For some reason I'm notorious for ordering my drink at the wrong location. (I definitely need to work on that) I came in and waited for my drink to be made and it never came. Rachel had asked me what drink I was waiting for and when I showed her my receipt we realized it was ordered to the wrong location. With no question she made my drink for me so I didn't have to drive all the way to the other location. (Which I had no time to drive to) On top of that Rachel made my drink the best I have ever had before. (My drink is not the simplest one to make) Too often I see others only making negative one star reviews. So, I thought I would bring some positivity to this lovely Starbucks. General Starbucks. Medium list/amenities and menu items. Usually just go to the one in King Soopers closer to my house. This store is open fairly late. Drive thru. Indoor seating. Outdoor seating but it's definitely not "spacious." Staff was prompt but seemed irritated to serve me. Sat outside and answered some emails. Had my coffee then drove off in my Audi. Seriously though, shared parking lot. Depending on the time of day you may get lucky. Try parking on a nearby side street or even at Sloan's Lake. Dunkin Donuts down the street if you dig that coffee or their pastries/donuts more. A Starbucks is a Starbucks. If this is your local spot you know the crew and setup. Haven't been wowed any of the times I've visited this location. Drive through seems speedy. The pickup counter and auger station is clean and orderly. Meh otherwise. read more

although the Starbucks is at a great location, the service is always terrible. The drinks are never on time when you mobile order. They take at least 20 minutes to make one simple Venti iced chai tea. They never seem to follow instructions correctly when you ask them for something special in your drink. And the manager is mean when you ask her to fix something for you. she doesn't seem eager to help and she doesn't seem eager to do her job and most of their employees just seem to be completely disassociated. they have absolutely no remorse if your coffee makes you extremely late for work, even when you mobile order. read more

Well, I like this Starbucks, they made my chocolate icy frap with love and my friend thought so too. Almost tasted like a sweet dessert, than a drink. Sometimes I like to grab a spoon and eat out the rest like a rebel. I'm totally okay with that. The iced caramel vanilla cream frappe is also another good taste. Not so much melting, and very sweet. A sneaky drive-thru location because it's on the cap end of a strip mall. Just drive around back! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a latte after a morning gym class. The sandwich was taking a bit longer, so they asked me to pull around front so the others behind me didn't have to wait for their morning joe. Staff brought out my piping hot sandwich to my car. Yesterday, I went to Starbucks in Edgewater. I don't know if it is me or that Starbucks really is going down hill but this is the second Starbucks I have been to lately where the service was just so-so and the coffee is watered down. Today I made a decision to go back to the little coffee shops and give them my business instead of big corporate places like Starbucks. I used the facilities and the bathroom was a mess and the lobby? Don't ask. None of the tables were bused and the staff was not busy, so I was wondering why the mess and lack of service. Here's the clincher though, I asked if they had WiFi and the barista said simply this, "You have to pay for it. You can buy a Starbucks Gift Card and then log on to the system and put in the necessary information and then you can use the Internet." I walked away scratching my head. Why would I want to do that, when I can go to a mom and pop establishment, get great service, get better coffee and WiFi for free? I walked out and went to my favorite coffee shop called Forza, in Westminster. read more

Mike and I drink a lot of coffee. We make a lot at home and many times go to one of the many locally owned shops. Yet this is one of our favorites. The staff and location have a lot to do with it. The staff is always friendly. The location is perfect. We sit outside on the patio on the sofa facing Sloan's Lake. It's perfect. NOTE: Very few plugs for a laptop, none outside. This is a bummer. Anti-Starbuck's note: I realize there are folks who very much dislike Starbuck's. My perspective comes from being gay and being vegan. When Starbuck's began offering same-sex partner benefits back in 90's, they offered them everywhere, in places where it was tough to be out and gay. This was huge. And when they began to offer soy milk for your coffee (even though I drink mine black), they offered it everywhere, even in places where they had no idea what a vegan was. For these two reasons I can support Starbuck's. read more

I feel like Starbucks across the board have similar quality when it comes to food and drinks. I can really only judge them on location, service, and speed. This location is extremely convenient for me being right on Sheridan and close to my house. Patio is small but nice as it's right across from Sloan's Lake. Service and speed are both usually top notch. The drive thru attendants are nice and friendly. Even if you pull into the drive thru and see several cars, it never takes more than a couple minutes. read more

Talk about a Starbuck's with a great location! This one sits off Sheridan directly across from Sloan's Lake with views of the water and the city in the distance. The drive thru is a popular one and kind of a tight fit back behind the building and the alley. It is your usual 'bucks fare, but they are quick and the scenery is nice. read more

Do not buy coffee from here! I bought coffee from them and went to walk around the lake. They had me towed! I was gone for 30 minutes and came back to no car! This location has a leg up on the competition because of its amazing view of Sloan's Lake and downtown. Update! They totally treat me like family here. I walked in this morning needed a little extra caffeine than my normal coffee provides. I announced to the lady behind the counter that my wife had just given birth to a new baby girl. The coffee is pretty run of the mill stuff you'd expect at any Starbucks. The staff was really friendly though. Wi-fi is decent. I wish there were more places to sit actually. If you're lucky, they have one particularly comfy corner to sit in. read more

Nice view of the Lake but the inside of the store gets uncomfortably hot when the sun shines in through the large window. There are no fans inside and it did not seem like there was any air conditioning on. When I asked an employee if they could turn some air on, they curtly replied there was nothing they could do bc they don't have access to the air conditioning.
