Yummy treat but definitely a little pricey for what it was. They also didn't have straws and it's a drink that needs it because of the little pieces in the drink so it didn't feel like it was very easy to drink it together. But the place was super clean and the people working here were super kind and fast and hard working and I watched them help a family out in a very nice way. So that's what the 5 stars is for :) great group working here. read more

Location, Space and Service is great ....but music is ALWAYS crazy loud and not conducive to meeting with friends or studying.

Thought that on the way to a baseball game, since we had plenty of time, it would be nice to just get a cup of coffee. When ordering, the barista decided not to pay much attention to us and instead was doing other things while "taking our order". She literally said "sorry I'm multitasking". She realized what she was doing but still wouldn't put anything down to help us. My father had to repeat his drink multiple times since she was not paying attention. Then, after this experience we went to sit and wait for our drinks, we ended up waiting for 15 minutes before my father got up and went to ask what was happening, we then needed to tell another barista our order again, she said she would make them "right now," but instead made one drink, and then wandered around apparently stocking shelves. Another barista then came up to us to ask what we needed and we told her what was happening and how we are now going to miss our train. She then continued to try and put their problems on us and make it seem like they are not in the wrong. About another 7 minutes later we finally got the second drink and left. What was supposed to be a quick little stop to get some coffee ended up being about 25 minutes and a missed train. read more

This is a great Starbucks due to its drive thru option and great seating arrangements. I like the huge communal table and ample seating by the windows overlooking S. Golden. Although the baristas are a little slower than normal, they are friendly. I'm curious to see how this place is when it's busy. We came on a very cold, snowy morning and it was empty. I'm sure when it's warmer, there must be a line in the drive thru and the baristas might be a little more animated. There were like 6 of them kinda just chilling and talking story. Ironically, they were talking about Starbucks gift cards from Hawaii.... I should have pulled mine out. I like that Starbucks has a rewards program and that they offer different promos throughout the year. Like half off frappuccinos from 3-5!!! Idk if very many people take advantage of this offer in Colorado though haha!! read more

The food and drinks are alright, I don't order anything other than the iced chai tea. Occasionally I will get food but the past few times I've been to this location they have never made my chai tea right, it always just taste like milk. Nobody wants to buy $6 milk. The Staff here is incredibly rude and they don't consider anybody's time. They make you wait for your drinks 15 minutes tops. The place Overall is alright. tables are always dirty and never wiped down. read more

I ordered two large cambros of coffee and an assortment of 100 pastries for a conference I was organizing. I scheduled it three days in advance for a 7 a.m. pickup, and the morning I went to pick it up it wasn't ready until 7:45 a.m. I had 100 people waiting on me for breakfast and was super stressed about the situation. The manager did not apologize, just complained about how awful her day was and made me feel like it was my fault. The pastries were all individually wrapped, not warmed, and tasted stale. Nobody helped me to my car, which took four trips lugging the huge coffee containers, box of pastries, cups, etc. They included abouot 15 sugars (the cambros serve 80 people each), and didn't include any creamer. On top of it all, they refused to honor our tax exempt status as a nonprofit. I ended up paying it because it was so late and the manager clearly didn't know what to do. I went back to have the tax refunded today and the new manager working didn't even try to help, just told me to come back another day when the general manager was working. I've been a nonprofit event planner for 15 years and have never experienced this. Unfortunately, the store needs some serious training in protocol and customer service. Definitely go elsewhere if you have an important event. read more

My biggest complaint is that they keep blocking the driveway to go all the way around! A lot of us have to go left and can't. That driveway has always been open and it's so dumb that all of a sudden we can't go to the round about anymore. Leave the driveway open read more

The music at this Starbucks is obnoxiously loud. You cannot have a conversation or hear yourself think. I go to a coffee shop to meet friends, talk, read, study, or relax, none of which are possible when the music is so loud you can hear it in the parking lot. read more

OK.. Let's be fair, the place is good and nice to sit and chat with your friends and family. However, my experience with drive thru was not pleasant. First time, I hade a grande hot Americano, it wasn't hot. My mistake was not to taste the drink at location because I trust them. I end up not to drink it, I really can't drink it. Second time was today, I had venti triple Carml Macchiato (extra hot), again the drink was not even hot :( .. I'm still want to drink it but I can't. So that is my problem with this Starbucks. I love Starbucks and I've been a gold member for long time.. But this Starbucks was made me mad. read more

I wont lie, Starbucks has vey tasty drinks and snacks... but the prices. It is really expensive compared to a coffee made at home with a pack of sugar and some cream. Granted the quality is not as great but the price is compensation for this. Recommended if you have a few extra bucks lying around and you want a tasty drink or snack. read more

I'm glad there's a new drive through Starbucks in the area. It's pretty convenient to get in and out of, and save for the occasional slow line, they can get you in and out pretty quickly. Some of the employees are still pretty new, even though they opened a few months ago, because it was the first time they worked the mobile pay on the app. Anyway, they're pretty friendly and I know I'll be back. read more

Someone needs to teach them how to make a latte. I went there with a personal cup and got something that looks like milk coffee. Asked them to do it again and got the same thing. No crema on top and both times it looked like it had been dumped in from another cup (I've seen that done before). Maybe they don't understand that some of us are looking for more that just sugared up coffee drinks. Obviously they've never been to Italy! But really? Just dump it all together? Twice? Loud - difficult to carry on a conversation. Impossible to make a phone call. Left with a headache even after wearing earphones.

My friends and I have been coming here for the past three weeks to have study days because we're all in college. Keep in mind COVID-19 is STILL a thing and not under control. Not once did we see the employees sanitize ANYTHING and we'd be there for at least 5 hours every time we went. There is also a guy there, tall, usually wears a hat I believe and maybe glasses. He has the worst attitude. There were crumbs where I wanted to sit and so I politely asked for a sanitizing towel, already doing HIS job as a customer which is complete bs but I was still as nice as possible. When I asked he had the worst attitude and said "uhhh...yeah" as if I was in the wrong. Absolutely awful customer service by him. Not to mention the fact he was extremely rude to his coworkers as well and kept yelling at them in front of all of the customers in there. How embarrassing and disrespectful can you be? Honestly. I am a partner at another Starbucks, just five miles down the road and I am shocked by how poor nearly all of my experiences have been. The standard is not followed, drinks are constantly made incorrectly and they act exasperated when asked to remake the drink. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as they are new. But I recently found out that there are many people there who have been with the company for years. Years! The only thing they don't mess up is the food which is prepackaged and is prepared via settings on an oven. You can't mess that up, now can you? Although I would be surprised if they managed it. As a test, I ordered the same drink five times. Nothing overly complicated but nevertheless important. 2/5 were made correctly. 1/5 was perfect, hence the rating given. Step it up G3. read more

I love this Starbucks from the standpoint​ that there is a drive-thru​ option for people that are on the go. Before school, during lunch, or after school, I go here to grab a quick drink if I run out of time in the morning. If you need to study for exams or just hang out with your friends it's​ a great place to relax. However, in the morning​ it gets really crazy and the baristas seem like they are almost slowing down. They are friendly but it still takes a while to get a drink in a quick time. Also if you are in a rush the drive-thru​ gets packed really fast but other than that, it's​ a good place to be. read more
