Bert obviously has social issues as I read other complaints where Bert's more interested in proving his point rather than just taking care of his customers. I would avoid using this business due to the sheer lack of customer service from the staff. In attempting to communicate with Bert, the business owner, is like dealing with a 5 year old in the midst of an epic tantrum, wanting a blue tube of M&M's and won't stop screaming until he embarrasses his parents enough , they finally break down and gives their brat the M&M's. So sad and pathetic. After nearly a week late delivery attempt, I refused delivery and Bert, the business owner has become unhinged and is now making threats of credit card fraud. I forgot to add, the charge back dispute was successful and my credit card has already posted a full refund. It's hard to believe Bert does not have better and more productive things to attend to, than argue over $39.00.

Having received a gift box set of Indian spices, this was our first visit to a Penzeys store. Penzeys is a candy shop for cooks with its quality herbs, spices and blends. We think its early reputation was established with its extensive line of cinnamon. Most spices are available in small and large jars and larger size bags. You can sample a spice by just buying a small pouch. Penzeys also sells their own spice blends such as salad dressing blends and pie spice blends. We enjoyed our visit to Penzeys - everything is arranged alphabetically so it was easy to find what we needed (and what we wanted but did not need :o). There are open jars to smell the spices. We purchased a few jars of spices and look forward to visiting again.

Kim, Sharona, Emory and Martin are super knowledgeable and make the time spent in class fun too. They had to scramble this year to make an online program, in the middle of our class (when Covid hit), and I have to say, Bravo! They didn't miss a beat. It was my lifeline through the lockdown and my class became very close. The curriculum is superb and well rounded. The gardening weekend, medicine making, plant identification and the retreat were the highlights for me. It's so cool to see how the plants work and truly help heal people, like they have for thousands of years. You will leave this school feeling inspired to change the world, one person and one plant at a time.
