Receipt clearly showing there should've been 3 baguettes in the bag

Ordered through DoorDash, the Chicken Fontega sandwich, bowl of broccoli cheese soup, a grilled cheese sandwich, and a cup of broccoli cheese soup. Added a total of three baguettes to the order. First off, ALL the food was cold. Second, ALL three baguettes were missing, and not a single spoon in the bag. And last, it was over $60..... I am writing this review in hopes management will make it right.

I always have a delightful experience here. Everyone is friendly and it doesn't take long to get your food. The area here is cozy. And I love the cookies and the sips drink program. I think the food is a little over priced but the rewards program makes up for it for sure.

"Order checked" - they FORGOT the sandwich.

Took a minute to receive our food. They completely forgot about the other meal that was like 10 bucks. Do a better job on checking the order! Got the soup and bread just fine.

Two little tiny pieces of chicken

awful. simply awful. I give grace very often but this was actually abysmal. we got a half of a half cup of macaroni and cheese On our side order. Our son's chicken sandwich Had zero chicken. And we waited 20 mins. the Worst.

I used the drive through to pick up a quick bite to eat in the late afternoon. I was greeted by the server right away on the microphone. She was very friendly. Very impressed with how fast my food came out and I barely waited. The autumn squash soup was very pretty much autumn in a bowl filled with warm and satisfying flavors topped with toasted papistas. I paired it with the new Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Loved the herb bread which goes very well with the soup. Overall a very fulfilling and healthy lunch but I wish the price was a little more reasonable. For the pick 2 combo, it's almost $10. With so many convenient eateries nearby, Panera bread is still a solid choice.

I waited 20 minutes for food I didn't even order...I was the only customer there. They charged me for items I never received. I feel robbed.

This place went downhill. The quantity of food and the quality of the food and service. All while the prices went up. Rude and stingy.

I wish there were more substantial carb options on the menu or a side of bread to add to the salads. The greens are extremely tender and I thought the salad was dressed really well, it's just difficult to justify paying almost $20 for a lunch that is not filling. Atmosphere is very casual and airy, honestly it seems like a good option for a work lunch if you have an office nearby.

As soon as you walk in you can see their hydroponics system growing the most beautiful produce. You can also purchase their handmade dressings and greens to go!! They then use all this incredibly fresh and flavorful produce to craft intricate salads, soups, and sandwiches. All salads and soups can be ordered gluten free, and there are many vegan / vegetarian options. We ordered the lotus salad, lazeena salad, and tomato bisque. I was so jealous of the zhougg sauce on the lazeena that I ordered a side of the sauce for the lotus salad, it was an incredible addition!! The soup was the perfect compliment, and we were absolutely stuffed when we left. These portions are huge! Seriously check this place out for the ultimate sustainable, clean, organic, delicious, and stunning meal.

Today, my friends and I decided to give it a try, just because us three live right near the Shop. Walking through the door, I was promptly greeted by the hostess, and when I told her there will be three of us, she said "sit wherever you like." I proceeded to a table by the window, so I can see outside. While waiting, I was offered to scan the QR code for their online menu, but I was offered a paper menu. I selected the latter. Before I got here, I looked at their menu from home and knew I'd want to try their Chinese pancakes and the buns. Anything else, I would make some suggestions to my friends when they get here. We ordered 6 items: (1) pan fried Chinese pancakes, (2) edamame in sesame soy sauce, (3) stewed Angus beef bun, (4) stewed pork belly bun, (5) steamed cabbage, pork & shrimp dumplings and (6) pan fried chives pocket dumplings. Food review for (1): holy cow! The sesame soy sauce was the star of this dish. So flavorful! So good! My mouth was exploded, and I wanted more. What follows after that were the pancakes. Again, the accompanying sauce was the star and went so well with these simple fried pancakes. Our buns came out next. The beef was so good; the pork? Not too much because of the excessive fats on the barely-pork meat. However, after asking our waitress for just a few pieces of the pork, and she complied, I was able to if this pork belly a B+. The beef was a solid A. Maybe this is where the dumplings dish fail the taste test for the negative feedback, because eating these dumplings were just a "meh" rating. Since a part of the name of the restaurant is "Dumpling", you would expect the dumplings to be very good. I think a C- would be appropriate. I didn't care for the pocket dumplings, which was (6). It could be because I don't like the taste of chives, but I can say that this dish left a bad taste in my mouth. A D- because it failed my taste buds. The ambiance was nice. Both server and waitress were very attentive and took care of our needs. Overall, I would come back and order my favorite 3 dishes and will try a couple additional dishes with no chives! An A- for this place.

Mason's Dumpling shop was recommended by a friend to check out in the Lakewood area, so we went to…read morepay this place a visit on a Sunday around 1PM. The restaurant had plenty of seats so we were able to get a table quickly. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza, so there is plenty of parking options. When we went, you would park on the other side of the restaurant and then walk around to get to the actual entrance facing the street. Ordering is down through a paper menu in which you check off what you would like and then hand to the service worker. Service was fast and attentive, and the restaurant feels like a quick casual dine in type of vibe. We ordered a decent amount of dumplings to try, which I'll review down below: Dumplings ($13 - $14): We got two different types of dumplings, the Yuzu chicken soup dumplings and the pan fried fish and cabbage dumplings. Flavor-wise, they are both pretty pleasant! One critique for the soup dumplings is that they are super fragile, and the dumpling skin rips really easily as they were sticking even when they came out, so you may unfortunately lose a good amount of soup try to enjoy them. As for the fillings, they are pretty uniform in texture and have a pleasant mouth feel to eat. You can definitely taste the yuzu in the yuzu dumplings and the flavor in both dumplings are fragrant. Stewed Pork Belly Noodle ($14): A pretty solid bowl of noodles! There is a generous amount of pork that we were able to split between multiple people. I like that there is a decent amount of bok choy and radish in the dish to contrast with the flavorful and really tender pork belly. I think that if I were to order only this dish, it would fill me up to a comfortable level of fullness. The soup has a subtle porky flavor and the noodles have a decent amount of chewiness. Wood Ear Mushroom Salad ($6.50): I am a fan - we ordered this to help contrast with the dumplings and serve as a palate cleanser in addition to being an appetizer. There is a nice acidity in the dressing and the wood ears are crunchy and aren't too rubbery. It does say spicy on the menu, but it's more of a very mild spice. In the end, I think that Mason's Dumpling Shop is a pretty solid dumpling restaurant in Lakewood, and we spent about $25 per person for every thing here. Which I think is a good price for the variety. I would definitely revisit and try the other options they have here if I'm ever back in Lakewood!
