Walked up to find 2 teenage patrons asking the barista which ones were theirs, and the barista watched them try all 4 coffees awaiting pickup.... Which were not theirs. I overhead the barista and the girls talking about my coffee and the name on my order. After they left, the barista immediately went to the other side of the restaurant and no one was making coffee anymore. I had to interrupt the front desk cashiers whispering to each other and giggling while a line of 3+ people waited. They told me that my coffee was up, at the other side of the restaurant, and I should have heard it. Terrible professionalism and customer service. Plus all that for an average coffee. Cute place, ok coffee, bad service- it's a no go from me.

The menu has classic regular coffee and their signature cold brew, matcha, tea, and fizzies (flavored seltzer drinks). I would definitely come back again
