup of MILK with ice and green food coloring. In case you were wondering, I did stir the drink, and tastes horrible. If I wanted milk, I would have went to Target and gotten a gallon for the same price as this cup. Will be going elsewhere next time. read more

I never post reviews but had to today because of the kindness of the staff at this Starbucks. This is the first time I had to order their coffee for my dad who is in the hospital and wasn't sure how to order it. She said I did it perfect and to pay at the window. Once I got to the window they said the coffee was on them. I said why? They said we just want your dad to get better! You can't get better customer service then that! And to top it off they wrote "Get Well Soon" on the lid for my Dad to see! Thank you all to the staff at this location for the kindness you have shown today. read more

This is the Starbucks I usually go to. Friendly, quality baristas make your food or drink quickly. I've never had a problem here and I always feel welcomed. As for the quality of the food and drink, it's Starbucks so it's pretty much the same anywhere you go, but I will say they make it on par with the Starbucks standard here. They have 4 small tables inside, 3 small tables outside and a bar style seeing along the wall opposite the baristas. All in all I feel like the people are friendly and that's why I choose to come to this Starbucks. read more

Staff is generally rude here, and give attitude for no particular reason. They are closed on random days each week this last week they were closed on Wednesday and Thursday with no reasoning. Kayla provided an excellent experience from the minute I called to follow-up on my mobile order to having it ready and perfect the minute I pulled up. During these times of COVID-19, the service does not go unnoticed. She was warm and friendly and really made my week. They don't know how to make standard frappes. I received a frappacino half full while other half was foam so I paid for a large and got a small. Pretty much I paid for air. Then I called headquarters to let them know they said we will send you a $15 card and I never got that and that was about 3 months ago. I also went to another Starbucks same issues. I hate writing this but I feel it was time. Every time I come to this location I leave annoyed. No customer service at all. All I hear is them complaining about their jobs and other personal conversations. No one even smiles. I thought Starbucks was supposed to be one of those places where customer service is top priority. I don't know, maybe times are changing. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years in management and we always looked for certain personalities during the hiring process. This place didn't look very clean either. This location moved a block down on RT 27 and I love everything about it. Great service from all of the employees (I think I've experienced the best service from all the Starbucks I've been to at this location), drinks are made really well, there's seating inside and outside so it's nice hang out or study spot (plenty of outlets). Pretty clean, someone's usually keeping an eye out on the tables and wiping them as customers leave. Highly recommend this location. Management is doing a good job! read more

Very slow service even though it wasn't incredibly busy. The manager was wiping up the counter instead of serving guests. One person was making drinks and also making food. The cashier was only working the register. Essentially one staff person was serving customers while the rest couldn't be bothered. My drink was overfilled so much so that when I held it with adequate pressure it spilled onto my shirt. I asked the manager for a napkin and she pontificated on whether or not she had paper towels but the napkins were upfront. Unreal. read more

I asked her to please warm it up for me and she responded my oven is off because we're closing @ 10:30 and it's late. I just looked at her like what?! So she started to huff and puff, walking back and forth in front of the little over muttering that the oven was already cooling off and the work it would take to turn on . How annoying !
