Amazing service by Jake, clean place, good smoothies and even was able to make the good old ones not on the menu anymore.

After a fun day of exploring Red Rocks, we were in need of some hydration. We looked up smoothie places on the Yelp app and came across Jamba. Jamba is my favorite smoothie place, so it was an easy decision to stop in for a drink. Jackson was the only employee working. He was extremely nice and did a great job of explaining the menu and ingredients in some of the smoothies. My friend wanted the Orange Carrot Twist. Jackson went to the back to make it, but came back out shortly after to let her know that the carrots were not washed and prepped. He offered to clean them but informed us it would take some time. My friend told him not to worry about it and ended up ordering a Purely Orange which she enjoyed. I didn't realize it, but the Fresh Juice beverages are not offered at every location. I went with the Watermelon Breeze with a Daily Vitamin + Zinc boost. It was so good and refreshing! They have a dairy free version of the Watermelon Breeze that I will have to try on my next visit. Jackson was having issues with the wi-fi so I wasn't able to scan the app to earn points. He printed a receipt for me and I was able to scan the QR code to get the points retroactively. There are not many Jamba juices in Colorado but the two that I visit this is my favorite. It's just not a headache to get to. The service is super fast and the drinks are consistent. They recently gave the ability to add the Tajin to smoothies and I highly suggest it. It added so much to the white Gummi and I can only imagine what it would do for flavors like mango a go go. The blend expert working while I was in was fast and had good suggestions. I appreciate the help and actual opinions because I'm so indecisive when it comes to choices. read more

There was only a single employee here, but I have to say, he was in a really pleasant mood, very friendly, conversational, and (is it okay to say this?) super cute, LOL. I wish I got his name because he deserves recognition for such a good job. When I let slip we were from Texas and there are so few Jambas out there, he was inquisitive about if we were headed home, and even wished us safe travels! Aww, that's so nice! He helpfully asked if I had a rewards account (which after not getting to enjoy Jamba for 3+ years, I'd completely forgotten about) and found it with my phone number; there was even a coupon he applied! Can't believe it was still valid after so long, ha. When he made my merry cranberry orange smoothie, he had some leftover after filling my large size and very kindly offered to put it in a small cup for me. Yippee!! (I've seen employees at similar places toss the extra before and it always makes me sad to see the waste and not just give your customers a smile.) It was also FREAKING DELICIOUS. Holy moly. I'd been tempted to get one of my fave old-standby flavors but I'm so glad I tried the new flavor. YOU GOTTA TRY IT. OKAY?? The bathroom was reasonably clean and readily available for anyone. After ordering I noticed the young man fixing an order before our order. He had a wrist band on, I ask him what the band was for. It was going into the bowl he was working on. He said he went to a concert. I ask him to put gloves on. I said the band was not clean and ask him not to fix my order, that I wanted the order employee. He told me to SHUT UP and HE DIDN'T CARE. The order employee kept telling him to stop. After she prefixed part of my order, he turns around and yell, THAT IS GONNA BE DIRTY, To eat. I have never been treated so rude by an employee. My only concern was that band was not clean. I told him, he had no idea what he carried on that wrist band, from a public concert. That COVID was still here. That is when the rudeness started, Shut up, I don't care. I planned to call and ask to speak with the General manager. read more

When I walked in I had to wait for someone to come take my order. I think I disturbed his sleeping and he wasn't very hospitable. It took longer than expected to make my açaí bowl. He had to go to the back to get strawberries which took him quite a while. It made me think: What is he doing? He wasn't friendly! The açaí bowl was melted when I ate it. So I just want to say that I normally don't write reviews because I worked in the service industry and I know how it is, but I must write this one. I live in Golden and don't come here often, but I decided to go this morning for a breakfast pick me up. The gal who was working wouldn't stop staring at me as if it was a problem I came in. I asked her what time they opened thinking maybe I came too early and her response was "trust me the door wouldn't be unlocked if we weren't opened" although that was my question, I just brushed it off my shoulders. She made me an açaí bowl and a pretzel. As she was packing my pretzel I saw it fall onto the floor. I saw her look up to see if I saw it but clearly she didn't get that I did and she just rewrapped it. I kindly asked her if she dropped it on the floor (trust me I hate being a Karen, so this was big of me to do) and her response was "no mam". I can't help but think how gross and dishonest that was. Even though I took the pretzel and decided to go on about my day, I threw it in the trash. Bummed about wasting my time and money on a this encounter. read more

I am really, really not the reviewing type of person, but I'm going through a hard time right now and this really bummed me out this morning. I guess keep that in mind, maybe I'm just being dramatic? I just placed an order through Uber Eats for one 22oz Purely Orange, one 16oz Purely Carrot, and an oatmeal. I received two Purely Carrots, one 22oz and one 16oz, and no oatmeal. Now I love Jamba, and I used to work at Jamba, and I was super excited for some Jamba this morning. Left a tip too because retail and service industry is hard, and from personal experience it makes my day feel a little better. But this kinda sucked. Big time. Maybe it was a little bit of both from the Jamba employees and the Uber driver, but I don't know. And I got a refund thankfully, but I still feel sad. read more

My daughter was in town from KC, and said she, "wanted lots of Jamba Juice." She loves her smoothies, but Jamba Juice isn't in Kansas. Everything was fine with our order. Smoothie satisfied her craving. They even poured the extra into a little cup for me. But the bathroom! It was filthy, and I wasn't able to get soap out of the dispenser (double gross). Informed, the front they were out of soap, and the guy at the counter told me something about it being broken, and what convoluted thing I needed to do to make it work. The floors looked half mopped, sink half cleaned. In fact the restroom, could use a deep clean and makeover, along with the front of the store that appears run down, and in need of some freshening. Like someone cares about their store. Again smoothie was great, but the store is looking worn down, and uncared for. Glad I had hand sanitizer in my car! read more

I have been coming here a lot usually with great a experience. However today the staff at the front was very rude to me alone with other customers. Clearly she didn't want to be there and wanted all the customers to know. I felt disrespected and disappointed she had ruined my experience there. Great location, amazing service! Being the rebel that I am, I walked up to the door at 6:55 on a Wednesday morning. I was expecting to be told that they didn't open until 7, but to my surprise, the door was open and I was greeted with a cheery hello! The employee on duty explained that he wouldn't be able to ring me up until 7, but that he would get started on my peach perfection in the meantime. While I waited, another employee walked in and greeted me with a big smile. I was amazed! Even early in the morning, these employees were happy and ready to provide excellent customer service. This place was terrible. The store is very dirty. The staff were all wearing masks that hung off one ear. What purpose does that serve? The guy who made my drink started throwing stuff in the blender then began to pour my drink that was the consistency of water. When I asked if that was right he said no but still proceeded to pour it into the cup. When I asked him to make it the right consistency he rolled his eyes and threw a little more ice and fruit into the blender. My watermelon breeze tasted nothing like watermelon. I like Jamba Juice regularly, but this one location was so nice I thought they deserved a review all on their own. You see, yesterday Sir Nicholas and I went to Colorado Mills on a shorts shopping excursion. (As summer comes to a close and fall rolls in, Nick loves to take an annual trip to the mall and buy shorts on sale that he can wear next summer.) After several hours I wanted a drink and a snack, but the amazing line up of mall court food wasn't really doing it for me so we headed across the road to Jamba Juice for a drink/snack combo. I placed an order for a regular fruit smoothie and paid and then realized they had fruit and vegetable smoothies here and one was made with beets! Being a huge fan of beets these days I had to have it. So I asked the counter guy if I could change my order. Not only did he let me change it, he didn't even charge me the extra cost of the smoothie (it was more expensive than my first choice.) So, excellent customer service and a beet/berry smoothie won me over at this location of Jamba Juice. read more

Jamba's product is so simple and perfect it's probably not possible to screw it up, but that doesn't mean it's not awesome all the same. The menu had changed since we'd been, but the crew still knew the old items (Protein Berry Pizazz, Citrus Squeeze, etc), and were happy to make them for us. I think that this location is really hit or miss. I continue to go to this location because it really is convenient for me but I feel like the quality of my smoothies / bowls really depend on who is working. That being said, I have been a fan of Jamba Juice's products for a long time now. I typically get the pre-boosted or all fruit smoothies. The protein berry workout and the acai super-antioxidant are two of my favorite smoothies. I like to stay away from any sherbet or sorbet in my smoothies and so I like that I can sub for greek yogurt instead. I also recently tried one of the fresh squeezed juices which was really very tasty. Currently, my favorite item on the Jamba menu is the acai primo bowl. The base of this bowl is thick, flavorful and pairs well with the granola and fruit toppings. read more

Problems here folks. Not with the smoothies - they're predictably good. Not with the staff - they are pleasant and efficient. Problems are with the technology. Online ordering hasn't worked for weeks. Now, today, they couldn't find their scanner to honor an email coupon. Pretty primitive and archaic in today's world, and just not acceptable. read more

This Jamba Juice (née Zuka Juice) was a favorite hangout of mine when I was in High School and it continues to be a place that I enjoy to spend warm days (or even cold days). The quality of the smoothies uphold the lofty standards expected by most Jamba Juice locations and the service leaves little to be desired. There is always a prompt and friendly face greeting you at the counter. There is always a chuckle when you give them an obviously fake name because sometimes Scott just isn't fun enough to hear them try to pronounce. The outdoor seating is very nice and I have spent hours talking with friends on that concrete porch at Denver West. Nothing against this location but, I would like to note that the design of the parking lot at Denver West is horrible and parking always sucks around there. People don't understand how to drive and/or walk in it, so be mindful when going to quench your Jamba Juice Craving. This Zuka Juice gave me my love for fresh smoothies and there is no equal in my mind. read more

I go to jamba juice about 3 times a week on average. Addicted! Lol anyway. I've been getting the chia topper since it started and one time they were out. Cool. Today I ordered it and its not done. It was a lump of chia put in my drink. I can barely get it stirred in its in such a hard clump. And its just like I'm eating raw chia seeds. Very disappointed. I usually go to a different one though and today I came to another one by the mall. They could've just said they were out. I had to pay extra for the chia topper. I didn't order a clump of chia seeds. Gross. read more

The cup size has drastically changed along with the fact that it's now a plastic cup instead of Styrofoam. The styrofoam kept drinks colder longer. It used to be you get a free boost with any smoothie you now have to pay .25 for each boost. Kinda disappointed if you ask me read more

I have been coming to this Jamba Juice for years. It is located by Cold Stone and Tokyo Joe's along with Barnes & Noble and the movie Theater in a strip mall like area in west Denver. A quick jump onto I-70 to head west home or east towards Denver. Overall I like this establishment. It is always clean when I go, but I rarely ever see the same people more than 2-3 times. I am guessing a high-turn over of younger staff. The selections are a good variety, I typically make some adjustments to what I prefer. The cost is average, not super expensive but not real inexpensive either. My only reason for not a full 5 stars is the last couple times I was there, I felt like the cashier was a bit on the slow side. He took my order, then went to do dishes. There were a few ladies ahead of me and also 2 after me. Perhaps it is just me, but customers ALWAYS come first. Dishes can wait, unless you need them right away. Get the customers their orders, then do the cleaning. I was in a bit of a hurry so that didn't help any. Overall they do a good job though. I especially like the ladies who put the 'extra' in another cup, so I can take it for my niece if she wants some. When I get my order, they always smile and say thank you. This has been the third time now that my boyfriend and I both ordered a smoothie and they don't fill it up all the way. If I'm paying for a large I want a large. I don't want the medium amount in my large cup. They always have extra they throw out, I don't understand why it's so hard. I told the person on the phone that i would be there in 5-10 minutes, they said okay and then we hung up. The online ordering wasnt working which is why i called in the first place. Unless it's busy, I'm usually in and out of here with my order in a few minutes. Not this morning, and it WAS NOT busy! There were two ladies working and the one who kept saying she had to take her aspirin (to her co-worker), took my order and disappeared into to the back. The other lady, took the second customer's order then tended to this order while I continued to wait. Seemed like she had to microwave this customer's order. Finally this employee started my smoothie but stopped, to get more ingredients for my order in the back room. By the time I received my smoothie, it had been over 5 minutes with two customers to tend to. On top of it all, these employees were not friendly, just going through the motion of making product for customers. This is poor customer service. read more

We ordered a drink with banana but they ran out of banana, so an employee explained the situation and then ran over to whole foods and bought bananas to quickly make our drink. Went in yesterday (6/17/2017) at around 2:00pm and they didn't even know how to use a blender. All 4 of our drinks had huge chunks of ice and fruit. Then, they didn't give us straws, I had to reach behind the counter to grab some. One of our drinks was really runny, it was like juice with some chunks of ice in it. I usually go here a lot but this experience is causing us to reconsider. read more
